Live reporter says police arrested a man in a separate incident. A man driving a sedan was chased by cops, he crashed into a truck carrying water bottles, he then ran on foot before being captured by police. The incident happened in the area near the Inland Regional Center.
Back at the shootout between cops and people in a black GMC Yukon, a live reporter in the ABC7 helicopter stated “it’s brazen that these suspects would be out driving around knowing that police are out looking for them.”

Live helicopter video shows blacked out GMC Yukon and San Bernardino cop car on four lane city street, guns on the ground, both vehicles riddled with bullets, blood on the ground.
Suspect on ground probably dead. Responding police conducting neighborhood search for other suspects. Multi-vehicle accident took place before shoot out. Live reporter says every window on Yukon, except windshield, shot out calling it a “massive shootout”.
Live video also shows cop car filled with bullet holes, radiator fluid pouring from radiator. Armored vehicles coming in. Another suspect might be inside Yukon. Suspect might have been heading to San Bernardino airport.

Witness said his wife, who works in the Inland Regional Center, said she described a man “dressed in black shooting into the first floor”. It should be noted that every witness says the same thing about the timeline of when the shooting began, is the same time police were already on scene! Many family members of ‘victims’ have stated to live reporters that the shooting and the police presence happened at the same time!

Live news reporter says they are intentionally not showing the building where the shooters attacked. 
Live helicopter news video shows armored Bobcat mini-excavator being used. San Bernardino Police Chief Eric McBride say shooters acted as if they “were on a mission”, adding “they came in with a purpose.” No hostages taken, says police did not engage attackers.
ABC7 live reporter says four busloads of ‘victims’ have been taken away by law enforcement for “intensive questioning”.
Witness says fire alarm went off shortly after 11:00 hours (UTC-08 Uniform time), when they exited the building’s rooms there were police already on scene, including helicopters, and they were told there are “active shooters” and to go back into the rooms (shelter in place). The event going on was a banquet for “clients”. The Inland Regional Center involves several separate buildings, but everybody on scene keeps referring to them as if they were one building. Shooters appeared to have targeted the building were the banquet was being held.
Another witness says property was surrounded by police, does not think police fired any shots.
A family member of a ‘victim’ says he called his wife at 11:05 to invite her to a party, but she screamed “there’s a shooting” and hung up. He’s on scene looking for her, the last text message he got from her said police took her to the golf course, he hasn’t been able to find her. He says she works with kids who have mental disabilities.

Public asked to call phone number manned by San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department. Several neighboring counties and state law enforcement responded. 
San Bernardino Police Department believes shooters were still in the Inland Regional Center building when police entered, but the suspects somehow escaped and fled in a black SUV. Says 14 people killed, at least 14 wounded, numbers could go up because not everybody accounted for. “Hundreds” of people still inside building. Inland Regional Center involves state and county employees treating mentally ill people. Police refuse to answer reporter’s questions about how shooters were dressed, says “never heard they were wearing camouflage”. Will only say shooters were armed with “long guns”. Bomb technicians on site due to “objects” that were suspicious. Refuses to reveal to news media what witnesses are saying to police. Made disclaimer saying “some of this information could change”.
Federal Bureau of Investigation says wounded people still inside Inland Regional Center, refuses to call it a terrorist event!

Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) are claiming they had to kill a mentally challenged 25 years old man because he was assaulting them after they stopped him from walking on a sidewalk, what they call an “investacative stop”.
A witness disputes that claim: “He wasn’t a gang banger at all! I was sitting across the street when it happened. So as he was walking down the street, the police approached him, whatever was said I couldn’t hear it, but the cops jumped out of the car and rushed him over here into this corner. They had him in the corner and were beating him, busted him up, for what reason I don’t know he didn’t do nothing! The next thing I know I hear a ‘pow!’ while he’s on the ground. They got the knee on him. And then I hear another ‘pow!’ No hesitation. And then I hear another ‘pow!’ Three times!”-Leroy Hill, who also claims he heard one cop order the shooting by saying “Shoot him!”
The LAPD outright lied about the incident from day one, which was 11 August 2014. Not only did they lie about the man attacking them, but they also claimed they did not know the identity of the man but that he was probably a gangbanger! The mother of the victim contacted local news media right away and stated that her son was lying on the ground when the ass hole cops shot him three times! Even on 13 August the NAZI LAPD still claimed they did not know the identity of their victim!
Other witnesses say the LAPD routinely harassed the mentally challenged man on purpose, just because he was mentally challenged: “They laid him out and for whatever reason, they shot him in the back, knowing mentally he has complications. Every officer in this area, from the Newton Division, knows that, that this child has mental problems. The excessive force….there was no purpose for it. The multiple shootings in the back while he’s laying down?…..Then when the mom comes, they don’t try to console her….they pull the billy clubs out!”-unnamed witness
The LAPD did admit that they handcuffed the man after they killed him!

According to retired U.S. Army Brigadier General, Guido J. Portante Junior, since 1993 the California National Guard has been performing overwatch duty on the Ukrainian military.
The State Partnership Program promotes “the American way of life” under the guise of military training.

Is San Diego, California U.S.A., plagued with so many crooked cops that arrests are finally being made?
In the most recent case husband and wife police officers were arrested and charged with being drug runners. The husband was also charged with being high on drugs while in possession of his government authorized gun. They both pled not guilty in court today.
What I find interesting is that the local San Diego news media actually published the location where the two cops live, which sounds like vigilantism to me because the two cops are out on bail. The female cop has children from another relationship, and under California law if a parent is suspected of being a drug user they automatically lose custody. The children are now with their biological father. (I’ll admit that their court room pic makes them look like Meth users)
A male San Diego cop was arrest twice, once in April and once in May, on suspicion of domestic violence. An investigation resulted in charges being dropped. Probably a case of a vindictive wife.
Before that another male cop was arrested and charged with false imprisonment and sexual assault of several victims. He resigned and is still awaiting trial.
In February, a male cop (and former Marine) was accused of sexually assaulting a woman he arrested. It was revealed that a so called ‘semen sample’ tested negative for semen. It was also revealed that the so called ‘victim’ originally accused a different San Diego cop of the assault. The former Marine/cop was never charged with any crime but quit his job due to harassment, and is now suing the city.
Also in February, a female cop was fined and placed on probation after being caught in public while highly intoxicated.

Former U. S. Secretary of Homeland Security, Janet Napolitano, outright lied to reporters when she said “This is almost the kind of event that’s impossible to prevent and almost impossible to predict.”
California’s Santa Barbara County Sheriff’s Department revealed that not only was the Isle Vista shooter under psychiatric care, but the cops and social workers knew about it! The guy even began posting his strange videos weeks ago, prompting a social worker to contact cops last week!
The son of the assistant director for the first Hunger Games movie was being treated by “multiple therapists” (implying multiple prescriptions).
The Rodger family is openly anti-gun, but that didn’t stop their son from somehow acquiring guns and an incredible amount of ammo. Anybody notice that these mass shooters always get their hands on massive amounts of ammo, at a time when law abiding gun owners are struggling to find ammo due to the fact that multiple federal agencies are buying up civilian ammo by the ton?
Of course, already families of victims are calling for outright gun ban. But guess what, why didn’t the cops intervene when they had a chance, based on the videos the shooter posted before he went on the drug induced(?) rampage? After all, they did interview him.
Maybe if UCSB allowed guns on campus, like here in Idaho, somebody could’ve shot the guy early on.
And banning guns wouldn’t have stopped him from stabbing to death his three roommates. I don’t hear those families of the victims calling for a sharp object ban. And what about reports of people he ran over with his car, is it time to ban cars? By the way, in the U.S. more people are killed by cars than guns.
Why don’t these so called responsible citizens who want to ban guns take a look at the fact that all mass shootings in the U.S. involved prescription drugs?
Since 1988 there have been 32 mass shootings at schools where the shooters were on prescription drugs, and those are just the cases where it was made public. Mass shootings in shopping malls and even military bases have one thing in common: prescription drug use by the shooter! Increasing suicides and ‘accidental’ overdoses are also connected to these legal drugs.
Even the International Society For Ethical Psychology and Psychiatry states that mass shootings are caused by prescription drug use, not the guns themselves.
But those so called responsible anti-gun Americans won’t call for a ban on prescription drugs, because they are prescription drug addicts themselves! You made your bed, now sleep in it!
