War on Terror: Bush Jr & Blair found Guilty of War Crimes by International Court! Arrest warrants forthcoming in Africa?

“Bush and Blair are found guilty under the same law that applied to the NAZIs after the end of the World War II. So, they are international (war) criminals guilty of Nuremberg crimes against peace; and they should be prosecuted by any state in the world that gets a hold of them. We will continue our efforts to bring Bush and Blair to justice and put them in jail.”– Francis Boyle, international law expert

On 22NOV2011 an International Court, in Malaysia, found George W. Bush, and Tony Blair guilty of war crimes in Iraq. Now African nations are being asked to issue arrest warrants for Bush Jr.

“There is also a recommendation that this (the findings) be circulated to the states because all states [countries] have universal jurisdiction. Therefore, whenever Bush or Blair appear within their shores there is an obligation on the international law to commit these international war criminals through the justice system.”-Gurdial Singh Nijar, prosecutor

In a unanimous decision, all seven members of the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal found Bush Jr and Blair guilty of crimes against peace and humanity, and also violated other international laws when they ordered the invasion of Iraq in March 2003.

Amnesty International is demanding that several African countries arrest Bush Jr.  He’s on an African tour right now, supposedly to raise awareness of cancer, and HIV/AIDS.

“International law requires that there be no safe haven for those responsible for torture; Ethiopia, Tanzania and Zambia must seize this opportunity to fulfill their obligations and end the impunity George W. Bush has so far enjoyed.”– Matt Pollard, Amnesty International

It’s been reported that the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal will now try Dick Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld and Alberto Gonzales.

Bush Jr already canceled a trip to Switzerland this year, after reports said the Swiss would arrest him on sight, over allegations of ordering the torture of prisoners held in overseas military bases.

International Criminal Court, 20NOV2011: IT’S OFFICIAL! BUSH JR & BLAIR CHARGED WITH WAR CRIMES, PUT ON TRIAL, FOR REAL!!!

It’s Official! Bush Jr & Blair charged with War Crimes, put on trial, for real!!!

“It is very important that this tribunal make a sound judgment against Bush and Blair that will indicate their, in this trial, responsibility for waging a Nuremberg crime against peace, which is along the lines of what the NAZIs did in World War Two”-Francis Boyle, International Law Professor, University of Illinois

After two years of investigations, the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Commission has officially charged George W. Bush and Tony Blair with war crimes.   Bush and Blair are now being tried, in absentia, by the Kuala Lumpur War Crimes Tribunal, in Malaysia!

Bush and Blair are charged with participating in the formulation of executive orders and directives to exclude the applicability of all international conventions and laws, regarding the invasions of Afghanistan and Iraq.  Laws such as: Geneva Conventions, Conventions against Torture, and the Declaration of Human Rights.

One witness told of being held at Guantanamo Bay (GITMO) for six years, suffering torture, then being let go because U.S. officials admitted his detention was a case of mistaken identity!

Official notifications of the war crimes trial were served to known addresses of Bush Jr and Blair, and to the U.S. Embassy and the U.K. High Commission in Kuala Lumpur, on September 19, 2011.

United Police States of America: Idaho bars media from executions, violating Federal rules

“To determine whether lethal injection executions are fairly and humanely administered, or whether they ever can be, citizens must have reliable information about the ‘initial procedures’ which are invasive, possibly painful and may give rise to serious complications.”-9th U.S. Circuit Court,  2002 ruling

On November 18, Idaho will execute a man using lethal injection, for the first time.

Attorney’s have protested saying lethal injection has been proven to be inhumane.

Now, the Idaho Department of Correction is barring all the media, in full violation of the Federal court’s ruling, from witnessing the execution: “The procedures were developed so that we would preserve the dignity of the offender.”-Jeff Ray, Idaho Department of Correction

Can you say: Bull Crap on that?   “Preserve the dignity” of a guy convicted of killing three people in three separate incidents, my ass!  Prison officials don’t give a rat’s ass about prisoners’ dignity, there’s plenty of evidence of that!  More like keep the fact that lethal injection has turned out to be a highly painful way to die (it’s described as similar to people who are undergoing operations, and are fully conscious, and can feel everything yet can’t move or talk, even though the doctors think they’re under the effects of anesthesia).  Some witnesses to lethal injection executions say they could see the convict crying after the injections had taken effect.

Several other groups have been barred as well.  The American Civil Liberties Union is also protesting.  The Associated Press is joining almost all of Idaho’s major media organizations in official protest.  Idaho officials claim the Federal Court ruling applies only to California.

I still say a bullet to the head is the fastest most humane way to execute someone.

Corporate Incompetence: WalMart refuses to pay rent in China, since 2002, gets shut down for selling bad meat. Think your U.S. WalMart stores are bad?

WalMart is in trouble in China, because it hasn’t paid rent since 2002, and it lies about what it sells.

According to Chinese media, in 2002 WalMart signed a 15 year lease contract with the Wanguo Shopping Plaza in the northeastern coastal city of Dalian.  Problems occurred with the timely development of the property, and WalMart decided to move across the street.  The problem is that they signed a 15 year contract.

Wanguo Shopping Plaza has sued WalMart for back due rent.  Chinese courts have ruled that the lease contract is still binding.

WalMart had claimed that Wanguo Shopping Plaza lost its business license, and that the contract was terminated in 2007.  WalMart also claimed they paid about two years worth of rent.  The courts found that Wanguo Shopping Plaza never lost its license, there is no evidence the contract was terminated, and that WalMart paid a little more than one year of rent.

This is just the latest in bad things happening to WalMart in China.  In October, 13 Wal-Mart stores were shut down for 15 days for selling incorrectly labelled pork products.  WalMart had previously been penalized 21 times since 2006 for false advertising and selling expired food!

United Police States of America: Supreme Court says you lose all Privacy Rights if you’re arrested

The Supreme Court refused to hear a case concerning Constitutional Privacy Rights for people who’ve been arrested.  Specifically the ability of police to search your cell phone for info.

By refusing to hear the case, the Supreme Court essentially upheld a lower court’s ruling that no search warrant is needed to search your personal belongings once you’ve been arrested.
