“…it’s going to get worse!” “I’m paying the state of California so I can work for free!” Haggen accuses Albertsons of Sabotage! : U.S. Job Losses & Closings 18 September 2015

Incomplete list of publicly announced layoffs & shutdowns:

California: What housing market recovery?  Too Big to Jail San Francisco based Wells Fargo eliminating 182 mortgage jobs across the country, due to crashing demand.  New York based Time Warner Cable eliminating 30 jobs relating to its southern California sports channels.   Texas based oilfield service company Halliburton announced a third round of layoffs.  54 people in Bakersfield being laid off due to “current business conditions”.   In Redding, rabbit food server Sky’s Pure Food restaurant shutting down, unless vegan fans can donate enough money for the owner to pay her debts. In Rancho Cordova, medical device maker Cesca Therapeutics reports that Affordable Care Act (ObamaCare) might have caused them to lose $2.4-million USD in their 4th quarter! They’ve already laid off 15 people and more layoffs could happen.   In Lemore, yummy tri-tip Gunny’s Sandwich Shop shutting down due to increasing costs including increased minimum wage and taxes: “Water cost more, everything that you purchase costs more…farm workers…with less crop production means less people to come eat my sandwiches…what I was going to pay in taxes…I’m paying the state of California so I can work for free!”-Max Vernon, one pissed-off former Marine

Florida:  In Miami Beach, The Shelborne Wyndham Grand Hotel issued a shutdown WARN for their food service ops, 89 people will be laid off right before Thanksgiving.

Georgia: In Augusta, Henry Brothers Antique Auctions shutting down by November. They’re leasing out their building to a new tenant, with an option to buy.

Idaho: More taxpayer rapeing was revealed in The Gem State.  This time an internal investigation revealed that all taxpayer funded “therapeutic community” programs in Idaho prisons had no effect on reducing the chances that an ex-con would re-offend: “We know it’s going to make some judges mad and we know it’s going to make some people mad. But why would we keep putting our money into something that isn’t working?”-Kevin Kempf, state prison boss

Idaho Farm Bureau reports that overall crop production is up, but revenues for farmers are crashing by 30% because commodity prices are going through the floor! The crashing revenues will affect Idaho’s Ag industry which employees 100-thousand people in a state that has about 1.5-million residents.

Illinois: State taxpayer funding cuts forcing non-profit Fox Valley Older Adult Services to shutdown their DeKalb and Aurora ops.

Kansas: The child prison known as Clarence Kelley Youth Center shutting down, the good news it that it sounds like it’s due to a lack of prisoners (currently only 15).

Kentucky: In Louisville, a KingFish restaurant shutting down its Blankenbaker Parkway location. The owners of the 70 years old restaurant chain are spending $1-million renovating two other restaurants.

Massachusetts: In Boston Weak: “After 14 years of never once having to lay off an employee, we had to as the result of the Subway loss. It was very difficult and we had to let people go that we loved and have worked with together for years.”-Fred Bertino, ad agency McCarthy Mambro Bertino (MMB)

Minnesota:  In Minneapolis, the long lived Masa restaurant shutdown, apparently the corporate owners didn’t like the new lease terms.

Missouri: Affordable Care Act (ObamaCare) forcing Truman Medical Center to shutdown their behavioral health emergency room services on East 24th Street.  Administrators said as a result of regulations from state and federal agencies, and declining payments, “It just made more sense to shut this down.”

Montana: 140 jobs lost when the Barrick Golden Sunlight Mine shuts down in November: “You know, it’s not making for a very pleasant day. It’s not good news to anybody.”-Dan Banghart, mine manager

New York: Too Big to Jail JP Morgan Chase issued a shutdown WARN for its Chase’s Consumer & Community Banking Operations in Garden City, 195 jobs lost right before Xmas!  In White Plains, AT&T issued a layoff WARN saying 42 people will be laid off right before Thanksgiving.

Ohio:  In Cincinnati, after 12 years Café deVine shutdown, the property owner is tearing down the building.  In Chardon, after 15 years Rosepointe Cottage Tea Room shutdown: “We have not been successful yet, but, I am hopeful that maybe one of you will know someone who would love to own the Tea Room! …..My plan is to close in late September if a buyer is not found.”-Mariann Goodwin

Pennsylvania:  US Steel warned of mass layoffs of salaried workers at its Pittsburgh HQ. No details given.  In Greensburg, after 31 years Art-Tech Supplies shutting down, the pissed-off owner blames the city itself: “Downtown Greensburg does not lend itself to retailing!…..It’s not going to get better, it’s going to get worse!”-Cecilia Morreo.

Tennessee: Nine Palm Beach Tan salons shutdown in Knoxville area, without warning, 50 jobs lost.   The franchise owner walked away without explanation, and without paying the employees their final paycheck: “They put a sign on the door the other day that said we would be opening at 10 today. That was a lie, they knew we weren’t opening at all today!”-Katie House

“I have this apartment so I have to pay rent and everything next month, and I’m a little worried about buying groceries, which I was already struggling with before.”-Annah Dorsett

Utah: In Provo, after 53 years El Azteca restaurant shutting down by the end of the month: “It’s killing me, but I have to be realistic……..we just don’t have enough business, and literally every month we barely make it.”-Carlos Rubio, owner

Washington:  Bellingham based, and now bankrupt Haggen Foods announced the shutdown of 27 more grocery stores in Arizona and California (here’s the list).  It also claims that Alberstons-Safeway is supposed to hire back their own employees.  Haggen Foods was tricked into taking over 146 Albertsons stores, the deal turned out to be a pig in a poke, now Haggen is on the verge of total failure!  Haggen administrators are now suing Albertsons-Safeway on the grounds that the deal was an act of sabotage!

Wisconsin: What automotive industry recovery?  Auto parts maker Johnson Controls announced a new round of layoffs, this time 3-thousand people will get the axe over the next two years!  How’s that for confidence that the economy is recovering?  God can’t stop Right to Work (you over) Republicans from shutting down the Daughters of the Father Christian Academy.  Democrats are demanding an explanation. However, it seems the private ‘christian’ school was being funded with public secular tax dollars, which should be a violation of the 1st Amendment.

Former employees who receive severance are not counted as unemployed

The U.S. Department of Labor (DoL) no longer issues mass layoff reports: “On March 1, 2013, President Obama ordered into effect the across-the- board spending cuts (commonly referred to as sequestration) required by the Balanced Budget and Emergency Deficit Control Act, as amended. Under the order, the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) must cut its current budget by more than $30 million, 5 percent of the current 2013 appropriation, by September 30, 2013. In order to help achieve these savings and protect core programs, the BLS will eliminate two programs, including Mass Layoff Statistics, and all ‘measuring green jobs’ products. This news release is the final publication of monthly mass layoff survey data.”

Imperial Japan rises from Atomic Bombing Ashes! New law allows Japan to unilaterally attack any country in the World!

18 September 2015 (13:13 UTC-07 Tango 01)/27 Shahrivar 1394/04 Dhu l-Hijja 1436/06 Yi-You (8th month) 4713

After decades with a constitution that forbade the project of offensive military power outside of Japan, and despite weeks of protests by tens of thousands of Japanese, the neo-imperialist government has succeeded in passing what they call a “collective self defense” law that gives political leaders the right to unilaterally declare war on any country in the world.

Abe (Aww-Bay) Shinzō, who was just re-elected by default (no opposing candidates), claims the law will prevent war.  Famous Orwellian Double Speak last words as imperialist have always made such claims right before major warfare breaks out.

Abe claims Japan is being threatened by China and Korea, but I’ve been following Japanese foreign politics for several years now and it is Japan, with the backing of the Obama regime, that has been rattling the sabers!  It’s is about oil, just like it was in the first half of the 20th century when Japan took by force territories from Russia, China, Vietnam, Philippines, Korea and many other east and southeast Asian lands.

Japan oil industry says U.S. & EU oil sanctions against Iran will not affect global oil supply!

U.S. ally Japan drinks up Iranian oil despite sanctions!

Syria, 17 September 2015: U.S. lies about helping Kurds! More proof U.S. is sending in the Chechens! Turkish insurgents destroyed! Insurgent supplies coming from U.S. controlled Jordan!

“If he’s not the overall military commander for the Islamic State, he’s definitely in charge of the Northern Syrian Front, which is one of the most active and serious.”-U.S. veteran Mitchell Prothero claiming a U.S. trained insurgent is a top DAESH in Syria commander, PBS Newshour interview

“That’s when we noticed that several members of the unit had American military Combat Infantryman Badges on their right shoulders from the 82nd Airborne. To defuse the tension, I pulled out my American passport and declared that they couldn’t arrest comrades they’d fought alongside, as I had done numerous embeds with the 82nd in Iraq, where some of these men had been stationed earlier that year.”-U.S. veteran Mitchell Prothero describing his first encounter with a man who is now known as Abu Omar al Shishani, a U.S. trained Chechen now a top leader of DAESH (Islamic State in Syria).

“We trained him well, and we had lots of help from America.”-former Georgian defense official about Shishani.  Now, remember who did the Boston Bombings?  That’s right, Chechens whom ‘conspiracy theorists’ say were supported by the U.S.

U.S. Army General Lloyd J. Austin III told the Senate Armed Services Committee that Special Forces have been assisting Kurdish People’s Protection Units (YPG) in Rojava.  However, I’ve read the official YPG news site and there’s no mention of U.S. forces helping them!

In fact, YPG representatives accuse U.S. backed Syrian National Coalition of supporting DAESH (Islamic State): The [U.S. led] coalition….have been providing political and financial support to DAESH since the radical group swept into Rojava…..U.S. and European powers must reconsider their relations with the Syrian National Coalition. This opposition bloc claims to back the aspirations of the Syrian people while it actually funds the terrorist group of DAESH.”-Redur Khalil

“…it is illegal for Australia to bomb in Syria. There is no UN imprimatur for Australia to bomb in the sovereign state of Syria. It’s as simple as that. Moreover, the Government’s claim that it will be legal by virtue of collective self-defence is simply untrue. The fact is that the sovereign state of Syria, as odious as the Assad regimen is, does not pose a threat to any other country.”-Andrew Wilkie, Australian Member of Parliament

“French air strikes on Syria will start within a few weeks…..133 French citizens or residents have been killed fighting for IS [DAESH].”-Radio France Internationale (rfi), so, does this mean the reason for the French airstrikes is because they’re tired of seeing their citizens dying for DAESH (Islamic State)?  Who’re they really going to be bombing?

Aleppo Province: The Syrian Arab Army and Air Force continue to engage in heavy fighting with U.S.-EU-Saudi-Israeli backed DAESH (Islamic State) and Jabhat al-Nusra (Nusra Front) insurgents, including near the al-Neirab Airport.  In Kafr Hamra, Syrian Arab Army claims to have destroyed insurgents sent in by NATO member Turkey.

Damascus area:  Syrian Arab Army and Lebanese Resistance Regiments continued battling U.S.-EU-Saudi-Israeli backed DAESH (Islamic State) in their efforts to push them towards the center of al-Zabadani City.  In Harasta, an insurgent artillery mortar attack hit a hospital bus, killing two civilians and wounding 20.  In al-Zablatani and al-Qassaa, police report insurgent mortar attacks wounding one civilian and destroying two POVs (personally owned vehicles).

Daraa Province:  The Syrian Arab Army Air Force attacked the supply lines (lines of communication) of Jabhat al-Nusra (Nusra Front) which originate in the U.K./U.S. controlled Kingdom of Jordan.

Hama Province: Syrian Arab Army reports engaging and destroying insurgents operating gun-trucks armed with 23mm guns.  In Misyaf City, Customs Police captured a car loaded with 8-thousand 4-hundred rounds of machine gun ammo.  The driver was arrested.

Homs Province:  Syrian Arab Army engaged several DAESH (Islamic State) groups throughout the province.

Idleb Province:  Syrian Arab Army Air Force bombed a U.S.-EU-Saudi-Israeli backed Jaish Al-Fateh convoy on the al-Frekeh/al-Ziara road.

Raqqa Province: Syrian Arab Army Air Force bombed DAESH (Islamic State) positions inside Raqqa City.

“So….they will have more refugees!”

The Secret Arms Deal Behind America’s Syria Fiasco

“I’m going to cry….the business isn’t there anymore.” Eliminating older workers dubbed War for Talent! Mass incompetence in Jersey schools! A Idaho Right to Work over Unions law ruled illegal! : U.S. Job Losses & Closings 17 September 2015

Incomplete list of publicly announced layoffs & shutdowns:

Japan based Sony is ending its facebook support for the PS3 and Vita.

California: In upscale elitist Montecito, after 30 years Lana Marme Last Resport clothing store shutting down.  San Diego news sources say the expected mass layoffs by Qualcomm will be in the thousands! Qualcomm employees about 12-thousand people in San Diego.   In Santa Monica, after 93 years (surviving the Great deflationary Depression and numerous recessions) Santa Monica Radiator shutdown: “We have had an amazing 93-year run in business…Operating the business has become extremely stressful. It’s much more difficult to be profitable.”-Chuck Perliter, a third-generation owner (remember, they survived the Great Depression and they say now it’s too hard to be profitable!)

In Huntington Beach, Yum! brands owned (spun-off from anti-gun Pepsi) Taco Bell shutting down their experimental fast-casual booze selling U.S. Taco Company restaurant due problems with booze licensing and lack of sales.   The Arcata Chamber of Commerce shutting down its California Welcome Center due to being $12-thousand USD in the hole.  All four Orange County Capriotti’s sandwich shops shutdown suddenly by the corporation: “Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop has decided to end a relationship with one of our franchisees.”-Ashley Morris, ceo

Georgia: In Savannah, Thrifty Hardware & Home Supply shutdown after almost 60 years. It’s been sold to fund the owner’s retirement.

Idaho: The 9th Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals has ruled the evil 2011 anti-unions law (given the Orwellian Double Speak title Fairness in Contracting Act) to be in violation of the federal National Labor Relations Act.  Because of lawsuits the law never went into effect.  The bad news is that yet again Idaho taxpayers are stuck paying the legal fees caused by their inept and evil ‘lawmakers’!

Idaho taxpayers will also have to pay for the burial fees for a female U.S. Navy veteran, as well as $70-thousand USD in legal fees.  The female vet wants to be buried along side her wife in the Idaho State Veterans Cemetery, but ‘lawmakers’ forbade it due the fact the vets are the same sex.  However, after court battles Deputy Idaho Attorney General W. Scott Zanzig admitted “There is no question that the plaintiff is entitled to an award of fees and expenses under controlling law.”

Idaho ‘lawmakers’ have a long track record of losing court cases and then sticking taxpayers with the bill!  It’s proof that ‘lawmakers’ do not represent the ‘people’, because they’re obviously picking the wrong battles to fight in court.

More proof employers are shunning people over 35.  In Twin Falls it was reported that the growing food processing industry there will focus on hiring people ages 18 to 34 only.  Jan Rogers of Southern Idaho Economic Development Organization admitted that’s it’s also a national agenda.  The push to get rid of older workers has been dubbed by Jeff Sayer, director of Idaho Department of Labor, as The War for Talent.

To show you how ignorant the numbers crunchers are with the state Department of Labor, they expect 109-thousand jobs to be created over the next ten years. Sounds good, until you realize that they expect all those jobs to be filled by out-o-staters moving in.  In others words they are not concerned with the unemployed Idahoans currently struggling to find jobs!

Illinois:  In Chicago, after 13 years the Signal Ensemble theater shutdown.  After 41 years Variety Comics shutting down by the end of October, 40 years worth of comic iconica must be sold. In Kankakee, Germany based BASF shutting down its resin factory, 50 jobs lost.  Administrators admitted that their sales have been crashing for the past 15 years, before the Great Recession started.

Louisiana: A third round of layoffs being reported at the NOLA.com/The Times-Picayune.  37 jobs eliminated so far.  One former unnamed employee said he was laid off as he drove home from work: “By the time I got home and tried to check my email it had been deactivated.”

What hurricane recovery?  In New Orleans, after four years critically praised farm-to-table restaurant Maurepas Foods shutting down by October: “We were just at a plateau. Every day I know exactly what I can buy from our farmers and I know the limits of what I can pay my staff, and I know that I’m not able to spend as much time with my family as I want to and keep it going.”-Michael Doyle

Massachusetts: Affordable Care Act (ObamaCare) forcing Peabody based medical equipment maker Analogic to eliminate at least 90 U.S. jobs as they begin moving production to China!

Maryland:  Too Big to Jail BB&T (Branch Banking & Trust) eliminating 126 jobs in Hagerstown as a result of their $2.5-billion takeover of Susquehanna Bancshares!

Michigan: After 32 years Pete’s Stardust Family Restaurant shutdown, no explanation.   In Grand Rapids, the owners of Kilwins chocolates are suing their former landlord for forcing them to shutdown. They claim that Steadfast Property Holdings (note it’s an evil ‘holding’ company, the same type that helped cause the Great Depression) failed to maintain its air conditioning systems, causing the store’s inventory to melt.  Apparently Texas owned Adrian Mall is kicking out MC Sports: “I’m definitely not happy because we are a good store and I know our customers are disappointed too, but there’s not much we can do about it.”-Amy Gossman, associate manager

Minnesota:  Buck’s Furniture shutdown their last store, the owner blames his quality long lasting furniture and said economic times have radically changed: “Like many small, independent retailers, we’ve survived fires, some tough economic downturns, trends toward disposable furniture and Internet retailers, but we live in a new economic reality today. For a small furniture business to be competitive in the long-run you need deep pockets and repeat customers. So in some ways we created our own problem. We hear every day that our all-wood furniture lasts a long time.”-Ramon Buck

Montana: In Libby, Applied Materials consolidating to Kalispell, 17 jobs lost.

Nebraska: In Omaha, after 80 years iconic Piccolo’s Restaurant shutdown. The restaurant was also known for its sign of the original owner which shows “He’s playing the piccolo wrong. He never played the piccolo and he’s playing it left handed because he was left handed and that’s not how you play the piccolo.”  The current owner and daughter of the original owner,Donna Sheehan, lamented “I’m going to cry. I didn’t want to do this. Sorry. We decided to end it because the business isn’t there anymore. We’ve tried everything but it’s just what happens. The chains come in and they just eat the little fish. We can’t compete with them. They have deep pockets. We do not.”

New Jersey: More proof of public administrator incompetence.  Over the Summer Paterson School District laid off 3-hundred people, blaming what I call Disappearing Students Syndrome!  After you include protest resignations and early retirements at least 535 jobs went away! Now those same exalted school administrators are scrambling to hire on people because it turned out they weren’t losing students, in fact their enrollment went up by 7-hundred students!

New York: Drugs maker Novartis Pharmaceuticals shutting down their Suffern factory sometime after Xmas, at least 54 jobs lost.   The Daily News laid off about a dozen people, the owner says it’s losing $20-million USD per year and he’s trying to sell it.

Ohio: Tax sucking nuclear industry contractor Fluor-BWXT Portsmouth reminded local governments it is losing money big time and could eliminate 570 jobs in October, and 1-thousand 4-hundred jobs in the long run!  It’s connected to the decommissioning disaster known as Portsmouth Gaseous Diffusion Plant, in Piketon.

Oklahoma: After 45 years the Consumers IGA grocery store in Stillwater shutting down by the end of the month.  The owner blamed the greedy property owner for selling to property developers.  Tulsa based shale oil company Samson Resources now chapter 11 bankrupt busted claiming to be in $4.2-billion of debt!

Pennsylvania: God refuses to stop administrators at ‘his’ Saint Joseph’s University from eliminating jobs and cutting programs due to The Rapture, I mean what I call Disappearing Students Syndrome.  Administrators hope the cuts will put them back into the ‘black’ next school year.  The Wilkinsburg School District shutting down its High School and shipping the 2-hundred students to another school district!  However, it was revealed the district is also going to spend $10-million renovating two elementary schools. After nine years the Meritage restaurant shutdown, it might be connected to the collapse of the wall in the kitchen.

Texas: Two Dallas Capriotti’s sandwich shops shutdown suddenly by the corporation: “Capriotti’s Sandwich Shop has decided to end a relationship with one of our franchisees.”-Ashley Morris, ceo

Virginia:  The Virginia Hospital and Healthcare Association warned that Affordable Care Act (ObamaCare) is making healthcare worse.  They said increasing operating costs and decreasing payments will result in state run hospitals shutting down and thousand of people becoming unemployed!

Wisconsin: News reports say the city of LaCrosse forcing a local church to shutdown its homeless shelter.  Apparently elitist Nazi false christian neighbors didn’t like the church taking in homeless people and complained!  Manitowoc Ice laying off more employees, this time 20 by November.  It’s part of the company’s plan to move production to Mexico.

List of known U.S. store shutdowns for 2016 and beyond

WARN=Worker Adjustment & Retraining Notification

Syria, 16 September 2015: “So….they will have more refugees!” Islamic State destroying historical sites to drive up prices of contraban!

“…the West now is crying for the refugees with one eye and aiming at them with a machine gun with the second…those refugees left Syria because of the terrorism….the West [U.S.-EU-Saudi-Israel] is supporting terrorists since the beginning of the crisis when it said that this was a peaceful uprising, when they said later it’s moderate opposition, and now…there is terrorism like al-Nusra and DAESH….So….they will have more refugees!”-Bashar al-Assad, elected President of Syria

Russian General Nikolay Bogdanovsky denied that Russia is “currently” building a giant air base in Syria, but then added “anything can happen”.

U.S. Army General Lloyd J. Austin III told the Senate Armed Services Committee that despite spending $500-million USD to overtly train Syrian insurgents a total of “four or five Syrian individuals….remain in the fight”.

NATO member France announced it will begin airstrikes against Syria.

NATO member and British empire member United Kingdom is considering a no fly zone over Syria.  The only planes flying over Syria are airliners (including Russian transport aircraft) and Syrian Arab Army Air force, so who is the United Kingdom going to target? Obviously not the insurgents!

NATO partner and British empire member Australia announced that they will pull 1-hundred Diggers from their training missions with Iraqi troops and ‘reshape’ their mission to targeting Syria.

United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) reports that it appears the U.S.-EU-Saudi-Israeli backed insurgents are engaged in widespread and large scale looting of ancient artifacts for sale on the blackmarket.  Only elites (the rich) in the ‘West’ engage in buying looted artifacts: “Satellite imagery shows that archaeological sites in Syria are dotted by thousands of illegal excavations … that show there is looting on an industrial scale. Limiting the trafficking in cultural property is a top priority because it finances the actions of the extremists.”-Irina Bokova

Is the real reason the insurgents are blowing up ancient sites is that it drives up the price of the artifacts they recovered, before they destroyed the sites?

Vice President Najah al-Attar presented the Syrian Order of Merit of Excellent Degree to the family of the martyred archeologist Khaled al-Asaad.  Asaad was killed by U.S.-EU-Saudi-Israeli backed DAESH (Islamic State) for refusing to help them collect historical artifacts to sell to the rich A-holes in the U.S., Europe, Israel and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Aleppo Province: The Syrian Arab Army and Air Force continue to engage in heavy fighting with U.S.-EU-Saudi-Israeli backed DAESH (Islamic State) and Jabhat al-Nusra (Nusra Front) insurgents. Battles raged in dozens of villages, at the  Syrian Arab Army Air Force Academy and at a Scientific Research building.  Two civilians killed by insurgent rocket artillery attack in Aleppo City.

Damascus area:  Syrian Arab Army units pushed U.S.-EU-Saudi-Israeli backed Jaish al-Islam insurgents out of the hills overlooking the Damascus-Homs highway in Harasta.  Syrian Arab Army and Lebanese Resistance Regiments liberated more city blocks of al-Zabadani city.  They are pushing insurgents towards the city center.  It’s also reported that insurgents were killed while using the city’s sewer system to try and escape.  A number of insurgents killed west of Douma, their Toyota gun-trucks and a bulldozer were destroyed.  In al-Abasyeen City, a man and a woman wounded by insurgent mortar artillery attack that hit a market.

Daraa Province:  Syrian Arab Army & Air Force units continued hitting Jabhat al-Nusra (al Nusra Front) insurgents, including an insurgent convoy seen near “the Old Customs building and in the surroundings of the Police Housing Compound and at the road near the mosques of al-Hamza and al-Abbas in Daraa al-Balad neighborhood.”

Hama Province: Syrian Arab Army & Air Force units engaged in dozens of battles with Jaish al-Fateh insurgents.

Homs Province:  In Homs City, eight civilians wounded when an insurgent blew up his Kia Rio.  Apparently only the insurgent was killed.

Idleb Province:  Syrian Arab Army & Air Force units engaged in dozens of battles with Jaish al-Fateh insurgents.  Idleb borders Hama Province.

Lattakia Province: The Syrian Arab Army attacked an insurgent wireless communications operation near Bojak Castle and Beit Shrouq village.  15 insurgents killed, 20 wounded.  Syrian Arab Army Air Force bombed insurgents in Birnass village and in Salma town.

More civilians killed by U.S. backed insurgent car bombs!

“We need our money and we need it now!” The ‘Redman’ imposes sanctions on Michigan! HP kills 30-thousand more jobs! More proof being ‘green’ puts you in the ‘red’! : U.S. Job Losses & Closings 16 September 2015

Incomplete list of publicly announced layoffs & shutdowns:

California: More proof being ‘green’ puts you in the ‘red’!  In San Francisco, city bus service contractor Leap now chapter 7 bankrupt busted and auctioning-off its natural gas powered busses.   Palo Alto based Hewlett Packard (HP) announced that 30-thousand people will become jobless in November!  That’s when the new HP Enterprise company will be spunoff: “Hewlett Packard Enterprise will be smaller and more focused than HP is today. As a separate company, we are better positioned than ever to meet the evolving needs of our customers around the world.”-Meg Whitman  (HP has already eliminated 50-thousand+ jobs!)

Colorado:  State tax collectors revealed they underestimated tax revenues off marijuana sales. As a result they’ll be one tax free day on marijuana sales.  The state collected $70-million USD in marijuana taxes, more than the $42-million in alcohol taxes (and that was an increase from the previous year).   In Broomfield, Best Buy shutting down by the end of October.  City administrators admitted that taxpayer dollars will be spent “to redevelop the site”.

Florida: Wellington based B/E Aerospace eliminating 450 jobs as it joins the rest of unAmerican corporate America and consolidates its aircraft interior manufacturing!

Hawaii: In Honolulu, after 35 years retail store Hilo Hattie shutting down their Nimitz Highway location in October.  As with other unAmerican corporate American business, Hilo Hattie is consolidating operations.

Idaho: The Idaho Land Board is using the excuse of wildfires to speed up the clear cutting of forests.  Areas up to 40.5 hectares (1-hundred acres) of ‘burned’ trees will now be cut down for the logging industry: “We’re talking 70 to 80 million board feet, so you could have a fairly large number of administrative packages that would have to come to the Land Board and be scheduled.”-Tom Schultz, Idaho Department of Lands

This year has not been as big a fire season for Idaho (compared to recent years), most of the smoke comes from Washington and California, yet Right to Work (you over) govn’a Otter says firefighting will cost taxpayers close to $70-million USD!

Illinois: Morton Salt shutting down its Chicago packaging ops in October, at least 23 jobs lost.  When asked what they will do with the property, administrators said “We have not made any decisions with respect to our buildings and the property there.” What automotive industry recovery?  Titan Wheel warned of a second round of layoffs.  In May they laid off 60 people.  It’s blamed on crashing orders from the farm, mining and military industries.

Indiana: In Elkhart, after less than four years ModMex restaurant shutting down by the end of the month, due to “opportunities”.  Madison Township shutting down Fire Station 31.   In Fort Wayne, after 34 years Delmar Video shutdown: “We can compete against another video store, but it’s hard to compete against a sofa and a remote control. The trend it is going so digital that we’d like to get out while we’re still on top.”-Caroline Davis, owner

Kentucky: Pipe maker Dura-Line shutting down their Middlesboro factory, more than 1-hundred people out of work before Xmas!  The factory will be sold-off.  As with the rest of unAmerican corporate America Dura-Line is consolidating operations.

Massachusetts: Boston Globe owned boston.com laid off 12 people.

“A recent unpublished decision by the Massachusetts Appeals Court found that an employee could not establish a case for age discrimination under Massachusetts law when his entire job class was eliminated as part of a reduction in force. See Richard A. Porio v. Department of Revenue, 13-P-1621, (memorandum and order pursuant to Rule 1:28, August 27, 2015). Maryland:  Home Depot killing 315 jobs at its Hagerstown distribution center! The layoffs should take place in time for Thanksgiving.  Like many other unAmerican corporations Home Depot is consolidating the work, to Ohio.  The USPS used the excuse of mold to shutdown the Princess Anne Post Office.  This is the second time I’ve read about the excuse of mold being used to shutdown a post office (Nemacolin Post Office in Pennsylvania).

Bills are still rolling!”-unnamed pissed-off employee who just found out the state can shutdown your job and take your final paycheck
