Connecticut’s Public Act No. 21-6 outright bans 1st Amendment exemptions, as well as all other ‘non-medical’ exemptions, regarding vaccines for children who attend taxpayer funded schools, and on 04AUG2023 the 2nd U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals rejected a legal claim that the law was hostile “towards religion”, and stated that parents don’t have any rights when it comes to “how a public school teaches their child”!
