The U.S. Department of Defense revealed possible invasion preparations for Syria when it announced the awarding of a U.S. Army contract to CACI, a contractor connected to the Abu Ghraib torture scandal: “Six3 Intelligence Solutions Inc., McLean, Virginia, was awarded a $ 9,578,964 modification (P00001) to contract W564KV-16-C-0058 for intelligence analysis services. Work will be performed in Germany, Italy, and Syria, with an estimated completion date of June 29, 2017.”

Six3 is a division of CACI.   Several court martialed National Guard military police, who served at Abu Ghraib, testified that their orders to torture Iraqis came from CACI contractors.

Iraqi victims also testified that CACI contractors directly tortured them.
