While I’ve watched the Pine Ridge Mall decline for more than a decade now, this is the one constant: floor tile repair. The tile is the original installed back in the early 1980s when the mall was first built. Neither J Price Realty nor GGP wanted to spend the bucks to improve the mall, and it shows in more ways than one.
