Researchers in the British empire (Commonwealth of Nations) country of Australia are tracking what they believe could be a new deadly version of norovirus.
The Royal Melbourne Hospital’s Victorian Infectious Diseases Reference Laboratory identified a new version of what has been incorrectly called stomach flu. It’s a new version of norovirus first noticed in 2015, in the Australian province of Victoria.

“Occasionally the virus changes to become so different that the community has no effective immunity.
