What Economic Recovery? Cyprus banks to remaind closed for another week! Signs of banks not Too Big to Fail!

21 March 2013/09 Jumada l-Ula 1434/01 Farvardin 1391/10 Yi-Mao (2nd month) 4711

After rejecting an privately funded European Union bailout, and after starting negotiations for a bailout from Russia, banks in Cyprus have decided to remain closed for another five days.

This is because many Cypriots plan on withdrawing all their money.  This is because the EU bailout plan involved a heavy tax on bank accounts.  ATMs are still working, but reports say it’s difficult to keep them filled with cash because of all the withdrawals.

There is also signs that two major banks are in trouble. Cypriot media is reporting that the government is going to create new banks to take over ‘good’ accounts from the Bank of Cyprus and Cyprus Popular Bank.  The two banks are rumored to be allowed to fail.

Officials with Cyprus Popular Bank are reportedly in Russia looking for a buyer.  Other reports say banks are being offered to Greek buyers.

The Ministry of Finance and Central Bank officials are also working on creating bonds that will be backed by the future development of natural gas sites from Leviathan.

Mystery Pig Deaths: Bodies found in river now at 13000! Climate change & China’s booming economy & government spending cuts being blamed!

21 March 2013/09 Jumada l-Ula 1434/01 Farvardin 1391/10 Yi-Mao (2nd month) 4711

“People who dispose of carcasses illegally will be fined 2,000 yuan [$322 USD] and detained for seven days!”-Huang Jun, vice-head of Xinfeng township

Chinese media now claims 13000 pig bodies have been pulled from the Huangpu River.  Investigators expect more, but they’re not blaming disease, they’re blaming climate change, low pay for farmers and increasing demand for food.

At this point investigators say the bodies are showing no signs of epidemic type infections.  Many of the pigs had ear brands that linked them back to Zhulin village in Jiaxing city, Zhejiang Province, but officials there deny throwing pigs into the river.  Many people have described the massive pig farming operations as rotting stinking cesspools, they say when you’re on a train you know you’re passing the area just by the smell.

Some farming towns use vats of chemicals to get rid of dead animals, while other towns burn them.  Many townships have official collection points for dead farm animals, but most farmers still dump the bodies in the river.

There is also an official program to subsidize farmers for every animal that dies, yet local media report that local governments have never received the funding to pay for the program.  In fact, and despite China’s booming economy, government spending on farming programs have been cut.

There are also reports that slaughter houses will buy up pigs from mass die offs, so why are so many ending up in the river?

The reality is that the booming Chinese economy is not trickling down to the farmers.  So to increase their cash flow, and meet the increasing demand for food, farmers have been raising more and more animals in the same amount of space.  This increases the spread of disease and other problems: “I’ve been raising pigs for more than six years. Generally, each pig needs at least 1 cubic meter of space. If that space is too crowded, the temperature and humidity of the farm is affected. It also causes changes in the way the pigs eat and drink, their levels of activity and rest. Drainage also becomes a bigger problem.”-Wang Honglai, farmer from Wangzhuangtou village in Cangzhou, Hebei Province

China’s Ministry of Agriculture has ruled the mass die offs are the result of what are normally common farm animal infections, that are getting out of control due to overcrowding and exacerbated by abnormal weather conditions.

World War 3: More proof the U.S. is behind WMD attack in Syria, they’re delaying the UN investigation! U.S. puppet agents say no Syrian soldiers reported killed, that’s a lie!

21 March 2013/09 Jumada l-Ula 1434/01 Farvardin 1391/10 Yi-Mao (2nd month) 4711

On 20 March the Syrian government demanded a United Nations investigation into the supposed gas attacks in Aleppo Province, and possibly in the city of Damascus.

Now the United States, France and United Kingdom (all backers of the insurgency) are working hard to delay the UN investigation.  Why?  If it turns out that a gas attack was launched by the Syrian government wouldn’t that play into their ‘red line’ threat of all out war?

Also, in a U.S. News & World Report article Maher Nana, co-founder of Syrian Support Group in Florida, said the Syrian government did not report any soldiers killed in the WMD attacks.  A bold face lie as the Syrian government reported at least 10 of their soldiers killed in the Aleppo Province attack!  Nana was using the bogus claim as a way to prove the gas attacks came from the Syrian government.

World War 3: Proof the U.S. behind WMD attack in Syria? U.S. officials deny such an attack took place! Remember the Red Line the Obama Administration drew?

20 March 2013/08 Jumada l-Ula 1434/30 Esfand 1391/09 Yi-Mao (2nd month) 4711

Officials with the U.S. government first denied a gas attack took place in Syria, saying there was no evidence, then said if WMD attack took place it was from the Syrian government.

But U.S. News & World Report says they have evidence the WMD attack was from a Syrian government Scud missile that missed its target.  They also say there was a second gas attack in Damascus.

If you remember, last year the Obama administration said if the Syrian government used WMDs then the U.S. would go to war: “This is a red line for the United States. I am not going to telegraph in any specifics what we would do in the event of credible evidence that the Assad regime has resorted to using chemical weapons against their own people. But suffice it to say, we are certainly planning to take action if that eventuality were to occur.”-Hillary Clinton, Secretary of State at the end of 2012

Notice the choice of words Hillary used: “eventuality”.  The Obama administration was pretty sure WMDs were going to be used.

Isn’t it interesting that the gas attack took place on the day Obama went to Israel?  And where are the cries for action from the Israelis, who in the recent past have been all whiny about the Syrian ‘civil war’ (they even shot and killed Syrians trying to cross the border, and bombed Syrian military convoys near the Lebanese border)?  Now everyone is being extra cautious in their statements, or not commenting at all.

What Economic Recovery? Kmart closing in Tennessee. Whistleblowers reveal Kmart killing sharks to make commercials!

20 March 2013/08 Jumada l-Ula 1434/30 Esfand 1391/09 Yi-Mao (2nd month) 4711

Sears Holdings confirming they will close the Clinton South Kmart by June. Company officials blamed it on poor sales for the Tennessee store.  The store first opened in 1983.

An investigation is looking into why a shark died while being used for an upcoming Kmart commercial.  For some reason the shark was flown from New York to California. The shark was used in a swimming pool.  (Did anyone remove the chlorine before putting the shark in?) Whistleblowers reported the incident.  Animal activists say the number of animals being killed for commercials, TV shows and movies (including the Hobbit in which 25 animals died) are going up.

Mother Nature strikes Fukushima Daiichi, with plague of rats?

20 March 2013/08 Jumada l-Ula 1434/30 Esfand 1391/09 Yi-Mao (2nd month) 4711

Tokyo Electric Power Company has found the cause of the power outage, which stopped cooling of spent fuel pools a few days ago.

In one of three high voltage distribution panels they found burn marks, along with a dead rat.  It’s very likely the rat touched the panel causing a short circuit, which could have led to another nuclear disaster.

A former inlaw of mine, in Texas, lost a home to a fire that was caused by a rat that got into a circuit breaker panel that was part of a recent room extension on the house.

What Economic Recovery? British Treasury Boss says economy to stagnate for the next four years!

20 March 2013/08 Jumada l-Ula 1434/30 Esfand 1391/09 Yi-Mao (2nd month) 4711

United Kingdom’s Chancellor of the Exchequer/Second Lord of the Treasury, George Osbourne, changed his earlier predictions on the British economy.  Now he says it’s going worse than they thought, despite his political party’s policies which include big tax cuts for corporations, and big spending cuts for social programs: “…this year their output forecast is reduced to 0.6% growth….while less than we would like our growth, this year and next year, is forecast by the IMF [International Monetary Fund] to be higher than France and Germany. It is a reminder that all western nations live in  challenging economic times…the OBR [Office for Budget Responsibility] then expects the recovery to pick up to 1.8% in 2014, 2.3% in 2015, 2.7% in 2016, and 2.8% in 2017….”

Note that none of the forecasts are at or above the important 3% mark.  Until a country’s economy hits 3% it is not considered to be growing.  Between 0% and 2.9% means stagnation.  So for at least the next four years the British (and other western countries) economy will be a rotting stagnating stinking mess.

Maybe it’s not Norovirus? Maybe it’s those Chinese made chopsticks?

20 March 2013/08 Jumada l-Ula 1434/30 Esfand 1391/09 Yi-Mao (2nd month) 4711

It was discovered by a Chinese actor that his cheap chopsticks were actually toxic.  He made the discovery when he tried to wash them and they turned the water yellow, and it smelled bad.

Chinese media asked some industry officials about it and they admitted that there are no controls over the chopstick industry, and that toxic chemicals are used even though they are banned: “Sulphur, hydrogen peroxide, sodium sulfite and mold inhibitor, are chemical substances commonly used to make disposable chopsticks, even though they are not allowed.”-Dong Jinshi, International Food Packaging Association

The Chinese media has been revealing problems with the chopsticks industry since 2010.
