Labor Shortage: China turns to robots & drones to supply its military!

06 November 2022 (12:28-UTC-07 Tango 06) 15 Aban 1401/11 Rabi ‘ath-Thani 1444/13 Xin-Hai 4720/06 ноября 2022 года

Just a sampling of the robots the People’s Republic of China is making.

So-called Swarm UAV launcher. PLA photo published 04NOV2022.

In November 2022, China showed-off its new lightweight version of its vehicle mounted ‘Swarm’ R/C drones (UAV, Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) launcher.  It is considered a weapon system, but can used for reconnaissance missions and communication relay.

One of the so-called Rainbow drones.

Also, a family of autonomous A-I UAVs, called Rainbow, was displayed.  Their capabilities and configurations are designated by a number system.  They can be either fixed wing or rotary wing.  There are dozens of versions; long range, high altitude, high speed, heavy lift, naval versions, and stealth versions.  The first Rainbow, CH-1, apparently flew in 2000.  Several countries use a version of the Rainbow, including countries that are supposed to be allies of the United States.

In October, military units, local government agencies, and civilian (silly-vilian) contractors, took part in exercise Central Shandong Support-2022, in Zibo, Shandong Province.

Photo by Chen Maoxin, published 17OCT2022.

The exercise included the use of robots and UAVs to delivery anything from food to ammunition.  One exercise involved delivering ‘non-staple’ food-stuffs to 5-thousand military personnel for seven days.  At the same time, those robots and UAVs had to be protected from air attack: “This exercise serves to explore the ways of economic mobilization under the new situation, and has tested the capability of the professional support teams for national defense mobilization in Zibo City.”-Wang Peiquan, commander of the Zibo Military Sub-command

Another exercise involved using A-I driven fire-fighting robots to respond to an enemy air attack on a civilian building.

TP500

In June 2022, China’s AVIC First Aircraft Institute unveiled its UAV transport aircraft, known as TP500.  Its first flight was 27 minutes long.  They claim it can carry a 500-kilogram load as far as 500-kilometers.  The designers say it can travel as far as 1800-Km, or carry heavier loads.

PLA video report, from 12APR2022, showing a UAV medical transporter, a robot loader and a robot pickup truck used to supply ammo, and other robot/A-I things for logistical supply:

In October 2018, China turned the old Antonov 2 biplane into the world’s largest UAV cargo-plane. They call it the FH-98.

On 22SEP2022, after the partial mobilization of Russia’s reserve military units against a perceived invasion by NATO, Komsomolsk-on-Amur Aviation Factory (KnAAZ) announced it is ramping up production of the Sukhoi 57: We understand how important this work is, so the plant is actively expanding and modernizing to increase production of the Su-57. At the moment, KnAAZ is loaded with orders until 2028.”-Sergey Chemezov, State Corporation for Assistance to Development, Production and Export of Advanced Technology (aka Rostec)

Sukhoi 57 (Сухой 57), the version offered for international sales is known as the PAK T-50 (ПАК ФА T-50).  Weapons are stored internally, the Felon is able to interact electronically with other Su-57s:Repeatedly involved, and single sorties, and several aircraft in coordination, in information interaction used aviation weapons, very effectively. Reviews are very good. Intra-fuselage armament worked flawlessly.”-Yuri Borisov, Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation

As part of the state contract with the Russian Ministry of Defense for the mass production of the Su-57, four aircraft have been built to date. This year it is planned to deliver the next batch of aircraft. UAC with allied enterprises performs work in accordance with the concluded state contract.-Yuri Slyusar, United Aircraft Corporation (UAC), 16AUG2022

The first mass production (specifically for Russia) Su-57 crashed during a test flight in 2019.  The second production Su-57 is being used as a test vehicle.  Before the partial mobilization of reserve forces was ordered, it was planned for 76 Felons to be delivered to Russian Aerospace Forces by 2027.

Since 2019, flights were conducted with a Su-57 ‘drone controller’ and the S-70 Hunter drone. It is planed that a single Su-57 can control several of the new combat UAVs in one flight.

Video showing a Su-57 flying with a Russian Sukhoi stealth UAV (unmanned Aerial Vehicle), which looks very similar to a U.S. stealth drone:

China has considered testing the PAK T-50 (export Su-57) as a pilotless combat drone.

According to unnamed Russian sources, the prototype T-50 UAV (Unmanned Aerial Vehicle) will still have a pilot, but only as a back-up.  The T-50 UAV is part of experiments to create a 6th Gen fighter aircraft.

Technology Fail? USAF uses WW2 aircraft to develop modern Drone tech!

USAF photo.

In reality ‘drone’ technology is not new, it can be traced back to before the Second World War.  So it’s not really a surprise to learn that the U.S. Air Force used a WW2 C-47/DC-3 Skytrain/Dakota to test the latest stuff for its MQ-9 Reaper unmanned aerial vehicle.

It is known as the Mini-AgilePod, the Air Force Research Laboratory began aerial testing using a DC-3 (silly-vilian version of the C-47), in Ohio, in 2017.

This is the larger prototype AgilePod, seen in 2016.  In 2018, a report stated that testing for the Mini AgilePod would be done over two years.  By the end of 2020, reports indicated that the AgilePod was being used to test electronic systems for other countries.   So far there is nothing indicating that it has been accepted for regular use with the U.S. military.

The Airborne Imaging DC-3 used in the AgilePod testing is based out of Mid-Way Regional Airport in Midlothian, Texas. The contractor operates several DC-3s, used in USAF testing of things like sensor pods and new styles of bomb racks.  An Airborne Imaging DC-3 is scheduled to make an appearance at the July 2021 Dayton Air show in Ohio.

U.S. Army/Marines use ‘fake news’ MiG-23 BAT

In 2005, the U.S. Marines, and other NATO members, launched what they called a MiG-23 Bandit, in Egypt.  It was built as a target drone for man-portable Stinger anti-aircraft missile training.

According to the info that came with these pics, five MiG-23 Bandits were launched, and all five were shot down during Exercise Bright Star.

According to the information that was issued with these pics, the MiG-23 Bandits were actually made and operated by a U.S. military contractor; Advanced Composite Manufacturing.  There are several companies and ‘research’ organizations that use the words Advanced Composite Manufacturing in their names.  There is also a company calling itself ACM/Advanced Composite Manufacturing.  None of them have any info about the MiG-23 Bandit.

“I had very little knowledge of a drone swarm, but the more research I did, the more I realized it’s out there. I also saw how it was being developed and the more research I did, I found it was being tested to be weaponized.”-Captain Craig Maybee, U.S. Army Intelligence

1,218 Intel drones being used all at once, during the 2018 Winter Olympics in Korea

U.S. Army Captain Craig Maybee says he was researching the possibility of using swarms of drones as a weapons system and discovered that it’s already being done.  As a result of his discovery the 7th Army, in Deutschland, is the first to test the concept of drone swarms as weapons in their war game known as Dynamic Front 18.

Drone swarms can be controlled by one person, or computer. The use of drone swarms in Dynamic Front 18 is also meant to influence NATO members: “It’s the first time the headquarters experienced it, so it will be an experience on how to counteract a drone swarm.”-Lietenant Colonel Timothy Iddon, British empire Queen’s Royal Army

Dynamic Front 18 involves a drone swarm that’s used like artillery: “We are launching the drone with artillery. So, the same artillery round that would drop on somebody has a drone it.”-Captain Craig Maybee, U.S. Army Intelligence

At the 2018 Winter Olympics in Korea, Intel used its Shooting Star drone technology to control a drone swarm to create choreographed images.

Utah: Phinal Phantom Phlight, no more USAF F-4 Phantoms!

“I felt like we had an opportunity and an obligation to get this aircraft on the road one more time because so many people have this connection with it. It’s just been absolutely amazing for me to do this.”-Lieutenant Colonel Ron King

One of two QF-4 Phantoms on Phinal Phlight at Hill AFB

At the end of October, just in time for Halloween, a couple of Phunky Phantoms of the U.S. Air Force drone type made their phinal phlights at Hill Air Force Base in Utah.

In the 1990s iconic F-4 Phantom-2s were converted, at Davis-Monthan in Arizona, into QF-4 target drones for the U.S. military.  In 2015 they were transferred to Holloman in New Mexico for phinal phlight preps.  The last unmanned drone phlight took place in August 2016: “Ironically, the majority of QF-4 missions are flown in the manned configuration to support manned presentation, unmanned flight chase missions, and pilot proficiency training.”– Scott Johnson, Air Force Life Cycle Management Center

The remaining 13 USAF QF-4s will be converted to ground targets for use at White Sands in New Mexico.  Utah’s Hill AFB AFLCMC (Air Force Life Cycle Management Center) System Program Office will continue to be involved with the creation of new target drones for the USAF, like the QF-16.

Syria, 21 September 2015: Israel promises to avoid attacking Russians! John Kerry reveals war will ramp up! Hezbollah to quit fighting in Syria!

“We strongly condemn the criminal shelling against the Russian diplomatic mission in Damascus.  Moscow expects a clear stance by members of the international community, including regional sides, regarding this criminal act.”-Russian Foreign Ministry

A day after insurgents begged Israel to impose a ‘no fly zone’ over Syria, Reuters claims Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu has promised Russian President Vladimir Putin to “prevent misunderstandings between IDF [Israel Defense Force] units and Russian forces” in Syria.

This comes as Israeli news sources say Russia has begun UAV (drone) recon missions within Syria.

Israel’s SodaStream claims it will provide 1-thousand Syrian refugees with jobs.

“The U.S. has long been trying to remove Syrian President Assad…U.S. interests also weaken Europe….     Turkey now attacking the Kurds….”-Miloslav Ransdorf, Czech Republic’s Minister to the European Union Parliament

Does the evil unconstitutional leadership of the United States know something?  Why did John Kerry announce a phased increase of war refugees from the around the world (not just Syria) for the next two years?

Specifically in fiscal 2016 the number of war refugees that the U.S. ‘officially’ takes-in will go from 70-thousand per year to 85-thousand.  But in fiscal 2017 it’ll jump to 100-thousand!  Why?  If the ‘advanced’ power players of the world are truly working to end the wars why is the U.S. expecting such a huge increase in refugees?

John Kerry’s statements about the phased increase of war refugees came a day after he told the world that “Assad must go” but also said there was no set deadline for getting rid of Assad.

Lebanon news sources say the Lebanese Resistance Regiments will end their operations within Syria once the city of Zabadani is fully liberated from EU-Saudi-Israeli backed insurgents.

Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reports that Syrian Arab Army Air Force ‘Hip’ helicopters continued their months long thermobaric barrel bombings across several governorates where U.S.-EU-Saudi-Israeli backed insurgents are concentrated.   Hundreds of people killed from barrel bombs just today.

Aleppo Governorate: In Aleppo City, Syrian Arab Army says U.S.-EU-Saudi-Israeli backed insurgents launched artillery rocket attacks killing two civilians and wounding six.   However, Syrian Observatory for Human Rights believes at least one of the rocket attacks came from the Syrian Arab Army and was targeting DAESH held territory, but resulted in four civilians being killed.  United Kingdom news sources say the YPG (Kurdish People’s Protection Units) are planing to capture the DAESH held Syria-Turkey border crossing of Jarabulus.  The Independent predicts this will royally piss off NATO member Turkey.

Damascus (Rif Dimashq) area:  Police report a Jaish al-Islam insurgent artillery mortar round impacted near the al-Hal market in al-Zablatani, one person killed.

Daraa Governorate:  The Syrian Arab Army reports multiple battles with insurgents including U.S.-EU-Saudi-Israeli backed Jabhat al-Nusra (Nusra Front).  Many homemade bombs had to be disarmed.

Deir Ezzor Governorate:     Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reports five civilians killed by airstrikes, and one 18 years old killed by DAESH sniper.

Hama Governorate:  The Syrian Arab Army Air Force conducted airstrikes using thermobaric barrel bombs, while the Army conducted artillery strikes, across northern areas.

Hasakah Governorate:  Reports that U.S.-EU-Saudi-Israeli backed insurgents blew up two car bombs at the entrance of Mishrafa Village, killing four civilians and wounding four others.  Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reports DAESH attacked YPG (Kurdish People’s Protection Units).

Homs Governorate:  Syrian Arab Army battles with DAESH north of Shaer Mountain to the north west of Tadmur (Palmyra).  Police report two insurgent artillery rocket rounds impacted on a bus station near a clinic, killing a child and wounding five people.  Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reports U.S.-EU-Saudi-Israeli  insurgents targeted Alawites by planting a bomb in a car. The owner of the car was killed when got in.

Lattakia Governorate:  Syrian Arab Army says they killed 24 insurgents near the Mediterranean coastal villages of al-Shahrora and Zahia.

Quneitra Governorate: Syrian Arab Army reports battles with Jabhat al-Nusra.  Reports say insurgent vehicle convoy hit with guided missiles.

Raqqah Governorate:  Syrian Arab Army and Air Force reports battles with DAESH in Raqqa City.

Farah Province: Thousands of Afghans protested France.

Ghazni Province: On the Jaghori-Gilan highway, police report that two families of men, women and children were killed when the mini-bus ran over a landmine.

Helmand Province:  In Lashkar Gah City, at least two people killed and 10 wounded by a Kamikaze bomber when he rammed his Toyota Corolla bomb car into a National Civil Order Police convoy.  In the same city, a commanding officer managing a police check point was assassinated.  What’s interesting is that apparently there were no witnesses, as police say they don’t know who shot their commanding officer. The governor of Helmand is joining local Mujahideen in denying reports that U.S.-U.K.-Saudi created Islamic State (DAESH) is alive and well in Helmand.

Kabul Province:  In Kabul City thousands of Afghans protested France chanting “Death to America, Death France, Death to Israel!”  In the same city a fruit cart exploded, wounding two people.  Police say somebody put a bomb in the cart.

The Afghan Air Force announced they will receive an additional twenty MD530F Cayuse helicopters by the end of 2015.  Afghan administrators said U.S. taxpayers are “donating” the helicopters.  On top of that, the Obama regime has approved an additional $44-million USD worth of weapons for 17 of the helicopters “donated” to Afghanistan under previous programs.

Kandahar Province: In Panjwaee District, an unattended motorcycle exploded, wounding two cops and one civilian.

Kunduz Province:  In Imam Sahib District, battles between Afghan National Army and Mujahideen, at least 32 people killed.  ANA officers say they’ve been battling for control of 31 villages.  Mujahideen say they’ve destroyed six international taxpayer funded armored vehicles.

Nangarhar Province: A legal advisor was arrested for bribery.  Police say their undercover agent paid the legal consultant $5-thousand USD to rig a court decision, and they arrested the man as he took the money.  In Jalalabad City, two border cops killed and two wounded after a magnetic bomb was placed on their vehicle.

Zabul Province: Thousands of Afghans protested France.

Brigadier General Carol Timmons, of the Air National Guard (Delaware U.S.A.), is now at Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar to assist in the ongoing air war over Iraq, Syria and Afghanistan.  She said she got short notice of her new duty assignment: “Normally, you get a little more heads-up than two months…..The priorities have shifted towards the fight with ISIS. So it’s organizing all that, and looking at the big picture.”

The U.S. Air Force has revealed that the Obama regime’s expansion of the use of attack drones will force the USAF to push Air National Guard personnel “onto active duty” to address a shortage of drone pilots.
