Federal court OKs war-crimes lawsuits against Bush Administration!

A federal appeals court has ruled that the former Bush regime can indeed be sued for war-crimes related to actions taken after 11 September 2001.

Eight men have been trying to sue the Bushies after being held for months in prisons, without being accused of anything and without trial, and claiming they were beaten and denied sleep (sleep depravation is a legally recognized form of torture, despite what Dick Chenney thinks).

One man was arrested by the FBI, apparently for using a video camera in Queens, New York!   The Center for Constitutional Rights stated “The men were slammed….and told, ‘Welcome to America.’”

The Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York, as well as the Passaic County Jail in Paterson, New Jersey, are now subject to war-crimes lawsuits as well.

Finally, U.S. officials putting the blame for 9/11 on Saudi Arabia! I’ve been saying that for years!

Fact: Not one Afghan or Iraqi was involved in the September 11, 2001 attacks on the United States, yet the people of Afghanistan and Iraq have been the bloody whipping boys/girls for the blood lust vengeance seeking people of the U.S.

Fact: The accused 9/11 attackers came from Saudi Arabia (15), United Arab Emirates (2), Egypt (1) and Lebanon (1).

The bin Laden family is from the Arabian Peninsula, not Iraq, not Afghanistan!  The October 12, 2000, attack on the USS Cole was done by people from the Arabian Peninsula (it actually took place on the Arabian Peninsula).  Yet, a Federal judge, under the Bush Jr administration, ruled that the African country Sudan was to blame!

It’s obvious that those who’ve been attacking the United States are from the Arab Peninsula (mainly Saudi Arabia), yet we don’t dare attack them. Why? Because they’re part of the petrodollar beast that was created back in 1973!!!

Is the price of human suffering really worth the War on Terror vengance for 9/11? Especially when the U.S. is killing the wrong people!!!

Fact: Not one Afghan or Iraqi was involved in the September 11, 2001 attacks on the United States, yet the people of Afghanistan and Iraq have been the bloody whipping boys/girls for the blood lust vengeance seeking people of the U.S.

Fact: The accused 9/11 attackers came from Saudi Arabia (15), United Arab Emirates (2), Egypt (1) and Lebanon (1).

How many people died on 9/11? 2,977, not counting the alleged attackers.  2,669 were U.S. citizens, 372 were foreigners.

How many U.S./coalition forces have died in the vengeance seeking War on Terror in Afghanistan? 4,390 total.  1,762 U.S. deaths in combat.  948 Coalition deaths.  1,680 U.S. deaths relating to Afghan operations, or died after being wounded.  No numbers for allied Afghan government forces.  (note that the Department of Defense recently revised upward the number of U.S. combat deaths in August 2011)

How many Afghans have died? There is little or no record keeping of civilian deaths by the Afghan government, but human rights groups, and some media organizations say at least 23,000 Afghan civilians have been killed, so far.

The United Nations says for the first six months of 2011, 1,464 civilians were killed.

Don’t forget, not a single Afghan was involved with the 9/11 attacks (some Pakistan media sources say Osama bin Laden was in Pakistan the whole time)!

How many U.S./coalition forces/civilians have died in the vengeance seeking War on Terror in Iraq? 6,627 total.  3,529 U.S. combat deaths.  318 Coalition deaths.  945 U.S. deaths relating to Iraqi operations.  1,487 U.S. contractors.  348 Journalists.

How many Iraqis have died? The number of Iraqis killed varies from several hundreds of thousands to more than one million four hundred thousand!!!

Don’t forget Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11 (as claimed by the war criminal Bush jr administration)!!!  Nor did Iraq have any weapons of mass destruction (as claimed by the war criminal Bush jr administration)!!!  Nor did Iraqi officials have any connection to al Qaeda (as claimed by the war criminal Bush jr administration)!!!

So lets compare the number of people killed on 9/11, versus the number of people killed in the vengeance War on Terror. 

September 11, 2001: 2,977.

Ongoing War on Terror: 1,489,607!!!

I’m just talking about the number of people killed.  The number of people wounded, and permanently disabled is far, far higher!   Just from the operations in Iraq the number of U.S. wounded is more than 100,000!!!

The numbers suggest that the War on Terror is anything but that.  It shows that it is actually a War of Terror.  The numbers suggests that the United States is pure evil!

Insult to Injury: Bloomberg says 9/11 victims’ names may not be read at this years Ceremonies

Fox News reporting that New York City Mayor, Michael Bloomberg, might forgo what had become tradition at the 9/11 Anniversary Ceremonies; the reading of the victims’ names.

Insult to Injury: New York City bans religious representatives from 9/11 Anniversary Ceremonies

“They were the spiritual and emotional backbone, and when you have a situation where people are trying to find meaning, where something is bigger than them, when you have a crisis of this level, they often look to the clergy.”-Fernando Cabrera, New York City council

The Wall Street Journal reporting that New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg, will not allow representatives from religious groups to take part in the 9/11 anniversary ceremonies.

One of the victims of the 9/11/2001 attacks, was the chaplain of the New York Fire Department.  The New York Magazine even named Mychal Judge the most famous victim of 9/11.

Rabbi Joseph Potasnik said the problem is that ceremony organizers overbooked the event: “I don’t know how to make it possible for everyone to have a place at the table.”

Insult to Injury: 9/11 First Responders banned from anniversary ceremony

“We’re working to find ways to recognize and honor first responders, and other groups, at different places and times.”-statement from New York City Mayor’s office

About 3,000 first responders have been told there’s no room at the inn for them.  Apparently the organizers of the September 11, 2001 anniversary ceremony, forgot to invite the people who tried to rescue the victims of the attack.

To be forgotten in this year’s ceremony adds insult to injury, after first responders were treated like terrorist suspects just to get health benefits.  Then, on top of that, last month the National Institute for Occupation Safety and Health decided that 9/11 first responders would not be covered for the strange cancers most are now suffering from.  The government says there’s not enough evidence showing the strange cancers are linked to the recovery efforts at “ground zero”.

9/11 First Responders & Survivors considered Terroists under new Health Care law

In January, 2011, President Obama signed into law a bill passed by Congress, supposedly to give 9/11/2001 emergency first responders, survivors and other people involved with the recovery and clean up efforts, health care for problems connected to the toxic debris of the the collapsed World Trade Center.  Those people are now considered terrorists.

The law is called the “James Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Act of 2010” (aka HR 847).

Any first responder interested in receiving medical care under the new law must be investigated by the Department of Homeland Security for links to known terrorists:  “No individual who is on the terrorist watch list maintained by the Department of Homeland Security shall qualify as an eligible WTC responder. Before enrolling any individual as a WTC responder in the WTC Program under paragraph (3), the Administrator, in consultation with the Secretary of Homeland Security, shall determine whether the individual is on such list.”-H.R. 847,  SEC. 3311  paragraph 5

In regards to ‘survivors’: “No individual who is on the terrorist watch list
maintained by the Department of Homeland Security shall qualify as a screening-eligible WTC survivor or a certifiedeligible WTC survivor. Before determining any individual to be a screening-eligible WTC survivor under paragraph (1) or certifying any individual as a certified eligible WTC survivor
under paragraph (2), the Administrator, in consultation with the Secretary of Homeland Security, shall determine whether the individual is on such list.”- H.R. 847, SEC. 3321 paragraph 4

Even if you think forcing applicants to go through a terrorist background check is OK, when you read the complicated law it becomes clear that what the Federal government is doing is trying to make it as difficult as possibly for any 9/11 first responder, or survivor, to qualify for medical help.  In other words, yet another lie from our government to our citizens.
