On the African Continent, the largest wargame there was concluded in mid-June, several U.S. states deployed their Guard units to take part in African Lion 2023.
There was also the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NorAD) wargame called Noble Defender, as well as a cyber security wargame called Cyber Shield 2023.
CALIFORNIA: The Air National Guard’s 146th AW/146th Contingency Response Flight helped with loading of cargo planes, and air traffic control, for Air Defender 2023.
For the first time since the United Nations ordered the Korean Police Action (as requested by the United States in 1950), California has deployed an entire division! On 11JUN2023, a deployment ceremony was held for the 40th Infantry Division, which is being sent to the Middle East for the ongoing operations Inherent Resolve and Spartan Shield. What is a mass-shooting? It turns out that the ‘woke’ main stream news industry is operating under its own definition of mass-shootings! The U.S. government has several definitions as it has created several categories relating to killings and shootings.
U.S. Department of Justice (DoJ):Mass Killing is also known, officially, as Mass Murder. Do not confuse Mass Killing with Active Shooter. The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI, a bureau of the DoJ) considers Active Shootings to involve “one or more individuals actively engaged in killing or attempting to kill people in a populated area.” But, to confuse everybody a little more, the FBI itself actually has a definition for mass shootings: “Any incident in which at least four people are murdered with a gun.” Notice that this is more than what the Investigative Assistance for Violent Crimes Act of 2012 defines as a Mass Killing.

U.S. Transportation Command (USTransComm) revealed that on the night of 25JAN2023, more than 60 Bradley Infantry Fighting Vehicles (IFV) left the shores of North Charleston, South Carolina, destination Ukraine. They were loaded onto cargo ship Arc Integrity, operated by Wallenius Wilhelmsen Logistics, a company with headquarters in NATO-Norway.

The Bradley Infantry Fighting Vehicles are part of the Biden Administration’s $2.85-billion military aid package announced at the beginning of January 2023, since then an additional $2.5-billion in more IFV, ammunition, missiles, and Stryker Armored Personnel Carriers (APC) has been promised. The total U.S. taxpayer contribution to the Battle for Ukraine, since February 2022, is now at $27.1-billion!
