Ron Paul already number one favorite in Iowa, establishment trying to down play it saying only “second and third place” winners count!

In state polling, ahead of the upcoming Iowa caucus, Ron Paul is the overall favorite, yet the establishment is trying to downplay it by saying only runner ups matter: “People are going to look at who comes in second and who comes in third. If Romney comes in a strong second, it definitely helps him going into New Hampshire and the other states.”-Terry Branstad, Governor of Iowa

Even Fox News’s Chris Wallace said “…I think most of the Republican establishment thinks he is not going to end up as the [Presidential] nominee. So, therefore, Iowa won’t count…”

Obviously Ron Paul is scaring the crap out of the Republican establishment, who have proven themselves not to be the Constitution loving conservatives they profess to be.  It also proves, again, that the mainstream media is not controlled by liberals, but by hypocritical right wing neo-conservatives!

Mitt Romney Constitutionally Incompetent. Marriage is actually UnAmerican! Religion based marriage law will violate Constitution.

Even if the personal opinions of the founders of the United States were against homosexual marriage, there is nothing in the Constitutional amendments that say anything about marriage!

This was intentional, after all our founders fought a war for Independence from the British Empire, which placed all kinds of qualifiers on citizenship (including belonging to the church of england).  The founders did not want any qualifiers on U.S. citizenship, other than being born here, or becoming ‘naturalized’.

The founders knew that many of the qualifiers of citizenship in the British Empire were based on the personal opinions of the holier than thou crowd.  The founders knew that, like ass holes, personal opinions should be left out of sight out of mind!

It is true that since marriage is not covered in the U.S. Constitution then it is within the States’ rights to create definitions of marriage.  But then you might have conflicts at tax time.

This brings us to the real reason why both sides are trying to push for a Constitutional amendment regarding marriage.  Both sides don’t like seeing some States for, while other States oppose.

If a anti-homosexual marriage law is passed at the Federal level then it will violate the basic reason for the creation of the United States: “We hold these truths to be self evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.”

Notice it does not say the United States was being created to promote one religion, or any religion, or for the sole purpose of 1% Elitists who want more more more money, or for control freaks and insecure paranoids!

But guess what, from my own personal experience, and witnessing others’ experiences, marriage actually conflicts with Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

But here’s why efforts by the religious front to create a anti-homosexual law at the Federal level will fail.  Amendment One: Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

By creating a law that is obviously the result of religious beliefs, Congress will be in violation of the First Amendment of the Constitution of the United States of America!

Religion freaks can argue all they want. Religion, any religion, does not jive with the Constitution. That’s what was so revolutionary about our Constitution, it created the first secular (government not controlled by religion) country in modern history!

Corporate Incompetence: Could demise of Hewlett Packard’s WebOS end hundreds of jobs in Idaho? HP in bed with Microsoft? We’ll find out in two weeks

“We should announce our decision in the next two weeks. This is not an easy decision, because we have a team of 600 people which is in limbo.”-Meg Whitman, CEO Hewlett Packard

French media interviewed Hewlett Packard’s latest CEO, Meg Whitman.  She says what they decide to do with their WebOS system will affect at least 600 HP employees.

Other media reports confirmed that 525 layoffs, made back in September, were the result of ending WebOS hardware production.  Since August the system has been up for sale, no takers so far.

It’s strange because as recently as July, Stephen DeWitt, head of the WebOS business unit, claimed that WebOS was so versatile that it could be used in a “universe of devices”.

What happened? Executives at HP have decided to use Microsoft’s Windows 8 operating system. In explaining the embracing of Windows 8 Whitman also explained why they canceled their number two selling tablet, the TouchPad: “Internet tablets are mainly used to consume media and e-mails. If you want to use productivity software such as Microsoft, you can not…This is an important area in which we want to go.”  “We stopped using the products that use the operating system WebOS. We will return in 2012. We will have an internet tablet that will use Microsoft Windows 8.”

The new HP tablet that runs on Window 8 is called Slate 2.

Whitman also talked about the high turnover of HP CEOs, and her plans with the company: “HP has had three CEOs in less than two years.  I’m here to stay. Even if my friend Mitt Romney becomes the next president of the United States, I will not join him in Washington.”  “We must invest more in storage, networks and servers to align ourselves with our competitors like EMC and Cisco. Our last server, which uses an ARM processor is more efficient in terms of energy consumption. We need these major innovations to differentiate ourselves.”

In November unnamed sources at HP’s, Boise, Idaho operations leaked word of more layoffs.  Between 3,000 and 4,000 people work at HP’s Boise facilities.  Could the demise of WebOS have anything to do with it?  According to the French newspaper, Le Figaro, Whitman said the world will find out in two weeks.

World War 3: Ron Paul says Iran has no nukes! CBS News reveals its ignorance, or its intentional covering up of issues involving U.S. foreign policy

“Iran doesn’t have a bomb. There’s no proof. There’s no new information regardless of this new report [IAEA report], and for us to overreact and to talk about bombing Iran, that’s much more dangerous.”-Ron Paul, U.S. Representative from Texas

Presidential candidate Ron Paul made that statement on CBS’s Face the Nation.  But the interviewer, Bob Schieffer, tried his darnedest to make Ron Paul look unAmerican, and the interview really came across as Ron Paul bashing.

Schieffer stated: “No one has suggested, in the U.S. government, that we are going to bomb Iran. What they have said is we’re going to impose very tough sanctions. You have said you’re against sanctions.”

Paul replied: “Yeah, because sanctions are the initial steps to war…”

If you take political science courses on war then you’ll learn that sanctions are the first step towards war.

Ron Paul then questioned Schieffer’s statment that “no one” in our government wants to bomb Iran: “…if your saying that nobodies suggesting it why don’t you listen to the debates, I mean listen to some of the other candidates…” At that point Schieffer cuts Paul off, claiming that he is listening to the debates.

A great example is another Republican candidate, Newt Gingrich, who, on November 12, called for the assassination of Iranian scientists (something the Israeli Mossad has already done).

Schieffer admits that candidates, including Mitt Romney, has made such suggestions, but he says “the government” hasn’t made such statements.

Paul then blasts Schieffer: “Obviously they [U.S. government] haven’t said that, but the implication is that nothing is off the table.  You’ve heard them say that!”

Schieffer replies: “Well yes, alright, lets move on then.”

Yes, people of the Untied States, lets move on away from the mainstream, entrenched, warmongering, working class enslaving Elites!  Vote against any candidate that sounds mainstream, and Ron Paul sure isn’t mainstream!
