This is what went down on 10OCT2022, in the European Union parliament:

“Was the Pfizer covid vaccine tested on stopping the transmission of the virus, before it entered the market? If not, please say it clearly. If yes, are you willing to share the data with this committee?   And I really want a straight answer, yes or no! So apparently, the “speed of science” does not allow for proper testing?  And apparently, science is more interested in “what is taking place in the market”!

The U.S. Food Drug Administration states “Under section 564 of the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FD&C Act), when the Secretary of HHS declares that an emergency use authorization is appropriate, FDA may authorize unapproved medical products or unapproved uses of approved medical products to be used in an emergency to diagnose, treat, or prevent serious or life-threatening diseases or conditions caused by CBRN threat agents when certain criteria are met, including there are no adequate, approved, and available alternatives.”  Please notice the repeated use of the word ‘unapproved’, and the statement that emergency use is authorized when “there are no…approved….alternatives” !
