World War 3, U.S. Economic Front: Job losses & store closings 02 May 2013. More Christian schools going down!

Texas based video game maker, TimeGate, now bankrupt.  Apparently they lost a legal battle that’s been raging since 2009.  Bell Helicopter announced it was cutting back on its Fort Worth operations.  140 people out-o-work!  Blamed on expected reductions in orders for the V-22 Osprey tilt rotor aircraft.

Video game make, Glu Mobile, laid off 68 people at its Washington operations.  It has something to do with their new games-as-a-service scheme.   The Sears in the Wenatchee Valley Mall will close in August.   59 people out-o-work.

300 people lost their jobs with Xerox!  Xerox shut down their Coos Bay, Oregon, call center operations.  Company officials blame it on an unnamed client they were serving.

Idaho based paper products company, Boise, will layoff 265 people at their International Falls, Minnesota, operations!  Apparently sales are so bad they have to shut down two production lines by 01 October.

The irony of the bad economy is that Pennsylvania’s Department of Labor and Industry laid off 100 employees!  State officials blame lack of federal funding.  In Sellersville, Teva Pharmaceutical announced it will shut down its research and manufacturing facility by 2017.  472 employees affected!

The California Department of Developmental Services has decided that 54 employees at their Porterville Developmental Center are “surplus” and will be laid off by the end of August.  However, a consultant pointed out that the facility is already short staffed, and the layoffs will make things worse: “It’s very ironic. We already have an issue with massive overtime and staff doing its best to keep the staffing ratio up and running.”-Brady Oppenheim

In Florida, as the shut down of the Crystal River nuke plant continues, Duke Energy forced to layoff hundreds more employees. 585 employees to be let go over the next 12 months!  The nuke plant is being shut down because it was revealed that Duke Energy employees damaged a containment building, then majorly screwed up the repair job.  It would cost $3.4 billion to fix the botched repair.

90 people lost their jobs with BuySeasons in New Berlin, Wisconsin.  It’s blamed on crashing sales.

In New York, the 72 years old Saints Peter and Paul Catholic School in Auburn closed down.  It’s blamed on a drastic drop in student enrollment.  Also, the Rome Catholic High School closed down.  It’s blamed on declining enrollment.  In Henrietta, Tyco Integrated Security is ending operations by October.  132 people out-o-work!

The Ri Ra Irish Pub in Bethesda, Maryland, will close in September.  The owners said it wasn’t worth it to renew the lease.

Stage Stores closing their Mecklenburg County office in Virginia.  112 people unemployed!  The company is consolidating operations to Texas.

In Georgia, the owner of new age book store Trilogy is switching to internet sales only.  The owner is moving to Texas, for family reasons.

The owners of The Little Red Gift Shop, in Ohio, sold out: “The developer building across the street approached us with a good enough offer and we accepted it.”-Betty Donnellan

In Phoenix, Arizona, the Cheuvront Restaurant & Wine Bar closed down.  The owner, a former state politician, hopes to open a new restaurant in the Sky Harbor airport.

The U.S. Department of Labor (DoL) doesn’t count the hundreds of layoffs involving less than 50 people each, in its mass layoff reports. It also doesn’t count all the little ‘mom & pop’ businesses that shut down.

In Parwan Province, Charikar city, a suicide bomber attacked the governor’s compound.  At least three people wounded.

In Baghlan Province, Burka District, Mujahideen assassinated the district police chief and his body guards with a remotely detonated bomb.  Locals say the U.S. backed police chief was oppressive.

In Kunar Province, Forward Operating Base (FOB) Joyce, U.S. soldiers are packing up equipment, rushing to get the hell out: “This is what leaving looks like. This base in southern Kunar province is overrun with a mad crush of soldiers and equipment preparing to hit the long road home.”-Stars and Stripes, military news media source

In Nangarhar Province, government officials say they arrested a suicide bomber from Pakistan.  The U.S. Army’s FOB Connolly was turned over to Afghan government forces.   U.S. commanders on the ground say the Mujahideen always return after the U.S. runs them out of town, it’s because the people of the area don’t trust the government: “A large contingent of the population aren’t supporters of GIROA [Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan] because they lost their livelihood.”-Captain Justin Liesen

A recent survey by International Institute for Democracy showed that 48% of Afghans support negotiations with Mujahideen, and almost all Afghans do not trust the U.S. backed centralized government.

In Kandahar Province, Maiwand District, Mujahideen claim to have ambushed a U.S. military convoy.

USMC General Joseph Dunford said “We are no longer conducting unilateral operations. We conduct security operations, route clearing and retrograde operations.”

North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) is trying to convince Azerbaijan to take part in post 2014 military missions in Afghanistan.  Back in May Azerbaijani officials publicly stated they had no desire to join NATO.

NATO announced that June was the deadliest month, so far this year, for NATO/ISAF forces.

The Afghan Interior Ministry announced that 299 Afghan National Police (ANP) and local police were killed last month!   618 were wounded!  At least 180 civilians were killed as well!  753 Afghans (Mujahideen) who oppose the U.S. backed government were killed, 357 wounded, 305 captured!  And the arrogant people of the U.S. don’t think the Afghans are suffering enough!

For weeks now, Tokyo Electric Power Company has been reporting unexplained increases in strontium and tritium contamination.   Now a spike in cesium levels over the weekend, and TEPCo now admits increased radiation in the Pacific Ocean.

Since Friday TEPCo detected a 90 fold increase in cesium in groundwater.  They also detected an increase in tritium spilling into the Pacific Ocean.  Tritium levels in groundwater are ten times the government safe limits, and in the ocean around the GE designed disaster reactors tritium levels are the highest since June 2011.

In June 2013, TEPCo announced that strontium levels in groundwater were 30 times the government safe limits.  At that time TEPCo claimed the Pacific Ocean was not being contaminated by the strontium or tritium.   However, a study (conducted in 2011) published in Biogeosciences stated that strontium levels had jumped 100 fold, compared to levels recorded prior to the March 2011 melt downs.

The new cesium increases are being detected in groundwater testing wells around the GE designed Reactor 1.  The strontium and tritium increases are being found in wells around Reactor 2.   TEPCo officials say they don’t know the source of the contamination, but suggested that contamination of groundwater was being caused “…by construction works…”

I’ve notice some pro-nuke bloggers have been spreading lies that no body in Japan has been affected by the ongoing nuke disaster.  The Nuclear Safety Commission report says at least 45% of children in Fukushima Prefecture are suffering from thyroid problems because of the radiation.  These children are considered to have been exposed to levels of radiation below the government maximum safe limits.   The testing was conducted in April 2011, not even a full month after the melt downs.  National government officials ordered that no more thyroid testing was necessary!  In other words the reason we don’t hear any official reports of humans contaminated with radiation is that government officials stopped all government testing!

The other problem is that Japan is actually a failed state.  Japan has not had a stable national government since 2006.  Japan has had a change in national government leaders every year for the past seven years!

How about the former manager of Fukushima Daiichi, Yoshida Masao, who stayed at his post to try and fight the March 2011 melt downs?  He died today, of esophageal cancer!  Yoshida was hospitalized with cancer in November 2011.  TEPCo arrogantly argued that his cancer was not the result of the melt downs.  Officially it was said that Yoshida was exposed to 70 millisieverts of radiation.

To show you how deceptive TEPCo is, they’ve hired a British-U.S. elitist to remake the image of nuclear power.  Lady Barbara Judge chairs TEPCo’s Nuclear Reform Monitoring Committee and has just been tasked to manage its safety program as well.  Barbara Judge used to be known as Barbara Singer Thomas, who was revealed in 1998 to be a member of the Council on Foreign Relations/Trilateral Commission/Bilderberg through the Interamerican Foundation.

U.S. Postal Service: Domestic spies, ID thieves, layoffs, closings & privatization will continue until moral improves!

Fact: U.S. Postal Service officials are dictated to by the U.S. Postal Regulatory Commission.  The commissioners are selected/appointed by the President of the U.S., and the U.S. Senate.  They are the ones who determine things such as the price of a postage stamp and layoffs.

Fact: The U.S. Postal Service is not funded with tax dollars (“The USPS has not directly received taxpayer-dollars since the early 1980s with the minor exception of subsidies for costs associated with the disabled and overseas voters.”).  The USPS is funded through postage stamps and other services they provide.  Many times the USPS has asked the PRC for increases in postal rates, because they were not covering operating expenses, but the PRC refused  (that’s right, even though there have been rate increases, they still don’t cover operating costs).  Also, in 2006 the U.S. Congress forced the USPS to pay $5.5 billion per year, for the next 75 years, into accounts controlled by Congress (this is the final straw that broke the financial back of the USPS).

For proof of main stream U.S. news media ignorance about the USPS, recently the Wall Street Journal stupidly stated that “If you’re an American taxpayer, you own it.”  How can that be if the USPS is an independent agency that is not funded with tax money?

In Alabama, a mail carrier was found guilty of stealing people’s identities, and other crimes.  But he was just a part of a larger ID theft ring: “…his criminal organization not only stole innocent people’s identities, filed fraudulent tax returns and received tax refunds not owed to them, but they used Harrison’s position as a mail carrier to steal these debit cards from the mail…”-George L. Beck, U.S. Attorney

According to the New York Times, the USPS has been acting as a domestic spy agency for the U.S. government.  It was revealed when a mail carrier ‘accidentally’ delivered the order to photocopy all letters to a postal customer: “Show all mail to supv for copying prior to going out on the street”

That order was specifically against the postal customer that accidentally received the order.  Independent investigations revealed the USPS is using a Mail Isolation Control and Tracking program to copy at least 160 billion pieces of mail every year.

Of interest is that the USPS has just placed an order for $450000 worth of computer systems from Kansas based company Commtech.  Commtech designs high speed data collections, I mean communications equipment.  The USPS says it could double the order.

In Oregon, a postal carrier was found guilty of stealing $135000 in cash and checks from customers’ mail.  He blamed it on a gambling addiction.

In Texas, a postal employee pled guilty to using postal computers to collect child porn.  And a resident of Coldspring has been charged with murdering a mail carrier.  The suspect complained of slow delivery of his mail.  The carrier was on her cell phone with her son when the suspect shot her.

In Florida, mail carriers report increases in assaults against them.

In Rhode Island, the USPS is investigating why mail for businesses in East Greenwhich has been dumped by the carriers.  A part time carrier has been arrested in connection with the dumping.  The investigation would not have happened if it weren’t for postal customers complaining.

Here in southeastern Idaho, I’ve watched as the Chubbuck USPS postal station in the Pine Ridge Mall was closed down.   Then I watched as Chubbuck’s independently contracted post office was closed down.  Now I see the staffing at the Pocatello Clark Street post office being reduced, and full timers switched to part time.  This past Saturday I saw the local Postmaster stocking shipping supplies for postal customers.  One source told me that despite locals’ objections to the closing of the area’s only processing center, the Gateway Station in Pocatello will be closed within 18 months.  This means that if I send a letter to Idaho Falls, an hours drive from my location, it will be first sent to Salt Lake City, Utah, and then sent back into Idaho to it’s destination.  Not very efficient or cost saving is it?

Relatives in California have told me of local post offices now operating Saturday hours on Fridays (10:00 hours to 14:30 hours).  It was officially reported that the USPS cut operating hours at their Highland and Calimesa post offices.  Also, full time employees have been replaced with part timers.  In La Jolla the USPS is selling off the historic La Jolla Post Office (National Register of Historic Places), despite protests.  This is odd considering the USPS just held a job fair in San Jose, supposedly to fill 500 positions!

In Indiana, after 17 years of service the USPS will close the postal station in Evansville’s Eastland Mall.  Fordsville will lose its branch PO, meaning the nearest PO will be 10 miles away.

In Massachusetts, the West Lynn PO will probably be closed down, for real this time.

In Hawaii, the Kapolei Post Office will be closed in August.

In Illinois, USPS officials told the Collinsville City Council the 50 year lease on the Collinsville Post Office was up in September, and they were not going to renew.  They said the post office was too big.

In Ohio, the processing center in Toledo will be closed.   By the end of 2014 processing centers in Akron, Athens, Canton, Chillicothe, Dayton, Ironton, Steubenville and Youngstown will be closed.

In New York, the USPS opened a new mini post office (called a village post office), in a mini-mart in Limestone.   In Newburgh, plans to close the processing center in 2014 have been changed.  It’s being closed this year!  Hundreds of jobs affected.

In Kentucky, the USPS opened a village PO in the Harrodsburg Food Center.

In South Carolina, the Asheville processing center will cease outgoing mail handling on 13 July.  Nearly 200 jobs affected.

The USPS will pay millions of dollars to improve worker safety, after they were hit with accusations from the Postal Workers Union and the U.S. Department of Labor OSHA.  This after the USPS signed a contract with Adayana Government Group to provide training for newly appointed Safety Specialists, Managers, Supervisors, and Facility Safety Coordinators. (called operation Safety Boot Camp)

After 50 years of ignoring Cuba, the USPS says it will begin negotiating the possibility of delivering U.S. mail to the communist country.

Beware of the Change of Address scam.  Internet sites are charging people up to $24 to file fake change of address forms.  The USPS does it for free (if you fill out the forms at your local PO).

What about the plan to go to five day delivery week?  At the beginning of the year the USPS was approved to begin a six day package delivery, and five day mail delivery scheme.  In April that plan was put on hold, not “shelved” as so many main streamer news media sites reported.  President Obama’s fiscal 2014 budget proposal allows the USPS to go to a five day delivery schedule.  The U.S. Postal Service Board of Governors (part of the PRC) said “….Congress has left it with no choice but to delay this implementation at this time….The Board continues to support the transition to a new national delivery schedule….”  The Board also lied and stated that “…this new delivery schedule is widely supported by the American public.”

According to Federal News Radio, the USPS is being transformed into something that resembles privatized European postal services: “In regard to partnerships, other posts tend to be more aggressive in what they do with. I think it is something where the Postal Service can catch up by learning from the aggressive actions that some of the European posts are taking, and that might apply to other areas as well.”-Michael Kubayanda, USPS Office of the Inspector General

Class Warfare U.S.A.: Eugenics alive and well in California women’s prisons, poor people targeted!

From the late 1990s to 2010 California taxpayers paid for the sterilization of at least 250 women prisoners, in violation of state regulations.

That’s the result of an investigation by Center for Investigative Reporting.  The sterilizations happened at the California Institution for Women in Corona, and the Valley State Prison for Women in Chowchilla (now a men’s prison).

The program targeted poor inmates who already had children, or pregnant inmates who had somehow been determined by prison officials to be destined to end up back in prison after their release.

Here’s the kicker, in 1979 state officials supposedly banned such sterilizations after it was revealed that prison and mental institution inmates were being sterilized against their will.  Since then prison officials have been coercing inmates to “voluntarily” request such procedures.  Many former inmates say they did it out of fear and regret it.

This can be traced back to the eugenics laws originating in the United States around the turn of the 20th Century (that’s right, the NAZIs were not the ones who started this, it was the elite Victorian British, followed by the elites in the U.S. The NAZIs simply copied the U.S. & British laws).  Under those eugenics laws minority groups, the poor, the disabled, the mentally ill and criminals have no rights.

In the past week, at least one person has been killed, three wounded by flesh eating bacteria, after fishing or wading along the Gulf of Mexico (for some reason some local news sources are reporting they were swimming).  It was reported by the Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals.

The gram-negative bacteria is called Vibrio vulnificus, and infects through existing wounds on your body, or ingestion.  Health officials say the four people had wounds on their skin when they got infected.  The man who died was fishing from a boat.  Another fisherman got infected when he was cut by a fishing hook.  One man cut his foot on an oyster reef, and the fourth man was reported as having Gulf water splash on him.

One man is still in the hospital.

Louisiana health department’s beach monitoring program has been testing the water at 25 locations, to find out if the levels of the bacteria are higher than normal.  Usually people with healthy immune systems can fight off Vibrio vulnificus.

It is fact that British Petroleum sprayed massive amounts of GMO (genetically modified organism) bacteria onto the massive oil spill caused by the Deepwater Horizon disaster, in 2006.

Was it the GMO bacteria nick named Synthia (because it’s a synthetic bacteria created using viruses)?  Some analysts warned that the GMO bacteria would affect the naturally occurring bacteria in the Gulf of Mexico, or replicate out of control.  For years now there have been reports about the expanding and evolving Blue Plague in the Gulf of Mexico, things like fish found with two mouths, biologists reporting bacteria that has never been found in the Gulf before the BP disaster, “…evidence of bizarre sickness in the phytoplankton and bacterial communities.”, persistent skin rashes on people being caused by bacteria that are not affected by antibiotics, etc.

Even BP official Mike Utsler admitted to the U.K. news media that “There is a new form of microbiology that is attacking this plume and using it as a food source.”   And that was in 2010, four years after the spill!

There have been many warnings from officials in health care, science, EPA and even some members of the U.S. Congress, but for some reason the U.S. main streamer news media, and the majority of public officials are ignoring the ongoing disaster in the Gulf of Mexico:

Now, researchers with the University of Michigan and Louisiana State University are warning of a record breaking Dead Zone in the Gulf of Mexico.

It could be as large as 13777 square kilometers (8561 square miles, the size of New Jersey)!

It’s being caused by record breaking algae blooms, which are feeding off the record use of farm chemicals/“nutrients” (due to the fact that GMO crops have produced super insects) that runoff into the Gulf.  Those algae are then eaten by the new GMO affected bacteria, and that process then destroys the oxygen in the water, killing off most of the marine life!

Oklahoma Highway Patrol says it will increase statewide patrols starting at 18:00 hours UTC-6 Sierra, and will conduct DUI and saturation patrols throughout the holiday weekend.

Last night, in one Missouri city, dozens of people were arrested or ticketed at a sobriety checkpoint and during saturation patrols, however, only a fraction were intoxicated.  Independence police arrested a total of six people for being intoxicated, ten people arrested on warrants and four “other” arrests.

14 people were given tickets for hazardous driving, six for not having a driver’s license, and 22 people ticketed for “other” violations!  Doesn’t sound like a sobriety crackdown to me.

This morning, in Kentucky, police began rounding up who they call suspected drug traffickers.  Laurel County Sheriff’s Office deputies, London police, Williamsburg police, Kansas State Police and Constable Charlie Johnson arrested more than 20 people, and took their cars and money.  Officials say they continue to seek suspects.

In North Carolina, cops conducted drug raids in what’s being called Operation Independence Day.  Lincolnton police said they nabbed more than 30 people on warrants that were simply based on probable cause.  Lincolnton cops told local news media that they never stop their undercover ops, and that they will double the number of people arrested this year!

But according to an exclusive report out of Los Angeles, California, Operation Independence Day is not about fighting intoxication or illegal drugs.

TV station KTTV were given access to training being conducted at the behest of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.  The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department revealed massive oppression operations being conducted across the country, in the name of security.

Not only will there be an increase in uniformed cops on the streets, but massive amounts of plain clothes cops as well: “Working undercover, looking like any other passenger, they scour faces, briefcases and backpacks, looking for anything out of the ordinary.”-KTTV report

Here’s the major problem with plain clothes cops: Recently a University of Virginia student was chased down by a group of men she thought was trying to rob her.  They tried breaking in the windows of her car.  They were plain clothes cops, who thought the underaged girl had just bought beer.  They arrested her, but couldn’t charge her with the alcohol crime ’cause it was actually bottled water, so they charged her with assaulting a cop and resisting arrest!

You have to wounder, where are they getting all these cops from anyway?

It’s been reported that Ohio cops are chasing down anyone who tries to avoid a checkpoint.

In New York City, a female college student (from New Jersey) is suing the city because the cops randomly stopped and searched her, including looking in her underwear!  (this is just one of a growing number of incidents around the country, like the video of the Florida cop making a woman pull open her bra after he stopped her for a broken headlight, his police department told local news media they have no such policy allowing him to do that)

Why are more and more U.S. cops acting like Israeli storm troopers?

Former Marine, Gordan Duff, reporting on the Israelization of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security: “The door to this foreign influence in America was thrown open by the Department of Homeland Security and, in particular, Michael Chertoff, an Israeli citizen who was, in particular, most instrumental as former Director of DHS in implementing policies challenged as unconstitutional, policies the new ‘Israeli trained’ American police are tasked with stopping opposition to.”

At one point, Bernie Kerik, nominee for head of the Department of Homeland Security and Police Commissioner of the City of New York had actually served as Minister of the Interior of Iraq under the interim US government that ran that country after the 2003 invasion.

Kerik is in prison, originally charged with 16 felonies, some committed while running Iraq and facing a 142 year sentence and millions in fines. In a plea deal, Kerik is only serving 4 years. Kerik, prior to becoming police commissioner, Minister of the Interior of Iraq and nearly taking over the operation of the largest agency in the United States was New York mayor Rudy Giuliani’s driver.”

IN CONGRESS, July 4, 1776.

The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America,

When in the Course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another, and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of mankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the separation.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that Governments long established should not be changed for light and transient causes; and accordingly all experience hath shewn, that mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.–Such has been the patient sufferance of these Colonies; and such is now the necessity which constrains them to alter their former Systems of Government. The history of the present King of Great Britain is a history of repeated injuries and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over these States. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world.

He has refused his Assent to Laws, the most wholesome and necessary for the public good.
He has forbidden his Governors to pass Laws of immediate and pressing importance, unless suspended in their operation till his Assent should be obtained; and when so suspended, he has utterly neglected to attend to them.
He has refused to pass other Laws for the accommodation of large districts of people, unless those people would relinquish the right of Representation in the Legislature, a right inestimable to them and formidable to tyrants only.
He has called together legislative bodies at places unusual, uncomfortable, and distant from the depository of their public Records, for the sole purpose of fatiguing them into compliance with his measures.
He has dissolved Representative Houses repeatedly, for opposing with manly firmness his invasions on the rights of the people.
He has refused for a long time, after such dissolutions, to cause others to be elected; whereby the Legislative powers, incapable of Annihilation, have returned to the People at large for their exercise; the State remaining in the mean time exposed to all the dangers of invasion from without, and convulsions within.
He has endeavoured to prevent the population of these States; for that purpose obstructing the Laws for Naturalization of Foreigners; refusing to pass others to encourage their migrations hither, and raising the conditions of new Appropriations of Lands.
He has obstructed the Administration of Justice, by refusing his Assent to Laws for establishing Judiciary powers.
He has made Judges dependent on his Will alone, for the tenure of their offices, and the amount and payment of their salaries.
He has erected a multitude of New Offices, and sent hither swarms of Officers to harrass our people, and eat out their substance.
He has kept among us, in times of peace, Standing Armies without the Consent of our legislatures.
He has affected to render the Military independent of and superior to the Civil power.
He has combined with others to subject us to a jurisdiction foreign to our constitution, and unacknowledged by our laws; giving his Assent to their Acts of pretended Legislation:
For Quartering large bodies of armed troops among us:
For protecting them, by a mock Trial, from punishment for any Murders which they should commit on the Inhabitants of these States:
For cutting off our Trade with all parts of the world:

For transporting us beyond Seas to be tried for pretended offences
For abolishing the free System of English Laws in a neighbouring Province, establishing therein an Arbitrary government, and enlarging its Boundaries so as to render it at once an example and fit instrument for introducing the same absolute rule into these Colonies:
For taking away our Charters, abolishing our most valuable Laws, and altering fundamentally the Forms of our Governments:
For suspending our own Legislatures, and declaring themselves invested with power to legislate for us in all cases whatsoever.
He has abdicated Government here, by declaring us out of his Protection and waging War against us.
He has plundered our seas, ravaged our Coasts, burnt our towns, and destroyed the lives of our people.
He is at this time transporting large Armies of foreign Mercenaries to compleat the works of death, desolation and tyranny, already begun with circumstances of Cruelty & perfidy scarcely paralleled in the most barbarous ages, and totally unworthy the Head of a civilized nation.
He has constrained our fellow Citizens taken Captive on the high Seas to bear Arms against their Country, to become the executioners of their friends and Brethren, or to fall themselves by their Hands.
He has excited domestic insurrections amongst us, and has endeavoured to bring on the inhabitants of our frontiers, the merciless Indian Savages, whose known rule of warfare, is an undistinguished destruction of all ages, sexes and conditions.

In every stage of these Oppressions We have Petitioned for Redress in the most humble terms: Our repeated Petitions have been answered only by repeated injury. A Prince whose character is thus marked by every act which may define a Tyrant, is unfit to be the ruler of a free people.

Nor have We been wanting in attentions to our Brittish brethren. We have warned them from time to time of attempts by their legislature to extend an unwarrantable jurisdiction over us. We have reminded them of the circumstances of our emigration and settlement here. We have appealed to their native justice and magnanimity, and we have conjured them by the ties of our common kindred to disavow these usurpations, which, would inevitably interrupt our connections and correspondence. They too have been deaf to the voice of justice and of consanguinity. We must, therefore, acquiesce in the necessity, which denounces our Separation, and hold them, as we hold the rest of mankind, Enemies in War, in Peace Friends.

We, therefore, the Representatives of the united States of America, in General Congress, Assembled, appealing to the Supreme Judge of the world for the rectitude of our intentions, do, in the Name, and by Authority of the good People of these Colonies, solemnly publish and declare, That these United Colonies are, and of Right ought to be Free and Independent States; that they are Absolved from all Allegiance to the British Crown, and that all political connection between them and the State of Great Britain, is and ought to be totally dissolved; and that as Free and Independent States, they have full Power to levy War, conclude Peace, contract Alliances, establish Commerce, and to do all other Acts and Things which Independent States may of right do. And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes and our sacred Honor.

World War 3, North African Front: Military officially in control of Egypt! Morsi out, martial law in!

At 13:00 hours UTC 7 Tango time, the government run newspaper, al-Ahram, announced that democratically elected President Mohammed Morsi had been officially deposed by the U.S. backed Egyptian military!

U.S. backed General Abdel Fattah al-Sisi, giving a press conference, explained that the military ousted Morsi on the grounds that he did not head the will of the people.  The Egyptian Constitution has been suspended.  Al-Sisi says a new transitional government will be made up of technocrats!

The U.S. backed general (who consulted with Pentagon officials yesterday and last week) said anymore violent protests with be dealt with harshly by the military.  He appointed the chief justice of Egypt’s constitutional court as transitional president.

There are continued reports that military units are surrounding pro-Morsi demonstrations in Nasr and Giza cities.

World War 3, North African Front: Update on military coup in Egypt! Police staying out of sight! Morsi missing!

Reports that democratically elected President Mohammed Morsi is missing.  Earlier there were reports that the Obama backed military put him under house arrest.

Egyptian military denying reports that they’ve fired on pro-Morsi supporters, as well as denying military coup.  However, reports and pics of army personnel deploying in Nasr City, where there are a lot of pro-Morsi demonstrations.

Reports and pics of army personnel blocking access to Cairo University.  Reports that military units are staging around the perimeter of Cairo.  One analyst noted that no (or very few) police forces have been seen deploying with military units.  Reports that Egyptian courts told police that they would not be prosecuted for joining the overthrow of democratically elected Morsi.

The government run newspaper, al-Ahram, continues to report that the U.S. backed military will run the country for at least 12 months.  Egyptian military says it will make official public statement soon.
