Lahaina to be rebuilt as Smart-City, without consent of Lahaina residents? On 18AUG2023, the Department of Defense reported that 691 military personnel were deployed to Maui as part of JTF 5-0.

13AUG2023, Hawaii’s governor “suspends additional laws to facilitate emergency response, recovery, and rebuilding.”

On 09AUG2023, FEMA authorized the use of federal taxpayer funding to help Hawaii fight the wildfires near Lahaina.
