U.S. Civil War 2014: Supreme Court judge wants to get rid of first six Amendments, make it a crime to own guns!

14 April 2014 (02:49 UTC-07 Tango)/13 Jumada t-Tania 1435/25 Farvardin 1393/15 Wu-Chen 4712

Retired U.S. Supreme Court associate judge, John Paul Stevens, has published a book calling for the end of the current U.S. Constitution.

The book is called Six Amendments: How and Why We Should Change the Constitution.  Stevens claims that most Supreme Court judges view the 2nd Amendment as referring only to maintaining a military, and not to individual citizens.

Here’s a reality check: If the current U.S. Constitution is thrown away, then it’s proof the United States I defended during the Cold War and beyond no longer exists, and I wasted my time.  The oath of allegiance for members of the military is to defend the current Constitution, not some future police state constitution that destroys my rights!

Martial Law U.S.A. 2014: Gun owners in New York will become official criminals on Tuesday! Cops to come after them!

14 April 2014 (02:33 UTC-07 Tango)/13 Jumada t-Tania 1435/25 Farvardin 1393/15 Wu-Chen 4712

On 15 April 2014, anybody who owns an ‘assault type’ rifle must make it known to New York state NAZI officials, or go to prison as a felon!

The new anti-Constitution law is called SAFE Act.  Police have already been issued a “field guide” as to how to go after supporters of the 2nd Amendment.

The new law also bans sales of guns with “military features”.  Also, New York gun owners can’t sell their guns inside the state, and even if they sell their guns outside the state of New York, they must notify police!!!

But it sounds like a lot of New York gun owners are wimping out to tyranny as gun associations are reporting that members are either modifying their guns to meet the new laws, or getting rid of their guns altogether.

Martial Law U.S.A. 2014: Connecticut news media outright lie about ‘success’ of new anti-gun laws!

14 April 2014 (02:14 UTC-07 Tango)/13 Jumada t-Tania 1435/25 Farvardin 1393/15 Wu-Chen 4712

In an obvious anti-Constitution editorial, thedayConnecticut said “….there are strong indications the new law is doing what it was meant to do.”  The only ‘proof’ they offered was the revocation of 1747 pistol permits, and 38209 declarations regarding magazine ownership!

They also said Gov’na Dannel P. Malloy “….announced on April 4 that more than 50,000 of the weapons have been registered and accounted for.”  That’s an outright lie, proven by statements made by the self-proclaimed “Master” of Connecticut, state boss cop Paul Vance, who said this about the “accounted for” new background checks: “We’re still in the processing stage. We have no plans over and above that.”

Vance stressed that the new anti-gun laws aren’t even being enforced, due to administrative and logistical reasons!  One of the new laws says you’ll go to prison for five years for not revealing to the state government that you own a gun!

Martial Law U.S.A. 2014: NYC EMT arrested for blank guns & fireworks!

14 April 2014 (01:57 UTC-07 Tango)/13 Jumada t-Tania 1435/25 Farvardin 1393/15 Wu-Chen 4712

“I told them where everything was. I told them they were guns that shoot blanks, like the ones they use at races.”-Victor Cadicamo, EMT now in Rikers Island Prison without trial

On 10 April 2014, a New York City Emergency Medical Technician was arrested for what the NAZI cops said were guns and explosives.

The EMT is still in jail, but swears the guns can only shoot blanks, and the bombs were fireworks.

He was arrested after his wife claimed he was threatening her with a gun.  He was also charged with the crime of being “menacing”!  How do you define that f*cked up law?

Exceptional Failed State: More Sears & Kmart closings! Roll on 2014! Obama regime gives Sears an award! Sears isn’t even the tip of the iceberg in store closings!

14 April 2014 (01:42 UTC-07 Tango)/13 Jumada t-Tania 1435/25 Farvardin 1393/15 Wu-Chen 4712

A 48 years old Kmart to Sears back to Kmart in Kentucky will close in May.  Two Michigan Kmarts closing, one in May and one in June.  A Minnesota Kmart closing in May.  A Pennsylvania Kmart closing on 01 June 2014.  Things aren’t so ‘Niceville’ as a Florida Kmart shuts down in July.

The ignorant environmental NAZIs at the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) have recognized Sears Holdings with a 2014 ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year – Sustained Excellence Award, for reduced electricity usage.  Yeah, if you shutdown enough stores you’re going to use a lot less electricity, it’s a no brainer you EPA dipshits!

But wait, there’s more! Even though Sears holdings is shutting down stores left & right, they’re ranked only number seven out of the top nine companies shutting down stores across the U.S. for 2014.  The top six are: Abercrombie & Fitch, Barnes & Noble, Aeropostale, JCPenney, Office Depot and RadioShack.  Number eight is Mitt Romney’s wunderkind Staples. More Economic decline for Idaho: Coldwater Creek now busted! All remaining stores to shutdown!

14 April 2014 (00:59 UTC-07 Tango)/13 Jumada t-Tania 1435/25 Farvardin 1393/15 Wu-Chen 4712

On 11 April 2014 (and as I warned back on 11 February 2014) Idaho based women’s clothing retailer Coldwater Creek went Chapter 11, meaning it is now toast, the show is over, all stores to close down!  6-thousand jobs across the United States lost!

It’s blamed on the suck ass economy: “While we are extremely disappointed with this outcome, the company’s declining liquidity position and the challenging retail environment, together with the fact that we have exhausted all other possibilities, requires that we take this action.”-Jill Dean, CEO

More from the slow crash-n-burn of Coldwater Creek:

shuts down first store in 2014!

Coldwater Creek up for sale!

Blames it on climate change

stores to be closed, bankruptcy near

Store closings will continue!

and on and on and on…….just search BBN for Coldwater Creek.

MH370 False Flag update: What is the true reason for international race for control of ‘Black Boxes’? Oil slick!

14 April 2014 (00:41 UTC-07 Tango)/13 Jumada t-Tania 1435/25 Farvardin 1393/15 Wu-Chen 4712

An oil slick was spotted 5.5 kilometers (3.4 miles) downwind of the Australian Defence ship Ocean Shield.  Samples have been taken to test where the oil came from.

More sonar devices are being employed in the ever shrinking MH370/CZ748 search area.  No pings have been heard since 08 April 2014.

Now something to spur conspiracy thoughts; there are behind closed door arguments over who actually controls the data recorders, if they’re ever found!

According to the International Civil Aviation Organisation (ICAO) the country from where the aircraft is registered has the responsibility to search for, and collect the wreckage of a downed aircraft.  In this case it would be Malaysia.  However, for some reason the Attorney General of Malaysia felt compelled to visit ICAO officials in United Kingdom to express concern: “The AG is in the U.K. discussing exactly that. The experts involved, including ICAO, are referring to international and domestic laws to determine the ownership of the black box once it is retrieved.”-Hishammuddin bin Tun Hussein, Malaysian Defense Minister and Acting Transport Minister

Officials from Malaysia have arrived in Perth, Australia, to “assist” in search coordination.

they’ve found it (again?)

More pings heard!

There’s a big trust fund set up to pay the salaries of the Afghan National Army, and there’s another trust fund that’s run by the UN to pay the salaries of the police, and there’s a trust fund set up by the World Bank to support some of the Afghan ministries…………there are certain funds or monies taken out of the police salaries every month that we don’t know where the money went, nor do our allies…………there’s another fund of about 5% that was supposed to go toward retirement, and we don’t know where that money is.
