Beijing Municipal Health Bureau warning that 580000 residents have possibly been “highly exposed” to the new deadly H7N9 virus.

The Chinese poultry industry has lost $1.6 billion USD since the outbreak.  Heath officials are now saying if you cook the poultry correctly then it should be safe to eat.

U.S. state of Wisconsin governor, Scott Walker, is in China on a 10 day trade mission.  He says he’s not concerned with H7N9.  Could his delegation end up being responsible form bringing the new virus back to the U.S.?
