“Shame on us!” Idaho Democrat gives back taxpayer funded health insurance! Using less electricity gets your rates jacked up! : U.S. Job Losses & Closings 17 March 2016

Incomplete list of job loss announcements and shutdowns.

China is leading the world in dumping a record amount of U.S. Treasury Bonds:

Yesterday I noted that Michigan is suffering from increased violence (which is directly impacting businesses), and noted that lead poisoning is directly connected to violent behavior.  Now, a USA Today report revealed that at least 350 water suppliers to public schools across the United States are serving up lead contaminated water!   Is that the real reason for increased school violence? (stop blaming guns)

Arizona: More proof you brick-n-mortar store owners can’t directly blame the internet/high tech for your demise; Washington DC based e-commerce Living Social shutting down their Tucson call center, 160 jobs lost by the end Spring!  Administrators claim the bad economy is forcing them to restructure, and they warned the call center shutdown was just “the initial phase” (even though they’ve eliminated 6-hundred jobs since 2014!).

California: Plumas Unified School District laying off ten teachers due to lack of taxpayer funding.  Wisconsin based Kohl’s shutting down eight department stores by June, about 8-hundred jobs lost!  San Francisco based drugs dealer McKesson eliminating at least 1-thousand 6-hundred jobs due to the loss of several buyers!  In San Diego, non-profit Scripps Health eliminating 1-hundred jobs, blaming ObamaCare: “….Scripps is financially strong, but we cannot continue to allow our costs and operations to rise while our revenue continues to be flat.”-Chris Van Gorder, ceo who took over in 2002 promising “no layoffs”

Florida: Kohl’s shutting down two department stores by June; Hialeah and Tallahassee, about 2-hundred jobs lost! The owners of three Denmark Interiors stores have shut them down and sold them off to fund their retirement!

Georgia: Kohl’s shutting down three department stores by June; Roswell, Lithonia and Atlanta, about 3-hundred jobs lost!

Idaho: The biggest electricity supplier in The Gem State is asking for a 2.2% increase (more than $2 per month for ‘average’ users) in utility bills.  Idaho Power says current rates are not allowing them to cover their “fixed costs” of operations. What’s not being reported is that more and more Idaho Power customers are using less electricity, and Idaho Power administrators expect that to continue, that’s the true reason for the rate jack up!   Idaho senator Dan Schmidt gave back his state taxpayer funded health plan to protest republicans continued refusal to ‘close the healthcare gap’, which according to an east Idaho hospital director has directly caused at least 1-thousand deaths in Idaho since ObamaCare was imposed: “I don’t think it’s fair that I get the taxpayers of Idaho to buy me health insurance, and we’re not willing to look at that problem for our other citizens who don’t have that benefit….  …And shame on us for not solving it!” -Dan Schmidt

Some good news for Idaho; New York based yogurt maker Chobani announced plans to expand what is already the world’s largest yogurt factory, in Twin Falls, primarily to make products for sale in Mexico! (yesterday I reported how Idaho’s ag industry was addicted to Mexican money)

Illinois:  Kohl’s shutting down their Saint Charles department store by June, about 1-hundred jobs lost!  Barrington District 220 notified 114 employees of layoffs, saying they’re prepping for the state ‘lawmakers’ to cut their funding by $2.6-million USD!  God powerless to stop ObamaCare from forcing ‘his’ Catholic Presence Health to eliminate 7-hundred jobs through attrition and outright layoffs! CEO Michael Englehart said ObamaCare was forcing them “to get in line”.

Massachusetts:  In New Bedford, Flagship Cinemas shutting down in August due of the A-hole city administrators who secretly rezoned the property: “….they rezoned the space to industrial about two and a half years ago and city officials wanted nothing to do with a movie theater anymore.”-John Crowley, who said city administrators never notified him of the zoning change

Michigan:  In Lansing, 50 years old restaurant House of ING shutting down by the end of the month.  The owner says he must focus on his other restaurants.

New Jersey:  Kohl’s shutting down their Princeton department store by June, about 1-hundred jobs lost!

New York: It’s been revealed that troubled NYC based restaurant chain Fig & Olive eliminated an undisclosed number of jobs, revealed by at least four former employees.  Fig & Olive had to shutdown restaurants back in 2015 because of a salmonella outbreak.

North Carolina:  Kohl’s shutting down their Charlotte department store by June, about 1-hundred jobs lost!

Pennsylvania:  Cancer treatment center Helomics eliminating 125 jobs in Pittsburgh by mid-April!

Texas:  In Houston, after two years Georges Bistro shutting down by the end of the month, the husband and wife immigrant owners (who’re longtime Houston restauranteurs) are getting the hell outta Dodge and returning to their home country of France!

Washington: In Bellingham, Medicare policy seller Sterling Insurance shutting down their Barkley District office, 55 jobs lost by May.  Too Big to Jail (provocateur of the home foreclosure scandal) California based Wells Fargo issued a layoff WARN for their Vancouver Mortgage Servicing office, to take place by April.

WARN=Worker Adjustment & Retraining Notification

Former employees who receive severance are not counted as unemployed!

Employees of religious non-profits might not qualify for unemployment assistance: “If the non-profit organization is a church, you may or may not be entitled to unemployment. It all depends upon state regulations for church employers. In many cases, churches are allowed to set their own rules regarding unemployment benefits, meaning the church can choose whether to offer benefits to former employees.”

The U.S. Department of Labor (DoL) no longer issues mass layoff reports: “On March 1, 2013, President Obama ordered into effect the across-the- board spending cuts (commonly referred to as sequestration) required by the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act, as amended. Under the order, the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) must cut its current budget by more than $30 million, 5 percent of the current 2013 appropriation, by September 30, 2013. In order to help achieve these savings and protect core programs, the BLS will eliminate two programs, including Mass Layoff Statistics, and all ‘measuring green jobs’ products. This news release is the final publication of monthly mass layoff survey data.”

Gun Ban Failure: UnConstitutional NYC laws fail to stop attack on cops!

07 March 2016 (05:06 UTC-07 Tango 01) 17 Esfand 1394/27 Jumada al-Ula 1437/29 Xin Mao 4714

The near total ban on guns in the Failed State of New York City failed to stop a man from attacking people, with a knife and with fire!

When the smoke cleared one man was stabbed dead, a homeless man burned, a woman stabbed in the neck and face, and two cops set on fire!  The 23 years old is now in jail after police shot him in the legs.  This proves you need to carry a gun, it was the only way the cops were able to stop the fire-starter.

Gun Ban Failure: Yet more mass stabbings of children in total gun ban China!

Russian gun laws fail to stop beheading of children!

“The end of the world is coming in a second…I’m your death! I hate democracy. I’m a terrorist. I’m your suicide bomber… I’m going to die in a second…The end of the world!”-Immigrant nanny who chopped off the head of a little girl

Russian gun laws generally ban individual ownership of pistols, but shotguns are allowed, and after five years of legal possession of a shotgun you can buy a rifle.  However, those laws didn’t stop a nanny from chopping off the head of her ward, then setting the apartment on fire!

The nanny, who immigrated from Uzbekistan, failed to explode and was arrested by Moscow police.  The victim’s mother is in hospital due to fainting after being told about the murder of her child.

In an update: Russian investigators concluded that the immigrant is not a Muslim fanatic, but a clinically diagnosed schizophrenic from Uzbekistan.  She’s considered an illegal immigrant.  Her husband divorced her and her own children were placed with foster families in Uzbekistan, right before she moved to Russia.

By the way, Christians are best known for claiming the end of the world is nigh.

Germany posts record government surplus, again? Credit illegal immigrants!

Gun Ban Failure: Mass killing of 14 people despite laws! This anti-gun country is 2nd only to U.S. in gun violence!

28 February 2016 (10:42 UTC-07 Tango 01) 09 Esfand 1394/19 Jumada al-Ula 1437/21 Geng Yin 4714

“The attacker, Hasnin Anwar Warekar, hung himself after slitting the throats of all other family members including his parents.”-police statement

“We came running. His sister was shouting from the window for help. We saved her by breaking the window. When we tried to break through the door she asked us not to as her brother was holding a knife. My elder brother and I went to call the police.”-neighbor

A man killed 14 members of his family, with a knife, then killed himself! It happened in the total gun ban country of India.

Police say the murder-suicide took place while the extended family was about to eat dinner.  The woman who survived the attack is hospitalized and not yet in a condition to answer questions.

Home made gun in near total gun ban India, if there’s a will there’s a way

India totally bans individual gun ownership, unless an individual can meet strict rules (and pay high fees) to get a government issued license.  The license must be renewed every three years.  However, even with a gun license there are types of guns totally banned from ownership: Basically any “bored” gun that can fire the most popular pistol or rifle ammo (which just happens to be ammo used by police & military) is banned, even shotguns with a barrel of less than 20 inches are banned.  Legal guns are limited to how much ammo they can hold.

This is one of the few legal for civilians to own (with gun license) guns in India. The sexist manufacturer claims they designed it just for women.

Despite the near total gun ban and tougher gun laws, India’s gun ownership, and gun violence rate, has been going up.  In 2010, Time magazine claimed that India was second highest in the world for gun ownership.  Accidental shootings have increased to the point where several lndian states have banned the traditional use of guns in celebrations.   What the anti-gun Time article failed to point out is that most of the increase in gun ownership involves the owning of the very guns that are totally banned (the “bored” guns using ammo similar to police & military guns), which also implies the owners don’t have a legal gun ownership license.

This chart differentiates between illegal and legally owned guns. Note the overwhelming dominance of murders by gun with illegally owned guns, proving the near total gun ban is a total failure!

Last year the Institute of Development Studies (IDS) published the conclusions of their investigations into India’s rising gun violence.  They reported that near total gun-ban India now has the second highest homicide by gun rate in the world!   Of course the IDS study is a biased anti-gun report, calling for more guns for cops!

United Police States of America: Cops about to openly take your guns, no reason needed!

Total Gun Ban Total Failure, Australia: Yet another gun related incident in country that totally bans guns!

Total Gun Ban Total Failure: Mexico!

Arkansas: Bentonville based Walmart reported yet another quarterly decline in profits.  This time, for the 2015 end of year holiday season their profits fell 8%.  Ho ho ho, Merry Xmas everyone!  Administrators blame currency wars and their own plans to shutdown at least 2-hundred stores (which they included in their 4th quarter 2015 report even though the shutdowns didn’t start until 2016, mmmm, more bookkeeping shell games).

Washington DC: The U.S. Department of Labor reports that ObamaCare (Patient Protection & Affordable Care Act) health insurance costs jumped by at least 4.8% in 2015.  That’s faster than the official rate of inflation in 2015.

Former employees who receive severance are not counted as unemployed

The U.S. Department of Labor (DoL) no longer issues mass layoff reports: “On March 1, 2013, President Obama ordered into effect the across-the- board spending cuts (commonly referred to as sequestration) required by the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act, as amended. Anti Gun Laws fail to stop stolen cop gun from being used to ambush cop!

“Shots fired! … I’m bleeding heavily! I’m bleeding. Get us another unit out here!”-Philadelphia cop shot and wounded with a stolen cop gun

The anti-2nd Amendment laws of Pennsylvania failed to stop a stolen taxpayer funded police gun from winding up in the hands of a man claiming to be with Islamic State-ISIS-ISIL-DAIISH (DA for al-DAwla, I for al-Islamiya, I for al-Iraq, SH al-SHam).

Philadelphia police admitted the gun used to ambush one of their own, was one of their own!  It’s a Glock 9mm pistola, stolen out of a cop’s home back in 2013!

The wounded cop managed to shoot back and hit the attacker, who is now detained.

According to a 2014 U.S. Department of Justice report, 230-thousand guns are stolen every year! Most of those guns are stolen from gun shops, or even from the trucks delivering the guns to the retail market. But this brings up a big question about certain anti-gun laws: If most gun crimes are committed using illegally acquired guns, then why have gun shows been banned, why have gun owners been banned from selling their own guns and why are responsible gun owners forced to go through back ground checks and then forced to register their guns?

The President’s Actions to Reduce Gun Violence

So President Obama is taking executive action to reduce gun violence. Here’s what his actions are designed to do:

Keep guns out of the wrong hands through background checks

  • The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) is making clear that it doesn’t matter where you conduct your business—from a store, at gun shows, or over the Internet: If you’re in the business of selling firearms, you must get a license and conduct background checks.
  • ATF is finalizing a rule to require background checks for people trying to buy some of the most dangerous weapons and other items through a trust, corporation, or other legal entity.
  • Attorney General Loretta E. Lynch has sent a letter to States highlighting the importance of receiving complete criminal history records and criminal dispositions, information on persons disqualified because of a mental illness, and qualifying crimes of domestic violence.
  • The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) is overhauling the background check system to make it more effective and efficient. The envisioned improvements include processing background checks 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and improving notification of local authorities when certain prohibited persons unlawfully attempt to buy a gun. The FBI will hire more than 230 additional examiners and other staff to help process these background checks.

Make our communities safer from gun violence

  • The Attorney General convened a call with U.S. Attorneys around the country to direct federal prosecutors to continue to focus on smart and effective enforcement of our gun laws.
  • The President’s FY2017 budget will include funding for 200 new ATF agents and investigators to help enforce our gun laws.
  • ATF has established an Internet Investigation Center to track illegal online firearms trafficking and is dedicating $4 million and additional personnel to enhance the National Integrated Ballistics Information Network.
  • ATF is finalizing a rule to ensure that dealers who ship firearms notify law enforcement if their guns are lost or stolen in transit.
  • The Attorney General issued a memo encouraging every U.S. Attorney’s Office to renew domestic violence outreach efforts.

Increase mental health treatment and reporting to the background check system

  • The Administration is proposing a new $500 million investment to increase access to mental health care.
  • The Social Security Administration has indicated that it will begin the rulemaking process to include information in the background check system about beneficiaries who are prohibited from possessing a firearm for mental health reasons.
  • The Department of Health and Human Services is finalizing a rule to remove unnecessary legal barriers preventing States from reporting relevant information about people prohibited from possessing a gun for specific mental health reasons.

Shape the future of gun safety technology

  • The President has directed the Departments of Defense, Justice, and Homeland Security to conduct or sponsor research into gun safety technology
  • The President has also directed the departments to review the availability of smart gun technology on a regular basis, and to explore potential ways to further its use and development to more broadly improve gun safety.

Paper Tiger(?) Obama: Martial law gun ban will target senile incapacitated old people! If you’re getting Social Security then you’re a potential mass shooter?

05 January 2016 (14:21 UTC-07 Tango 01) 15 Dey 1394/24 Rabi’a’-Awwal 1437/26 Ding-Chou 4713

When was the last time a mass shooting was conducted by a senile old person who couldn’t even wipe their own ass?

The Obama regime has revealed what the new martial law executive order gun ban will look like, and you might be surprised at one group of citizens the gun ban targets: senile old people getting Social Security!

According to the press release by the Obama regime they will use Social Security records to judge who is mentally not fit to own a gun.  So actually this targets not just old people, but people of any age who qualify to get Social Security assistance (stop calling it a ‘benefit’, the majority of recipients paid for it through taxes): “The Social Security Administration has indicated that it will begin the rulemaking process to include information in the background check system about beneficiaries who are prohibited from possessing a firearm for mental health reasons.”The President’s Actions to Reduce Gun Violence, whitehouse.gov

This new executive order gun ban not only violates the 2nd Amendment but it also violates the 5th Amendment: “No person shall be…deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law…”

This implies the involvement of courts, the Social Security Administration (SSA) is not part of the justice system.  To use the SSA to justify revoking a citizens 2nd Amendment Right is unconstitutional.

Revolution Calling: First 10 Amendments declaring your RIGHTS, from the STILL revolutionary U.S. Constitution!
