Operation Jupiter: Military’s secret flu imitating virus exposed, vaccinations for military only!

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has revealed that a previously secret viral infection is spreading, and it mimics influenza.  It’s called adenovirus and was first identified in the 1950s, specifically infecting U.S. Army personnel.

Initial U.S. Army experiments with vaccines seemed successful, but after a few years the adenovirus resurfaced stronger than before, even re-infecting personnel that had been vaccinated.   One study showed that two damaged adenovirus cells will join together to form a new healthier, stronger cell (a process known as multiplicity reactivation).

In August 2017, the Naval Health Research Center revealed a vaccine that supposedly works against five version of adenovirus: “In the mid-1990s, the adenovirus vaccine was discontinued at military recruit training commands throughout the Department of Defense (DoD), resulting in frequent respiratory illness outbreaks. Adenovirus was the most prevalent and widely spread virus in military training environments, infecting up to 80 percent of recruits and resulting in lost training time and increased medical care. 

In 2011, the adenovirus vaccine was reinstated for military recruits after NHRC and the Walter Reed Army Institute of Research conducted a clinical trial that demonstrated its safety and efficacy. According to researchers with NHRC’s operational infectious diseases team, after the live, oral vaccine for adenovirus types 4 and 7 was resumed, rates of adenovirus among recruits declined dramatically—cases went from 250 each week to two, on average. To date, other adenovirus serotypes—3, 14, and 21—that had previously caused illness in recruits have not reemerged.”

The virus mimics influenza and is so unheard of in the silly-vilian world that most clinics and hospitals don’t have the test to identify it.  Many silly-vilians are incorrectly diagnosed with having the flu.

Human adenovirus is a cause of Acute Respiratory Disease (ARD) and can also cause gastroenteritis (often incorrectly called stomach flu), even tonsillitis (my adult son just had a tonsillectomy due to a mystery infection which ‘shredded’ his left tonsil, literally nothing remaining but shreds, uh oh, I used the word literally guess I’m gonna be kicked outta that NYC bar).  There are more than 50 versions of adenovirus.  Transmission is thought to be through the air and in your crap, but adenoviruses are also resistant to cleaning chemicals and other liquids, so washing your hands all day long won’t get rid of them.  There is no treatment for it.

There are also adenoviruses that attack seals, bats, canines, reptiles, birds, monkeys and all domesticated farm animals.   I didn’t see any mention of felines being affected.

Here’s where what I call Operation Jupiter comes in; adenoviruses are used by scientists to genetically modify organisms, under the guise of gene therapy!  Adenoviruses are used as ‘delivery platforms’ for externally created (GMOed) antigens into humans suffering from things like cystic fibrosis or cancer.

CDC Reports: “In May 1997, a large, persistent epidemic of adenovirus type 4-associated acute respiratory disease began at Fort Jackson, South Carolina, the largest army basic training center. The epidemic lasted until December and declined when vaccine administration resumed. More than 1,000 male and female trainees were hospitalized; 66.1% of those hospitalized had an adenovirus type 4 isolate.”

“Adenoviruses are frequent causes of respiratory disease in the US military population. A successful immunization program against adenovirus types 4 and 7 was terminated in 1999. Review of records in the Mortality Surveillance Division, Armed Forces Medical Examiner System, identified 8 deaths attributed to adenovirus infections in service members during 1999–2010.“

“An outbreak of respiratory illness occurred in a long-term care facility in New York City. Investigation of the outbreak identified confirmed or suspected adenoviral infection in 84% of the residents from October 19 to December 18, 1999. Further identification by type-specific neutralization and restriction analysis identified a new genomic variant of adenovirus type 7.”

“Antibodies were more common in humans residing in sub-Saharan Africa…..This finding suggests cross-species transmission of chimpanzee adenoviruses.”

“In mid-May 2007, a respiratory disease outbreak associated with adenovirus, serotype B14 (Ad14), was recognized at a large military basic training facility in Texas. The affected population was highly mobile…………Ad14 was identified at 8 sites in California, Florida, Mississippi, Texas, and South Korea. Ad14 spread readily to secondary sites after the initial outbreak. Military and civilian planners must consider how best to control the spread of infectious respiratory diseases in highly mobile populations traveling between diverse geographic locations.”

“…isolates collected in Iowa from 1992 to 2002 and found that genome type Ad7d2 became increasingly prevalent. By 2002, it had supplanted all other Ad7 genome types. The association of Ad7d2 with severe illness and death calls for heightened public health concern.”

“In March 2011, an outbreak of acute respiratory disease was reported at the Kuala Lumpur (Malaysia) Police Training Centre. Approximately 100 trainees were hospitalized and 5 were admitted to the intensive care unit. Three of these 5 trainees died.”

“During April 2011–March 2012, we retrospectively reviewed medical records for South Korea soldiers to assess the etiology and epidemiology of acute viral lower respiratory tract infections. Adenovirus was the most commonly identified virus (63.2%) and the most common cause of pneumonia (79.3%) and hospitalization (76.6%); 3 soldiers died of adenovirus-related illness.”

“During October 2013–July 2014, Oregon health authorities identified 198 persons with respiratory symptoms and an HAdV-positive respiratory tract specimen. Among 136 (69%) hospitalized persons, 31% were admitted to the intensive care unit and 18% required mechanical ventilation; 5 patients died.”

It’s been two years since I wrote about the bacteria anthrax, and guess what?  There’s a new mystery “hybrid” version popping up in tropical Africa.

This is significant because anthrax was never considered a tropical disease.  Reports say a new strain of anthrax is wiping out the chimpanzee population in Ivory Coast.  Other animals are being killed as well.  The new bacteria was actually discovered in 2004, it was considered harmless then, being called Bacillus cereus.  It evolved into a new type of anthrax called Bacillus cereus biovar anthracis (Bcbva) by somehow acquiring anthrax DNA.

In Zambia, hunger is being blamed for 5-hundred human cases of anthrax, five people died.  The outbreak took place in 2011.  Hippos suddenly died-off and starving people ate them.  The hippos died of anthrax, you can’t cook out the anthrax bacteria so the people who ate the meat got sick.  Well fed researchers discovered that if a person is starving they’ll eat infected food even knowing that it could kill them: “For them finding a dead animal when they’re running low on food reserves at home seems like a good thing. This is why a lot of people took the risk even though they might get anthrax. But my feeling is they weren’t thinking about that risk. They were thinking about how nice it would be to feed their family.”– Melissa Marx, Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health

In 2016 Russia‘s Yamal-Nenets Autonomous Okrug (Яма́ло-Не́нецкий автоно́мный о́круг) was hit by a massive anthrax outbreak, 115 people infected, one person died.  The Ministry of Defense deployed chemical units to decontaminate the region using 30 tons of ‘biologically active agents’, as well as evacuate humans.  This year about 800-thousand reindeer will be vaccinated against anthrax.  Interestingly the area is one of Russia’s largest oil producers.  Scientist are blaming the 2016 outbreak on a reindeer mass grave: “There are thousands of such cattle graves across Russia and many of them are inside the Arctic Circle.”-Sergey Netesov, Novosibirsk State University

In 2016 a Russian scientist blamed the Yamal-Nenets outbreak on global warming, and it’s just the beginning: “The rock and soil that forms the Yamal Peninsula contain much ice. Melting may loosen the soil rather quickly, so the probability is high old cattle graves may come to the surface.”-Mikhail Grigoriev, Permafrost Studies Institute-Academy of Sciences

In the European country of Romania two people are confirmed sick with anthrax.  Investigators think the husband and wife got infected by animals.

In the Bajaur Agency of Pakistan 26 livestock died of anthrax, vaccination of remaining livestock is underway.  Apparently military forces had to protect the veterinarians sent in to vaccinate the herds.

In Nepal, a pregnant rhino found dead in a forest tested positive for anthrax.  Administrators of Chitwan National Park are concerned about a possible anthrax outbreak because since 2016 at least 25 rhinos suddenly died.

In Saskatchewan, Canada, a woman was charged with 83 counts of sending anthrax in the mail!  Apparently it was some kinda complicated bad joke because a woman from South Carolina, United States, posted a video saying “We made those packages together, with the cookies and rockets and tissue paper. People will think the baking soda is anthrax.”  The woman from South Carolina said she was paid to make the video and that she was told it was  a promotion for a book.  She also contacted police in Saskatchewan, but was told the investigator she needed to talk to was on vacation.  The Saskatchewan woman pled not guilty to the 83 charges.

In United States, so far 13 cows have died in Pennington County, South Dakota.  Increased cases of anthrax killing livestock being blamed on climate change.  News reports say the cows died “rapidly” and people are being told to avoid animals that suddenly died.  Vaccination of herds is underway.

Last week the Texas Animal Health Commission (TAHC) confirmed five cows infected in Crockett County: “Producers are encouraged to remain vigilant and consult with their local veterinary practitioner if they suspect their animals are affected with anthrax or are interested in vaccinating their livestock.”-Susan Rollo, TAHC

In Maryland, the biotech company Altimmune took over biodefense company PharmAthene, both companies specialize in vaccine research for influenza, hepatitis and anthrax.

Remember when the U.S. Army got caught shipping live weaponized anthrax to Republic of Korea (South Korea)?  Scientists at Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology have combined holographic microscopy with with ‘deep learning’ (artificial intelligence, AI) to create a way to quickly detect weaponized anthrax, within seconds.   This is important because current methods can take a full day or longer.  The downside is that the AI detector is, at this point, only 96% accurate with only one strain of anthrax, and there are dozens of strains.

Operation Jupiter : Raccoons hit with unknown disease? Spreading like wildfire!

Since the end of March there’s been a sudden increase in sightings of diseased raccoons in the United States and Canada.

In Tennessee, skyrocketing cases of raccoons being culled due to unknown (so far) disease.  According to animal control employees the average number of sick raccoons put-down in a year is about three, but in Alcoa County they euthanized 18 raccoons just in the month of March!

The symptoms displayed are similar to canine distemper or rabies.  Distemper is not a threat to humans, but rabies is, so as a precaution all sick raccoons are being killed until USDA test results reveal what is making them sick: “Most of the time, it’s going to be distemper, and it kind of mimics the rabies, the tremors, things like that. It’s probably going to be distemper, but we won’t know until the testing is done.”- Eddie King, Maryville  County Animal Control

The problem with canine distemper and rabies is that symptoms are similar; being out in the open during the day, no fear of humans, trembling, foaming at the mouth, walking in circles.

I was surprised to discover that some U.S. states treat raccoons as if they are the source of disease.  Raccoons are unknowing spreaders of disease, but the disease doesn’t start with them.  Canine distemper can be blamed on dogs brought to the Americas by European settlers.  Rabies was first identified more than 4-thousand years ago by the ancient Egyptians, it too could have been spread to the Americas by European settlers and their farm animals.  This is more historical proof that immigration is a bad thing for native specie.

Reports of sick raccoons are coming out of Alabama as well.   Social media reports by residents of the city of Homewood reveal numerous sightings of sick raccoons. One raccoon was killed and is undergoing testing.

The Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture is warning the public of all the various diseases that raccoons can unknowingly spread, after a raccoon was found sick with rabies.

In Virginia, towards the end of March a woman in Arlington was attacked by a raccoon while she was sitting on her back porch.  She said the animal came “out of nowhere” and bit her leg. She received rabies vaccinations as a result.  Just today, reports out of Newport News say another raccoon tested positive for rabies.

In South Carolina, a veterinarian broke-up a fight between one raccoon and three dogs earlier this month, this week test results showed the raccoon had rabies.  Interestingly the vet said other than trying to fight three dogs the raccoon showed no signs of being sick.

The true vector of disease isn’t the raccoons, but the fleas, ticks and mosquitoes that love to suck animal’s blood (humans are animals, take that you filthy animal Donald Trump for calling al-Assad an “animal”).

In British empire Canada, the Province of Ontario warning of increased cases of rabies in raccoons.  Significant considering there hasn’t been a documented case of raccoons with rabies in many parts of Ontario for the past ten years!  Rabies can be spread through saliva. Manager of Health Protection for Public Health Services, Jessica Morris, warned “Once the virus…..hits the brain…it’s essentially too late…”

Operation Jupiter: Shark DNA for future Soldiers?

They sure are thinking outside the box over at the U.S. Defense Threat Reduction Agency’s Chemical and Biological Technologies Department.

I’ve written many times before how the U.S. Defense Department’s JUPITR ATD program is connected to the ebola outbreaks in western Africa.  Back in August the Defense Threat Reduction Agency’s Chemical and Biological Technologies Department published an article called Importance of Hypervariable Region 2 for Stability and Affinity of a Shark Single-Domain Antibody Specific for Ebola Virus Nucleoprotein.

U.S. Navy researchers discovered that the antibodies of a shark’s immune system might be used to help create a vaccine for humans, against ebola.  However, the shark antibodies have relatively low ‘melting’ points and researchers are attempting to find a way to increase the melting point, and conduct “humanization” of shark antibodies: “… we utilized CDR grafting combined with site directed mutagenesis to increase the melting temperature (stability) of a shark derived anti-NP sdAb. Two derivatives of the shark sdAb [single-domain antibody] were constructed: One where CDRs 1 and 3 along with HV2 (the designation given to the CDR2 region of shark sdAb) were grafted onto the framework of SP15, and another in which only CDRs 1 and 3 were grafted. Interestingly, we found that the HV2 region, which is located somewhat remote from antigen-binding CDR1 and CDR3 regions, had significant impact on both affinity and stability. This work elucidates the importance of the HV2 region on both folding stability and antigen binding.”

Now realize that this work to find a vaccine against ebola is being conducted by the DoD’s official Combat Support Agency for countering weapons of mass destruction: Defense Threat Reduction Agency, or DTRA.

Global Food Crisis: World Bank behind Bird Flu slaughter? Loans healthcare money for war-fighting!

It’s been revealed that in many countries the U.S. based (Washington DC) World Bank is behind the orders to cull hundreds of thousands of poultry.

Since the beginning of 2016 more than 80-thousand poultry in Nigeria were slaughtered on instructions from authorities.  It turns out that some of those ‘authorities’ are being described by Nigerian news media as the Bird Flu Desk of the World Bank.  Just days ago another round of culling was reported.  Local news media say Nigerian farmers and health officials have been instructed to report any signs of avian flu in poultry flocks to the World Bank!

I’ve looked at the World Bank’s own website and there is no mention of a ‘bird flu desk’.  The World Bank runs a Nigeria State Health Investment Project (NSHIP), it’s main focus is on the health of humans.  This health project gets funding only if Nigerians meet certain World Bank standards (aka Performance Based Financing).

It’s interesting that Nigerian news media are reporting mass culling of poultry, essentially under the watch of the World Bank, because Nigeria was just approved for an additional $575-million USD loan, of which $125-million is for NSHIP.  The new loan is ostensibly for fighting polio, but is really about the War on Terror!  

According to a recent report by AllAfrica-PREMIUM TIMES, the $575-million World Bank loan is for use in the areas of the country affected by the civil war, and specifically for use against Boko Haram.   AllAfrica-PREMIUM TIMES also revealed that Nigeria is planning on borrowing more than $29.9-billion “Given the emergency nature of these facilities and the need to consolidate the peace and return the region to normalcy and considering time it will take to get the National Assembly’s approvals, it has become inevitable to request for the NASS leadership approval pending the consideration and approval of the 2016-2018 borrowing plan to enable us disburse these funds immediately.”

There was no mention of fighting bird flu in the AllAfrica-PREMIUM TIMES report.  But I’ve found other international news articles connecting bird flu response to World Bank loans.

Nigeria’s neighbor Cameroon culled more than 35-thousand poultry this year.  Here’s some interesting info, the World Bank itself says that poultry culling operations in western Africa (due to bird flu) have actually made local economies worse, admitting that the poverty rate for several oil rich west African countries has increased since 2001.  Just realize that all this livestock culling under the watch of World Bank is actually making the affected countries more reliant on debt financing from the World Bank.

Indian news media report cases of poultry dying from bird flu, and of the World Bank interfering with government debt financing.  The World Bank issues a Doing Business report in which it ranks governments around the world, India consistently ranks low.  Is it because when it comes to farm animal health India reports to France based World Organisation for Animal Health, and not to Washington DC based World Bank?  I must point out that whenever Indian farms are hit by disease the culling is in the tens to hundreds, not the tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands in countries whose ag industries are reliant on World Bank financing.

In May of this year the World Bank established the Pandemic Emergency Fund and is asking taxpayers around the globe to fork over $3.4-billion per year to run the operation.

Mass die-off at a tilapia farm in Israel-Palestine

Researchers in the U.S., Columbia, Ecuador, Scotland and Israel have discovered the true cause of tilapia die-offs, it’s not global warming but a previously unknown RNA virus now known as TiLV (Tilapia Lake Virus).

But there’s a problem, the major locations of tilapia die-off are not physically connected, so researchers are now focusing on how TiLV showed up at about the same time in two different locations.  Israel and Ecuador are separated by 12310km (7,649 miles) if you’re traveling by air.  Ecuador’s coastline is along the Pacific Ocean.  Israel’s (Palestine’s) coastline is along the Mediterranean Sea and a tini-tiny bit that has access to the Red Sea.

TiLV causes brain swelling and liver disease.  Die-offs of tilapia have been documented since 2009.  Ecuador’s neighbor, the U.S. drug lord puppet Columbia, is also reporting tilapia die-offs.  At first researchers thought tilapia were dying from a new form of Influenza C, but while it is similar it is also totally new: “The TiLV sequence has only minimal similarity in a small region of its genome to other viruses; thus, the methods we typically use to identify and characterize viruses through sequencing alone were insufficient.”-Eran Bacharach, Tel Aviv University

“It appears to be most closely related to a family of influenza viruses called orthomyxoviruses; however, we still don’t understand much about its biology.”-Nischay Mishra, Center for Infection and Immunity

Researchers were so baffled by the new virus they turned to help from the New York Genome Center.  Tilapia farming is worth $7.5-billion USD on the global market.

Last year I implicated the U.S. Department of Defense’s JUPITR ATD anthrax scandal as possibly including the terror group known as Aum Shinrikyo (the ones who launched a chemical weapons attack in a Tokyo subway in 1995)!

Since I wrote that article Aum Shinrikyo has grown even stronger with a fast spreading global membership. Last year Japan’s Public Security Examination Commission claimed they had Aum Shinrikyo sub-groups Aleph and Hikari no Wa under surveillance, however, that surveillance failed to show the rapid spread of the terror cult from Japan to Russia to eastern Europe.

Aum Shinrikyo is considered a terrorist group in Russia and therefore banned.  Russian police have discovered numerous Aum Shinrikyo cells operating as spiritual-yoga self help centers (usually using just the word Aum [meaning Om, or divine sound of creation], there are such Aum meditation groups currently in the U.S.).  Russia shutdown one such operation in Moscow last October.  Then on 25 March 2016, police in Montenegro captured 59 cultists in the capital of Podgorica and the city of Danilovgrad.

They entered Montenegro illegally and most are from Russia, four are from Japan. They’re supposed to be deported to Russia and Japan tonight (Russia claims most already have self-deported after being released by the court).

The cultists rented the hotels all for themselves for ten days, and here’s the kicker; they demanded that all hotel employees leave! A Montenegrin newspaper says cult members swore that they are “tourists”.   None of them had required documentation for cross-border travel.   My research turned up information that revealed that those hotels have been used in the past for Aum mediation retreats, but apparently they’ve never before shutdown an entire hotel and ordered the employees to leave.

Court proceedings revealed the cult had already been in Montenegro for ten days before the police were notified (apparently by pissed off hotel employees). Police said they found the cultists “performing rituals”, and they confiscated their cell phones and laptops.   Police also stated that the cultists have what appear to be wounds to their necks and other extremities that might be the result of the ‘rituals’.

Montenegro’s court ordered the deportation, instead of further prosecution, because there was no evidence that the arrested cultists were connected to the 1995 sarin gas attack in Tokyo, that left at least 12 dead and more than 50 permanently wounded.

Operation Jupiter: Government reveals who’s behind blackmarket vaccines!

It’s been revealed that a blackmarket ‘mom & daughter’ vaccine operation, supposedly busted last month, has been known about for some time by police.  In fact a government agency slipped up and revealed they were behind the whole thing!

On Wednesday, China’s Food and Drug Administration revealed it was the one selling the vaccines to blackmarket traffickers!  They claim it was part of a government operation to stop blackmarket vaccine trafficking.  Apparently the sting operation began last year after government authorities were notified by whistleblowers, and in fact the alleged mom & daughter villains were actually arrested in April 2015, not last month as first officially reported!

Last month is when the government sting operation concluded. As of today numerous news reports can’t seem to get the number of people arrested/detained correct, varying from as few as 12 to more than 130 people!  Even news reports about when the black-marketeers began their operation oscillate from 2010 to 2011 (the original reports said 2011, but the latest reports today now say 2010).

The general public are upset that illegal, and even spoiled, vaccines were allowed to be used on unsuspecting people during the time of the sting operation.  Why didn’t the police shut the crime syndicate down when they supposedly first found out about the blackmarket ops?  China’s National Health and Family Planning Commission swears they’ve detected no adverse reactions to those illicit vaccines that were used as part of the sting.

Here’s the problem with government/police sting operations: The government/police become the masterminds, the False Flag kingpins of the very crime they claim they’re trying to prevent.  The overwhelming cases of alleged terrorist convictions in the United States, since 9-11, were not true terrorists caught in the act, but were mentally unstable individuals set up by Homeland Security sting operations!

In Nevada’s county of Clark there is a sexually transmitted disease (STD) raging out of control.  Most main streamer news sources are focusing on the famous city of Las Vegas, insinuating its the source.  But there is another source, a source which has been guilty in the past of intentionally spreading syphilis, the Christian dominated U.S. military.

Clark County is also home to Nellis Air Force Base.  The U.S. military has a nearly 1-hundred years history of playing around with sexually transmitted diseases.  Regarding syphilis, in 2010 president Barack Obama officially apologized to the people of Guatemala who were intentionally infected with syphilis, and other STDs, by U.S. government medical personnel.

Under the direction of the U.S. Public Health Service, from 1946 to 1953 the U.S. government infected more than 1-thousand people, most against their will as many were prisoners and some were children as young as ten, under the guise of developing treatments to protect U.S. military personnel from infected prostitutes.    Another 5-thousand 128 people, some as young as only one year of age, were used in antibodies studies.  U.S. military personnel from the Guatemala Air Base were also used as guinea pigs.

The sick experiment wasn’t made public until the personal documents of one of the scientist were donated to the University of Pittsburg after his death in 2003.  But wait, the Guatemala scandal wasn’t the first time your government intentionally spread the disease.

The Guatemala experiment was based on an earlier experiment on prisoners in Terre Haute, Indiana, from 1943-44.  In that case we’re supposed to believe the prisoners volunteered for the job.  Realize that 1943-44 was in the middle of the Second World War and Congress had officially declared war, which is Martial Law.  Under martial law you have no freedoms, the military is in charge an overrides the Constitution.  But wait, the Indiana prison experiment wasn’t the first time your government intentionally spread the disease.

As far as we know, the first time the U.S. government intentionally spread syphilis started in 1932.  It was called that Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment, and it lasted until 1972!  It involved the ‘black’ Tuskegee University and hundreds of poor ‘black’ men.

Even though the government claimed they were providing free medical care, it was revealed that government officials refused to treat the subjects with the anti-biotic penicillin (even after it was proven to be an effective treatment).

By 1947 penicillin was the standard treatment for syphilis, yet, the U.S. Public Health Service refused to treat the infected men, even decades later.  The Tuskegee experiment ended in 1972 only after a whistleblower leaked details of it to the news media!  In 1997, president Bill Clinton officially apologized for the scandal.

Less than a year ago I started my Operation Jupiter articles after discovering a U.S. Army program (JUPITR ATD) that sounded very much like a plan to test new biological warfare elements on unsuspecting humans in hospitals. 

This was the result of my research on the weaponized anthrax debacle (supposed debacle) that saw deadly ‘live’ anthrax being shipped by the U.S. Army (from Utah) to all parts of the globe, under the guise of testing new biological weapons detectors.

Now there are reports that more than 2-hundred people in the U.S. state of New Jersey have been exposed to HIV-AIDS and Hepatitis B & C, at the Shore Medical Center in Somers Point.

There’s a connection to U.S. occupied Afghanistan’s opium production as all the victims of Shore Medical Center were supposed to have been treated with opium based morphine or hydromorphone medications.  A former hospital employee was arrested and is accused of drug tampering, of intentionally switching out the opioid medication with something else, possibly the blood of infected patients!   His trial is set for March.

But wait, there’s more!  This isn’t the first time New Jersey has been the site of possible intentional infection of residents.  In October of last year it was discovered that a Otsuka Pharmaceuticals (a Japanese company) technician giving flu shots did not use a new syringe, or even clean the syringe being used, on 67 West Windsor Senior Center customers!  The New Jersey Department of Health called it an “infection control breach”.
