It is called Operation Fly Formula, supposedly ordered by U. S. President Joseph R. Biden Junior. (the details are here WhiteHouse.gov: Biden Administration Approves First Operation Fly Formula Mission) Biden’s order also supports the re-opening of a capitalist corporation baby formula factory owned by Abbott Nutrition, and relaxes importation rules for foreign made baby formulas that are not currently sold in the U.S.!

First to be handled by the U.S. Air Force is baby formula made by Nestlé of Switzerland; 132 palletized ‘skids’ worth (about 39 tons, or 78-thousand pounds) of medical grade baby formula.
