But guess what, prior to yesterday’s takeover the largest U.S. refinery in United States was still foreign owned, split between Aramco and Royal Dutch Shell.
But wait, there’s more! KSA’s Aramco gets full ownership of 24 distribution terminals and has the exclusive right to sell Shell brand fuel in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, and in most of Florida and the eastern half of Texas!
