The plan (supposedly written in August) calls for synchronizing taxpayer funding to create joint recon, medical and logistical support units in preperations for a new War on Terror. European military academies, and state run schools, will promote the idea of a unified EU military. Article 44 of the EU Lisbon Treaty will be implemented. New weapon systems will be jointly developed. It’s expected to be adopted at the upcoming EU summit in Slovenská Republika.
News media in Deutschland blame this latest martial development on the United Kingdom’s Brexit (Britain exits the European Union) plans. Apparently past proposals for a unified EU military had been vetoed by the United Kingdom (which is also a member of NATO).

Yet again, in the anti-gun European country known as France, people have been killed by a terrorist act, the main weapon was a delivery truck.
France has strict anti-gun laws, pistols and any gun labeled a “weapon of war” are banned. Rifles and shotguns (called Long Guns) are strictly regulated.
In the city of Nice a man drove a truck down a crowded pedestrian crowded street, killing at least 84 people and wounding 50. French news sources claim the man was also shooting at people, that claim has not been verified by police. The cops killed him, by blasting him through the truck’s windshield, with a bunch of guns. Isn’t it interesting that pistols and “weapons of war” are banned for civilian ownership in France, yet cops are allowed to use them?
Also, there are reports the delivery truck was full of guns and explosives, but unnamed police sources say those ‘guns’, and one grenade, turned out to be “fake”! Police say the driver, who was a legal migrant worker from Tunis, had a short criminal record (charged with crimes but never convicted of a felony) but was never considered a terrorist threat. News media interviews with the man’s neighbors say he never took part in religious activities.
New York Times reporting that more than 50 U.S. diplomats have signed a letter demanding that Barack Obama begin airstrikes against the elected government of Syria!
This is in apparent contradiction to the Obama regime’s official stance regarding the government of Syria. In Paris a man claiming allegiance to Islamic State (DAIISH) used a knife to stab to death a police commander and his wife!
According to French news sources the suspect was already surrounded by police, who were trying to negotiate with him. The suspect had broken into the police commander’s home and stabbed the couple to death. Police stormed the home and killed the suspect with their government issued weapons of war.

Despite a state of emergency since the attacks in Paris, France, and despite warnings of pending attacks just days ago, and despite the arrest of a terrorist ‘mastermind’, the European country of Belgium has been hit by three suicide bombings. At least 28 people killed, hundreds wounded.

One bombing took place at the Brussels Zaventem airport where ‘security’ was already at its highest level.

Belgian federal prosecutor Frederic Van Leeuw confirmed there were at least three bombings.

Russian news media covering the war in northern Syria/Rojava reporting new artillery strikes coming from NATO member Turkey. About eight artillery rounds impacted near the town of Kessab (Kesseb), Latakia Province. Kessab has a large Armenian Orthodox Christian population, who have strong connections to the Russian Orthodox Church.
Syrian military says the artillery was being fired by U.S., U.K., Israeli, Saudi created Al-Nusra Front from the Turkish side of the border. There are reports that journalists from Bulgaria, Canada and China are among the wounded.
Reporters noted that the area targeted by the artillery in Turkey not only had Syrian military forces, but Russian military advisors. Latakia Province is also home to a Russian Navy port, as well as the air base used by the Russian Air Force. It shows that the entire world is using the false civil war in Syria to sell their products, which are being used to arbitrarily kill people. The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) claims an ‘estimated’ 68,023 migrants and/or refugees flooded into Europe in January. Some European news sources are claiming this to be an increase in migration, however, a German newspaper published a conflicting report.
Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung reports that in January there was an actual decrease in the number of Syrians coming into Germany, and a slight increase of people seeking asylum from Afghanistan and Iraq. Many other migrants are coming from the Balkans (in Europe) or North Africa.
Refugees flooding into Europe could increase as NATO member Turkey’s Deputy Prime Minister Numan Kurtulmus warned that his country had “reached the limit of its capacity to absorb the refugees.”

The University College London released the results of their study of the effects of climate change on groundwater sources in the tropics. In a ‘no shit Sherlock’ moment they concluded that increased rainfall is beneficial as it recharges tropical groundwater sources.
What this means is that the areas of the world where most of the population is expected to be living by Gregorian year 2050 should have enough water to support that population.

More than 20 “strategic” locations in Latakia Governorate liberated. More than 150 insurgents killed in Hama Governorate. In Daraa Governorate, Syria Arab Army liberated 14 city blocks of al-Balad, and eight blocks of al-Mahata. U.S. led NATO backed insurgents continue to retreat into Turkey. Kurdish and Arab allies formed the new political party Syrian Democratic Council and the militia Syrian Democratic Forces. According to initial reports at least 15 people killed in Tal Tamer (Til Temir) town after U.S. NATO backed DAIISH insurgents blew up three truck bombs. The Democratic Self-Administration of Rojava is condemning the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) for banning them from taking part in the so called Riyadh Syria Peace Talks. Also in Missouri, state police are investigating the mass purchase of cell phones, saying 150 cell phones were bought at three Walmarts by the same men using cash only. Also, and possibly connected to what happened in Arkansas, as many as three dozen propane tanks were stolen. It’s been revealed that propane tanks have been reported stolen starting at the beginning of November. In New York, the former Suffolk County police chief was arrested on charges of assaulting a detainee and then ordering his personnel to cover it up. In Boston Weak, Northeastern University Police Department will now issue M4 assault rifles to campus cops. The New England Police Benevolent Association now endorses Donald Trump for president because of Trump’s anti-Muslim comments.
