Martial Law U.S.A.: Secretive NAZIistic U.S. court approves continued NSA domestic spying!

20 July 2013 (14:22 UTC-07 Tango)/12 Ramadan 1434/29 Tir 1391/13 Ji-Wie (6th month) 4711

“The Government filed an application with the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court seeking renewal of the authority to collect telephony metadata in bulk, and that the Court renewed that authority.”-James Clapper, Director of National Intelligence

The secretive Foreign Intelligence Service Court (FISC) has authorized the continued domestic phone data collection of the National Security Agency (NSA).

Isn’t it interesting that a court created to oversee ‘foreign’ spy operations is ruling on ‘domestic’ spy operations?  Most U.S. citizens have never heard of FISC, even though the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978 created the NAZIistic court.

Recently a contracted employee of the NSA revealed that the NSA ordered phone companies to provide all domestic phone call records to the government spy agency.

On 19 July 2013, NSA director James Clapper announced that the FISC has ordered Verizon to continue providing the NSA with all phone call records.  (it’s assumed that other phone service providers have been issued the same order)

World War 3, U.S. Economic Front: Job losses & store closings 07 May 2013. More Obama Care layoffs! Domestic spy companies layoff thousands of people!

Massachusetts based electronic data collection and storage (domestic spying) company EMC will layoff 1004 people around the World!  EMC will not renew their leases on 100 U.S. spy center locations.  It involves EMC’s info storage, security and intelligence operations.  In 2012, EMC laid off 1163 employees!  EMC has been laying off employees since 2010.  The electronic spy company has almost 60000 employees worldwide.  The layoffs are due to ongoing changes in how the company spies on the public: “For the last couple years, as EMC has been transforming our business, we have had ongoing rebalancing efforts. This most recent one, which was disclosed on Jan. 29, 2013, is relatively consistent with these actions to rebalance and reorganize our workforce to best align with the opportunities ahead.”-Lesley Ogrodnick, EMC

In Tennessee, vacuum maker Oreck now bankrupt. Company officials blame the bad economy saying sales are so bad that they “simply cannot generate cash fast enough to cover expenses”. The company is now for sale, with offers from the Oreck family and Royal Appliance Manufacturing.

New York based Colby Electronics laid off 42 people and closed its Savannah, Georgia, warehouse.  Company officials blamed “the prevailing economic headwinds” for crashing sales.   And the Muscogee County School District considering shutting down several schools.  District officials say they need to cut $40 million USD from the upcoming school year’s budget!

Hypocrisy in Alabama, the Cleburne County Board of Education approved an undisclosed number of layoffs for non-tenured and support personnel.  At the same time they announced that they hired nine teachers and administrators!

The University of Wyoming cut 54 faculty and staff positions.  It’s blamed on reduced state funding.

Indiana based drug maker, Eli Lilly, announced drastic cuts.  At least 1624 people losing their jobs!  The company blames it on expiring patents on their drugs.

In New York, U.K. based Bunzl shut down their Hicksville distribution center.  30 people laid off.  The company is consolidating operations into New Jersey.  And the Saint James Mercy Hospital cut 50 positions.  It’s blamed on the bad economy and the Affordable Health Care Act (Obama/Romney Care): “SJMH is continuing to experience significant declines in patient volumes, patient days and revenues, as well as reduced state and federal reimbursement and we cannot continue to support our current operation under these conditions.”-Mary LaRowe, Saint James Mercy Health System

In New Mexico, the Gila Regional Medical Center converted 70 full time jobs to part time only.  The hospital has also stopped the $40 million expansion project, postponed a new health information software system and will shut down its Home Health Services in Luna County as well as Home Health’s D&E wavier and Helping Hands programs in Grant County!  Hospital officials blame it on the increase in uninsured customers who can’t pay and the Affordable Health Care Act (Obama/Romney Care) which drastically reduces Medicare and Medicaid payments.

In Kentucky, Kentucky Spirit Health Plan laying off all its 145 employees!  The company focused on providing Medicare covered care for children.  Company officials say the drastic cuts to Medicare funding by the Affordable Health Care Act (Obama/Romney Care) forced them to shut down because the new Medicare payments don’t cover the basic costs of operations!  And Eddie Montgomery’s Steakhouse closed without warning in Harrodsburg.  The country music singer/owner simply said “Unfortunately, we had to close the steakhouse.”

In Arizona, another solar power victim of Obama, First Solar, laying off 150 employees!  In 2012 they laid off 2000 employees!

T’Licious cafe shut down in Delaware. The owner blamed it on national chain restaurants moving into the area.

In Chicago area, Illinois, U.S. Cellular shutting down more than a dozen stores and laying off 128 people!  Blame Sprint-Nextel.

In New Jersey, the new owners of the Morristown Headquarters 10 cineplex is shutting the movie theater down.  Bow Tie Cinemas recently bought out the Clearview theater chain, but decided the Morristown theater wasn’t worth keeping open.

After 25 years, the Finnicum’s Furniture store shut down in Sidney, Montana.   After a 17 years expansion, the family owners have been forced to give up their Montana and North Dakota stores.  Their Poplar, Montana, store burned down.  Their Williston, North Dakota, store was sold two years ago (despite, or because of the oil boom).  The Sidney store was sold after they lost their warehouse.  The only store they have open now is their very first store in Culbertson, Montana.

The U.S. Department of Labor (DoL) doesn’t count the hundreds of layoffs involving less than 50 people each, in its mass layoff reports. It also doesn’t count all the little ‘mom & pop’ businesses that shut down.

Government Evil: U.S. backed South Korea forces entertainers to perform for soldiers!

18 July 2013 (13:21 UTC-07 Tango)/10 Ramadan 1434/27 Tir 1391/11 Ji-Wie (6th month) 4711

Recently it was revealed that Republic of Korea forces Korean entertainers to perform for military units.  Entertainers are conscripted as ‘entertainment soldiers’ and serve with the Defense Media Agency.

Now, the Rok Defense Ministry was forced to end such a program after scandals publicly revealed the program.  The scandals involved favoritism and bribery of government officials and entertainers.

In the U.S. backed southern Korea, all men must serve two years in the military.  Despite South Korea having a higher ‘democracy’ rating than even the United States, the people have been under Martial Law since 1972, declared by U.S. backed dictator Park Chung-hee.  Today, the new dictator of RoK is his daughter, Park Geun-hye.

Also, POVs (Privately Owned Vehicles) could become property of the ‘democratic’ government of Republic of Korea, if full blown war were declared.

Remember who pulls the strings in the Martial law controlled South Korea; the United States.  The U.S. has a lot of experience with martial law.

World War 3, East Asian Front: Billions of U.S. taxes spent on new military HQ in Korea! More proof of coming war with China!

18 July 2013 (13:06 UTC-07 Tango)/10 Ramadan 1434/27 Tir 1391/11 Ji-Wie (6th month) 4711

U.S. Forces Korea (USFK) will be replaced by KORCOM (Korea Command).

KORCOM, along with United Nations Command forces, will be headquartered in a new $10.7 billion USD facility located at Pyeongtaek, currently where the U.S. Army’s Camp Humphreys is now.  U.S. Army officials said the new massive HQ can operate for 72 hours without re-supply.

The shift to KORCOM is dependent on southern Korea taking over direct military operational control (OPCON) during wartime.  However, today the Republic of Korea Defense Ministry asked for a delay in transfer of OPCON from the U.S.

The OPCON and KORCOM shifts were to go into effect at the end of 2015.  RoK defense officials say they’re holding off on taking over OPCON because they believe the military situation in East Asia is escalating faster than expected, and RoK forces are not yet ready to take the lead with OPCON.

Martial Law U.S.A.: NDAA indefinite imprisonment of U.S. citizens upheld by Federal Court!

18 July 2013 (12:42 UTC-07 Tango)/10 Ramadan 1434/27 Tir 1391/11 Ji-Wie (6th month) 4711

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit threw out the lawsuit over the U.S. Congress created and Obama approved National Defense Authorization Act of 2012, which allows for the indefinite imprisonment of U.S. citizens!

Under NDAA 2012 Section 1021 officially it’s called detention, but detention is nothing more than imprisonment without officially being arrested and/or charged with and/or convicted of any crime!

Section 1021 suspends the right to a speedy trial, the right to trial by jury, and the right to an attorney.

Challengers will now appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Government Evil: Samantha Power & the United States are the tools of Israel! U.S. is anti-Palestinian!

18 July 2013 (12:21 UTC-07 Tango)/10 Ramadan 1434/27 Tir 1391/11 Ji-Wie (6th month) 4711

“Sam had been the point person at the White House on all issues related to Israel at the UN.”-Ben Rhodes, deputy national security adviser

Barack Obama’s nominee for Ambassador to the United Nations has revealed who she, and Obama, really work for; Israel!

Here’s some of what the zionist told the U.S. Senate:

“The United States has no greater friend in the world than the state of Israel. We….have a special relationship with Israel.”

“And just as I have done as President Obama’s UN adviser at the White House, I will stand up for Israel and work tirelessly to defend it.”

“The Security Council seat is one that has eluded Israel, despite its many contributions across the years, and I commit to you wholeheartedly to go on offense, as well as playing defense on the legitimation of Israel, and we’ll make every effort to secure greater integration of Israeli public servants in the UN system.”

“We need to deter the Palestinians in any way we can…”

Implied by one U.S. official, Samantha Power was actually nominated by Israel: “Samantha has always made herself available and accessible to many Israeli officials visiting Washington for coordination on our efforts at the United Nations.  And that has produced strong relationships, an ease of communication, and a lot of mutual trust that will continue when she is UN ambassador.”-Dan Shapiro, U.S. Ambassador to Israel

Keep in mind that it’s interesting that U.S. Senators are apparently concerned Power wouldn’t properly represent Israel!   Is Israel a taxpaying member of the United States?

World War 3, Economic Front: Mass Sears & Kmart closings! Kmart sells expired baby formula & meds! Proof that Lampert is evil!

17 July 2013 (16:43 UTC-07 Tango)/09 Ramadan 1434/26 Tir 1391/10 Ji-Wie (6th month) 4711

In Maine, the Sears in Presque Isle closing down by October.  The manager of the store and Sears Holdings argued over how many people will lose their jobs.  The corporate office says only 58 people work there, but the upset manager said 80 people are currently employed!  The owner of a Fort Kent Sears Hometown store confirmed that 80 people are working at the Presque Isle Sears.  According to local news media reports, there was no prior warning given to the store manager about the closing.

A Sears in Gautier, Mississippi, to close in October.  The shopping mall where the Sears is located, is being redeveloped into an open air mall, Walmart will be the primary tenant.

In Canada, the owner of a Sears Hometown store is leading a class action lawsuit against Sears Canada and Sears Holdings.  The lawsuit is for $100 million CAD, and alleges that Sears is ripping off the operators of Sears Hometown stores: “…Sears is making substantial profits from each and every Hometown store….We are tired of disappointing our customers because we lack the resources to serve them properly. We are tired of facing the public without a smile, because we know there is no paycheck at the end of the week. We are tired of being fed scraps for the benefit of a U.S. hedge fund billionaire!”-Jim Kay

According to Bloomberg Businessweek, Sears chairman Eddie Lampert is using a fake name online, to argue with Sears employees about his policies.  The article suggests that Lampert is purposely destroying Sears, as evidenced by his instigation of internal fighting: “He left critical comments on other people’s posts, according to more than 20 former employees; he even got into arguments with store associates.”-Mina Kimes

In Kentucky, after 30 years of business the Sears in the Fayette Mall, in Lexington, to close by the end of 2013.  The store space was sold to the mall owners, CBL & Associates.  114 people will be out-o-work by Xmas & the Gregorian new year!

The South Park Mall Sears to shut down by October in Moline, Illinois.  Also, dozens of Sears employees in Chicago went on strike for predictable work hours and better pay: “Right now, we’re on survival mode. It’s not enough for basic necessities.”-Judith Luna

The Kmart on Hendersonville Road in South Ashville, North Carolina, will close down by November.  The lease was not renewed, but it might be the property owners fault.  Pulliam Properties was the one who did not renew the lease.  The retail property developer says he has purposely allowed store fronts to become vacant on his property on Hendersonville Road, because he has big plans for a new shopping center.

And in Pennsylvania, another property developer is to blame for the closing of a Kmart in Bethlehem Township.  AKAL Associates bought out the lease in a power grab: “We went after the lease because we wanted to control the space.”-James Balliet, listing agent representing property owners

Also in Pennsylvania, the Kmart in the Mark Plaza shopping center in Edwardsville is suing the property owner for at least $10 million USD.  The Kmart opened shop in 1974, and the lease stated the property owner would be responsible for storm drainage, the plaza has been flooded at least four times since then.  Kmart is now the only store left in the plaza, all the others left mainly because of repeated flood damage.  Attorneys for Kmart claim they’ve discovered the property owners never conducted surveys evaluating the possibility of floods, and never attempted to improve the property after each flood.

Kmart has settled with the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs over charges that the store was selling expired baby formula and non-prescription medications: “Attorney General Jeffrey S. Chiesa and the New Jersey Division of Consumer Affairs today announced a settlement with Kmart in which the retail giant will pay $302,500, donate $25,000 worth of infant formula to charity, pay for continued unannounced state inspections, and implement meaningful remedial measures to inspect its merchandise, after 19 Kmart stores in New Jersey were found to have sold or offered for sale expired infant formula and non-prescription medications.”-Division of Consumer Affairs

In Australia, Kmart is the first retailer to agree to publicize the addresses of its suppliers: “…it will be possible for independent groups to visit factory sites and verify wages and conditions for workers. We look forward to visiting Kmart’s website very soon and being able to download this information. Oxfam has spent nearly two decades investigating the global clothing industry, and our research shows that very low wages, long hours of overtime and unsafe workplaces are the norm. We call on other Australian retailers to follow Kmart’s lead….”-Oxfam Australia

World War 3, Asian Front-Afghanistan, 05-06 July 2013: Germany to win biggest slice of $3 trillion pie! Cops killing cops! NATO child sex crimes witnessed by Canadians!

In Paktia Province, Gardez city, local officials say a U.S. airstrike killed two security guards and wounded one.  They were guarding a construction site.  Local officials say the airstrike was called in by U.S. forces on the ground.

In Nuristan Province, Mujahideen launched coordinated attacks against government checkpoints.  Reports say at least 20 Mujahideen were killed or wounded, while 21 Afghan government forces were killed or wounded.

In Helmand Province, Gerishk District, Mujahideen say they attacked a U.S./NATO FOB with eight mortar rounds, as U.S./NATO personnel abandoned the eight years old Forward Operating Base.

In Faryab Province, Qisar District, Mujahideen claim to have liberated the Bazaar Shakh area.  Three Afghan government troops killed, one wounded.  One Mujahid was shot dead.  Also, in Pashtoon Kot District, three days of battles left at least 55 people dead.

In Paktika Province, Sharana city, Mujahideen attacked an Afghan military convoy with machine guns and suicide bombers.  15 government personnel were killed and four vehicles destroyed.  Of course, two suicide bombers also killed.

In Kunar Province, Surkani District, Mujahideen claim to have killed three CIA agents and wounded two others, as well as destroy an armored vehicle.  The CIA operates the Counterterrorist Pursuit Team (CTPT)

Pakistan claims that Afghanistan fired 50 artillery rounds on Angoor Adda village in South Waziristan.  At least five people wounded, and 30 homes damaged. This claim comes as the New York Times says Afghan President Hamid Karzai wants U.S. personnel to remain not to fight Mujahideen, but to help fight Pakistan!

India has rejected Afghanistan’s request for weapons.  India is willing to supply the Afghan government with non-lethal military aid.

German news source, DPA, said companies from India, United Arab Emirate, United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Poland and Turkey are vying for control of Afghanistan’s mineral resources.  In the next seven months contracts worth $20 billion USD will be finalized.  However, the untapped natural resources of Afghanistan are estimated to be around $3 trillion!  Germany is looking to be the top contract winner: “We have intensified our cooperation with Germany. There are already a number of German consulting companies active in Afghanistan.”-Wahidullah Shahrani, Afghan Minister of Mines

The Afghan Interior Ministry said “Afghan National Security Forces conducted a series of cleanup operations in Baghlan, Faryab, Ghazni, Kunar and Paktia provinces, killing nine Taliban militants and wounding two others. Six more armed men were also arrested over the past 24 hours.”

In Uruzgan Province, 12 cops were killed, five wounded when a suicide bomber blew himself up in a dining facility.  The suicide bomber was a cop turned Mujahid!

In Kandahar Province, Spin Boldak District, a suicide bomber from Pakistan killed at least one cop, and wounded two cops and six civilians.  Some reports from the U.S. say dozens of people were killed.

A journalist from Denmark concluded that the western media is lying about what is really happening in Afghanistan: “We saw pictures of progress, hairdressers, middle-class Afghans enjoying coffees and food in new restaurants….there were unfortunately suicide bombers….but there were no military offensives, with tanks attacking neighborhoods or planes bombing villages…..The war in Afghanistan has had very severe consequences for the civilians in rural Afghanistan where the media are not present. There are far more victims there of aerial bombardments…..it casts a very disturbing light on how the media work with stereotypes which serve to dehumanize people….”

Earlier this year, the Danish journalist released a documentary film about the war from the point of view of Afghan villagers in Helmand Province.  It’s called My Afghanistan-Life in the Forbidden Zone.

In Farah Province, two days of battles in several districts resulted in six armored vehicles destroyed, at least 20 people killed, 15 wounded.  Mujahideen claim to have captured a UAV (drone)!   There are reports that several homes were destroyed and civilians wounded.

In Logar Province, Muhammad Agha District, a four hours battle raged between Mujahideen and Afghan and U.S./NATO forces.  Reports say at least 11 Afghan/NATO troops killed, nine wounded.  Three Mujahideen were killed.  Mujahideen claim they captured three armored vehicles and three ‘satellite’ radios.

Canada is investigating claims that their soldiers were ordered not to report homosexual crimes involving Afghan boys known as Dancing Boys.  A Canadian news source says they interviewed “…three Canadian soldiers, three Canadian Forces chaplains, and a lieutenant colonel who all said they had either first- or second-hand information about the alleged sexual attacks in Afghanistan.”

The sex crimes were first reported five years ago when Canadian troops began seeking counseling after witnessing the sex crimes against children.  The crimes involve not only Afghan government personnel, but U.S./NATO/ISAF personnel as well.  The Canadian military says the investigation is taking so long because it is “complex”.

World War 3, U.S. Economic Front: Job losses & store closings 06 May 2013. More job cuts for Christians!

In Michigan, Boyne City Board of Education wants to privatize janitor operations.  13 jobs affected.  Watch Hill Home Interiors closed in Birmingham.  The antique store owners said “The store itself is closing due to economic factors and other things. It’s sad, but it’s kind of just the way it goes these days.”-Julie Suspanich

The Christian New England Baptist Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts, laid off 12 managers.  Hospital officials said they need to “…ensure that our financial future remains strong.”  And in Hopkinton, after 25 years Vintage Books shut down.  The owner said the economy is so bad that for the past four years she couldn’t cover operating costs: “In this economy, the business of selling books has become very difficult. Now, people are buying eBooks or reading them on their iPads. They don’t browse anymore.”-Nancy Haines

After 98 years in business, Sledge Hardware in Alabama shut down.  Anne Sledge Bailey, the owner, said “It’s time to cut back a little.”   She also blamed suppliers ending their policy of extending credit to mom & pop operations.  Crossroads Music Hall and Barrel House both shut down in Huntsville, on the same day.  The owners of the Barrel House blamed the bad economy.  The Music Hall is moving to a new location.

Despite the oil boom in North Dakota, the bird store Birds Out On A Limb, in Bismarck, closed for good.  The owner blamed it on the bad economy made worse by competition from national pet stores: “It’s been hard for us.”-Kathy Benesh

The U.S. Department of Labor (DoL) doesn’t count the hundreds of layoffs involving less than 50 people each, in its mass layoff reports. It also doesn’t count all the little ‘mom & pop’ businesses that shut down.

Government Evil: Hundreds of children disappeared in Norway! Part of royal family slave trade, revival of Hanseatic League?

17 July 2013 (19:26 UTC-07 Tango 16 July 2013)/09 Ramadan 1434/26 Tir 1391/10 Ji-Wie (6th month) 4711

“When a Norwegian child disappears, huge search-and-rescue operations are arranged and all the authorities are involved. That is not the case when an asylum child goes missing.”-Thale Skybak, Save the Children Norway

Norwegian news media, and the NGO Save the children, reporting that since 2009 at least 237 immigrant children have been disappeared under the watch of the Directorate of Immigration (UDI, Utlendingsdirektoratet).  106 of those asylum seekers were disappeared in 2012.

Norway has been viewed as one of a few countries to go to for asylum seekers, but this investigation questions that.  It now looks like immigration officials might be involved with human trafficking.

The UDI stated they do not investigate the disappearance of immigrant children under the age of 15.

The Kingdom of Norway is not a democracy or a republic, it is a monarchy just like the United Kingdom, Sweden, Belgium, Denmark and Luxembourg.  In fact King Harald 5th of Norway, Queen Elizabeth 2nd of U.K., King Carl 16th Gustaf of Sweden, Queen Margarethe 2nd of Denmark, King Albert 2nd of Belgium and Grand Duke Henri of Luxembourg are all cousins!

It’s interesting that these kingdoms also made up parts of the old Hanseatic League of royal families.  Since the 1980s efforts have been made to revive the Hanseatic League.  The new Hanse is based in Lübeck, Germany, and is open to all former Hanseatic League members who operated kontors (Hanseatic trading ports), that includes U.K., Norway, Sweden, Belgium, Lithuania, Belarus and Russia.  In fact there are dozens of European cities who’ve been, and still are, members of the League, as early as the Gregorian year of 1283 (created by the Rostock Peace Treaty, although ‘Hansa’ organizations existed even before then).

So, why are so many immigrant children disappearing under King Harald 5th’s watch?  But it’s not just Norway.  In 2012 United Kingdom National Referral Mechanism reported at least 371 missing children, the majority being Vietnamese immigrants, in fact the overwhelming majority of missing children in the U.K. are immigrants.

It turns out there’s a link between missing Vietnamese children in the U.K., and Vietnamese organized crime in the British Empire’s territory of Canada: “…one group found a profitable niche and the business spread to the U.K. through the Vietnamese criminal community, probably around 2004.”-Harry Shapiro, DrugScope

British news reports say many children are ending up as slaves in factories hidden inside residential homes!  The gangs trafficking the children tend to be the same ethnic group.  It seems police know who the traffickers are, and what most of the children are being forced to do, now the questions should be who’re the customers buying the ‘products’ made in those child slave factories, and who are the ultimate profiteers?
