Operation Jupiter: Mystery measles kills woman in United States! Not discovered until after she died! Vaccines don’t work!

03 July 2015 (19:44 UTC-07 Tango 01, 02 July 2015)/11 Tir 1394/15 Ramadan 1436/18 Gui-Wie 4713

A woman from Callam County, Washington, has become the first person in the U.S. to die from measles since 2003.  However, the real mystery is that nobody knew she was infected.

The disease was discovered during an autopsy of the woman.  She was admitted to a hospital after developing pneumonia, and died shortly after.  The autopsy showed her pneumonia was caused by D9 measles, a type of measles common in Asia.

Interestingly health administrators have determined that she got infected while undergoing treatment for other medical problems at a Callam County hospital.  They say she was exposed to a patient who was suffering from the virus.

The state Department of Health refused to say if the woman was vaccinated, but also admitted “People with compromised immune systems often cannot be vaccinated against measles. Even when vaccinated, they may not have a good immune response when exposed to disease; they may be especially vulnerable to disease outbreaks.”  In other words the vaccine would not have helped her.

Back in February, the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) announced a new measles outbreak in the U.S.  By April 159 cases had been reported, most classified as the B3 genotype.

If you’ve been following my Operation Jupiter reports you’ll notice a growing trend, more and more people are getting sick from killer diseases while visiting hospitals.  It fits the MO of the U.S. Army’s JUPITR ATD program, and it’s interesting that the D9 measles strain has been strong in two U.S. Asian allies; Korea and Japan.  JUPITR ATD was originally focused on Korea.

Measles and measles vaccines have been used by the U.S. government in biological warfare experiments, such as the 1990s experiment where at least 1-thousand 5-hundred black and hispanic babies in California were given unlicensed ‘vaccines’ without their parents knowledge!

Jupiter, aka Jove, aka God

When the Lamb broke the fourth seal, I heard the voice of the fourth living creature saying, “Come.” I looked, and behold, an Ashen Horse; and he who sat on it had the name Death; and Hades was following with him. Authority was given to them over a fourth of the earth, to kill with sword and with famine and with pestilence and by the wild beasts of the earth.

Operation Jupiter: U.S. soldier found dead in Korea, victim of anthrax?

18 June 2015 (08:55 UTC-07 Tango 01)/28 Kordad 1394/01 Ramadan 1436/03 Ren-Wu (5th month) 4713

A U.S. soldier attending a BNCO (pronounced b-knock, Basic Non-Commissioned Officer) school at Camp Jackson, in Korea, was found dead by Korean civilians, near the edge of the small U.S. Army post.  Is it connected to the JUPITR ATD program based out of Osan?

U.S. Forces Korea says they do not know, as of yet, why the soldier died.

(Operation Jupiter: A small part of a larger military operation spreading disease at a hospital near you!)

According to the Joint Program Executive Office for Biological Defense, the main operators of JUPITR ATD are USAF 51st Medical Support Squadron at Osan Air Force Base, the U.S. Army 65th Medical Brigade at Yongsan (in Seoul), and several new labs used by the United States Army Public Health Command (USAPHC).

The U.S. Army’s Camp Jackson is located on the north side of Seoul, opposite Yongsan.  The USAF base at Osan has been identified as one of the recipients of “mistakenly” shipped live anthrax.

In 2014, USAPHC revealed “….the Joint United States Forces Korea Portal and Integrated Threat Recognition, known as JUPITR, and the Global Biosurveillance Technology Initiative…….The need for biosurveillance and diagnostic laboratory capabilities in the Korean peninsula led to this partnership.”-then Major Michael Desena, USAPHC

My research shows that the U.S. Department of Defense is convinced that Republic of Korea, and the U.S. forces based there, need a new joint biological weapons detection program, thus JUPITR ATD.  So far, I’ve yet to find an explanation why U.S. military administrators are convinced south Korea is the most likely, or most vulnerable place for biological warfare.

“All six USAPHC laboratories, as well as a new environmental testing facility being established on the Korean peninsula……All the laboratories will now have the same analytical capabilities.”-then Lieutenant Colonel Kelly Halverson, USAPHC, September 2014

The primary biological agent used in JUPITR ATD is anthrax, live anthrax.  The new detection equipment cannot be properly tested using dead anthrax.

JUPITR ATD also considers the use of mosquitoes as viable vectors for biological warfare.  Now read these statements made by USAPHC  personnel, based in the United States, in July 2014 regarding a disease called Chikungunya: “Surveillance of any disease vectors involves cooperation across the military public health system. The entomological sciences and laboratory programs detect infected mosquitoes, while the Disease Epidemiology Program monitors human outbreaks and case reports in our Army population.”-then Lieutenant Colonel Laura Pacha

“Army preventive medicine personnel are aware of the disease, and USAPHC experts are working with our colleagues in the Department of Defense to provide additional awareness and training and to put reporting mechanisms in place.”-John Ambrose, USAPHC silly-vilian

“If an infected person is bitten by a mosquito, that mosquito may spread the virus by biting another person. Installation preventive medicine personnel collect mosquitoes from traps and then send them to USAPHC laboratories where they can be identified, prepared and tested.”-Captain Heather Ferguson

If readers still have doubts about JUPITR ATD, please go to the official National Defense Industrial Association website that released “unclassified” info about the program, back in March 2013.  Since then JUPITR ATD has expanded across the World, through the United States, Australia, United Kingdom and now includes USAFRICOM in west Africa.

The latest news about the “mistaken” shipments of live anthrax from Dugway, in Utah, show that the U.S. Army has been shipping out live biological warfare agents for at least ten years (as I’ve written about in earlier posts), long before the JUPITR ATD program officially began.  The official explanation is that the Army post that has been dealing with biological weapons for decades suddenly lacks effective and standardized procedures!  Can you say Bull-Shit?

World War 3: Obama to send more U.S. forces to Afghanistan

March 2, 2012, a report says the Department of Defense (DoD) has decided on a new round of troop deployments to Afghanistan.

The DoD decision was actually announced on February 16!

The U.S. Army has selected four Brigade Combat Teams (BCT), one separate brigade and an Army command, to be deployed between April and August 2012.

It will involve approximately 1,460 active component officers and senior non-commissioned officers, along with approximately 300 DoD civilians. The official purpose is to train Afghan government forces.

The new deployment will be made up of personnel from: 2nd BCT, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), Fort Campbell, Kentucky.  2nd BCT, 3rd Infantry Division, Fort Stewart, Georgia. 3rd BCT, 4th Infantry Division, Fort Carson, Colorado. 4th BCT, 1st Armored Division, Fort Bliss, Texas. 162nd Infantry Brigade, Fort Polk, Louisiana.  And 1st Army, Rock Island Arsenal, Illinois.

White Horse, Black Horse, Red Horse & Political Hypocrisy: Obama signs record military spending bill, then says spending needs to be cut. What he means is to cut spending on troops, increase spending on weapons. 80,000 soldiers will lose their jobs. More Wars to follow

I looked, and there before me was a white horse! Its rider held a bow, and he was given a crown, and he rode out as a conqueror bent on conquest.

I looked, and there before me was a black horse! Its rider was holding a pair of scales in his hand. Then I heard what sounded like a voice among the four living creatures, saying, “A quart of wheat for a day’s wages, and three quarts of barley for a day’s wages, and do not damage the oil and the wine!”

Then another horse came out, a fiery red one. Its rider was given power to take peace from the earth and to make men slay each other.

On January 1, U.S. President Barack Obama signs the National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2012.  That means at least $662 billion taxpayer dollars will be spent on the Department of Defense.

On January 5, Obama hypocritically states that defense spending must be cut! He blames it on “…the Budget Control Act passed by Congress last year.”

But here’s the thing, Obama is not really talking about overall defense spending cuts, he’s talking about shifting defense spending, and targeted cuts.  U.S. troops could lose out on pay and benefits, in order to increase spending on high tech weapons systems.  They’re already losing their jobs.

“As we reduce the overall defense budget, we will protect and in some cases increase our investments in special operation forces in new technologies, like…. unmanned systems, in space and in particular in cyberspace.”-Leon Panetta, Defense Secretary

Obama and company said the cuts would not affect pay and benefits for troops and veterans, but that’s already happened.  There are many cases across the country where veterans have been cut off because of budget problems.

Analysts say there’s no way to keep spending on high tech weapons without affecting troop pay/benefits, or even without reducing the number of military personnel (already in 2011 the U.S. Army laid off 50,000 personnel).

According to a report by Military.com Leon Panetta has asked the U.S. Army to cut another 80,000 troops in 2012!

That’s fine if your not going to fight wars anymore, but Obama and company flat lied about that.  Obama said “Yes, the tide of war is receding…”   Well, if the tide of war is receding then why spend more money on more weapons?  Because the tide of war is not receding, at least in the eyes of our leaders.  Obama even says so: “As I made clear in Australia, we will be strengthening our presence in the Asia Pacific, and budget reductions will not come at the expense of that critical region.  We’re going to continue investing in our critical partnerships and alliances, including NATO, which has demonstrated time and again, most recently in Libya, that it’s a force multiplier.  We will stay vigilant, especially in the Middle East.”

What Obama is saying is that the he expects more war in the Middle East, and a new front to open in Asia!  Defense Secretary Panetta backs that up: “…as we move towards this new joint force, we are also rebalancing our global posture and presence, emphasizing the Pacific and the Middle East — these are the areas where we see the greatest challenges for the future. The U.S. military will increase its institutional weight and focus on enhanced presence, power projection, and deterrence in Asia-Pacific. This region is growing in importance to the future of the United States economy and our national security.

NAZI-land & Military crimes: 8 U.S. soldiers murdered a fellow soldier in Afghanistan, tried to make it look like suicide, second case of ethnic cleansing within the U.S. military in Afghanistan

Danny Chen, a 19 year old infantryman assigned to Company C, 3rd Battalion of 25th Infantry Division, in Afghanistan, died on October 3, 2011.  Initial reports said he shot himself in the head.

Now the U.S. Army has charged eight U.S. soldiers in connection with Chen’s death: 1st Lt Daniel J. Schwartz, Staff Sgt Blaine G. Dugas, Staff Sgt Andrew J. Van Bockel, Sgt Adam M. Holcomb, Sgt Jeffrey T. Hurst, Sgt Travis F. Carden, Spc Thomas P. Curtis and Spc Ryan J. Offutt.

They are charged with dereliction of duty, maltreatment, involuntary manslaughter, assault consummated by battery, and reckless endangerment.

But get this, the U.S. Army would never had investigated if it wasn’t for Chen’s hometown of Chinatown, in New York City! The Asian community demanded the Army investigate.

The U.S. Army investigators discovered that Chen was subjected to physical abuse and ethnic slurs, because he’s ethnically Chinese.

This is the second such case. The first involved the death of Harry Lew, a U.S. Marine from California.  Lew was subjected to brutal hazing in Afghanistan.  The USMC quietly court martialed Lew’s attackers in October of this year.

Government Incompetence: 14,000 rounds of Ammo missing from U.S. military base!

The U.S. Army is trying to find 14,000 rounds of ammunition missing from Fort Bragg, North Carolina.  It was under the control of the 1st Brigade Combat Team, 82nd Airborne Division.

The ammo is .223 caliber (5.56mm), used in the M16 and M4 weapons.

3,500 people were placed on lockdown after a tip to Fort Bragg leadership.  The 1st Brigade Combat Team is also known as “Devils in Baggy Pants”.

U.S. Army suicides break record again

“There’s actually two things that we’re doing; one is we’re returning them back, we’re letting them have a little break and returning them back to the battle zone.  And if they’re not going back, if they’re being discharged, or staying in the service away… we’re trying to tell them they’re not sick.  If they insist that they’re sick or stressed we’re giving them a lot of anti-psychotics medication.”Karen Kwiatkowski, former Pentagon official

Despite claiming to have increased efforts to solve the suicide problem, the U.S. Army hit another record in July, 2011: 22 active-duty soldiers and ten reservists killed themselves, the highest number for any month since the U.S. Army began publishing monthly suicide reports in 2009.

So far 160 active-duty and reserve Army soldiers have committed suicide this year.  That’s not counting veterans.

Percentage wise the U.S. Marine Corps isn’t far behind the U.S. Army.  Each of the past six years has seen a record number of active duty and reserve suicides.
