The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit threw out the lawsuit over the U.S. Congress created and Obama approvedĀ National Defense Authorization Act of 2012, which allows for the indefinite imprisonment of U.S. citizens!

Under NDAA 2012 Section 1021 officially it’s called detention, but detention is nothing more than imprisonment without officially being arrested and/or charged with and/or convicted of any crime!

Section 1021 suspends the right to a speedy trial, the right to trial by jury, and the right to an attorney.

Challengers will now appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.
