Ferrari Foods shutdown its Castro location.  Since bankruptcy in 2011 the gourmet grocery chain has dwindled from 13 stores to five.    It’s estimated that the drought will kill-off $2.75-billion USD in 2015 revenues for the huge California ag industry! Under the order, the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) must cut its current budget by more than $30 million, 5 percent of the current 2013 appropriation, by September 30, 2013.
