Pale Green Horse & H3N2, H1N1: Two children die, the U.S. now officially in Flu season. California leading the pack, Idaho on the list

On February 10, the U.S. CDC reported that people testing positive for flu viruses hit 10.5%.  The flu season officially starts when at least 10% of the population tests positive for flu.

The state of California is reporting the most flu cases at this point.   There is also reports of increased doctor visits, mainly in Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, and Nebraska.

Also, two children have died, but the type of flu has not yet been identified.

The CDC says the most common flu being identified is H3N2v, followed by H1N1. These are types of influenza A, but influenza B is also being found.

I looked and there before me was a pale horse! Its rider was named Death, and Hades was following close behind him.  They were given power over a fourth of the earth to kill by sword, famine and plague, and by the wild beasts of the earth.

Sicko Pro-Christian Missouri schools let girls be raped, then forces them to apologize in writing

The family of a seventh grade special-education student are suing the Republic School District, in Missouri.

The reason is that the girl was raped several times, and then school officials made her write an apology to the boy who raped her, and then she was suspended!  After returning to school, after the suspension, she was raped again!

This is what the school says in their own files on the girl: She is “…conflict adverse, behaviorally passive and would forgo her own needs and wishes to satisfy the request of others around so she can be accepted.” Basically the school says she was raped because she wanted to have friends!

Get this. When the girl was raped, after returning to school following her suspension, her mother took her to be examined by doctors.  They found semen in the girl, and it was a match to the boy she said raped her.  The boy was arrested and pleaded guilty in juvenile court.  Yet the school still denies any rapes took place!

Republic School District administrators had this final statement: The girl was at fault because she “…neglected to use reasonable means to protect herself.”

By the way, this is the same Missouri school district that ordered copies of Kurt Vonnegut’s Slaughterhouse-Five out of its libraries, for contradicting the Bible.

Missouri River causes “unusual event” at U.S. Nuclear Plants

The Cooper Nuclear Station, in Nebraska, is flooded.  The Fort Calhoun nuclear plant, also in Nebraska, has been shut down.

By Sunday, 19 June 2011, several levees failed along the Missouri River, causing nuke plant operators to issue a “Notification of unusual event.” A ‘notification’ is the lowest of four emergency classifications developed by the Nuclear Regulatory Commission.

Reuters reported that officials will shut down the Cooper nuclear plant if flood levels hit 13.9 meters (45.5 feet).  Other reports say the Fort Calhoun plant was shut down.  Heavy rain in the Rocky Mountains could keep the Missouri River high until August.

Tornado hits Saint Louis airport

A tornado hit St. Louis airport. It damaged a terminal and parts of the airport’s Concourse C, which is used by American Airlines, AirTran and Cape Air.

The tornado was last seen heading towards Ferguson, Missouri.

Earlier this week a tornado hit a Virginia nuclear power plant.  It’s shut down while they repair a switchyard.
